Capri Anderson : I Will Sue Charlie Sheen "OMG"

Capri Anderson is getting ready to  drop a bomb on Charlie Sheen ...TMZ has learned the porn star is planning  to sue Charlie for the events that went down during his hotel melt-down in NYC.

Sources close to Anderson tell TMZ she believes Charlie was acting so crazy in his hotel room at The Plaza Hotel on Tuesday morning ...that she felt her life was in danger and she also felt like she was being held against her will.

As was previously reported ...Charlie tore the room apart ...busting a chair  and causing damage to several hotel items. Capri ended up locking herself in the bathroom and calling hotel security.

Capri claims Charlie also threatened her in the hotel room , although she made no mention of this to the NYC cops when they interviewed her about the incident.

FYI...law enforcement sources tell us officals have no plans to file charges against Charlie.

My take : Wake up Hollywood and  treat  Lindsay Lohan the same  as Charlie,  after all, he's twice her age.

Oksana Grigorieva stopped at a local grocery store  Saturday morning to pick up some flowers for her baby Lucia's first birthday party.

As first reported ....papa Mel Gibson tried to arrange to see Lucia for her birthday , but was shot down by a judge.

What's the Difference Between Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan ?

     There's a problem with the way the public accepts  Charlie Sheen  and condemn Lindsay Lohan.

     The actor was found naked and drunk in his hotel room early Tuesday morning . After trashing his lavish suite and accusing his call girl of  theft , police removed the "emotionally distrubed" actor before he was taken to the hosiptal.

     Sheen was in town with ex-wife  Denise Richards  and their two daughters for a few days of family fun. After daughters Sam and Lola partied with Eloise at the Plaza , Sheen sought out some grown-up entertainment  of his own.

     His reps are claiming he had an adverse reaction to medication , "Right." Give it a few days , and Sheen will admit he's still struggling with substance abuse and going to  "seek treatment." He'll thank the public for their prayers and continued support.

      And the public will continue to support him. The public will continue to tune in Tuesday nights  to see Sheen reprise his role as an endearing , heavy drinking, hooker-loving  playboy on "Two and a Half Men." After he's done raking in 1.8 million an episode  for that family-friendly series . Hollywood produces will hire him for another sitcom or maybe even a leading man on the big screen.

     Despite yet another public blunder , no one is questioning whether Sheen's reprehensible personal choices have destroyed his professional career . The public 's  able to see him as an actor , whose on-camera abilities aren't affected by his problems with a powery white substance.

     Yet the public will continue to drone on about Lindsay  Lohan , and how the once-promising starlet sabotaged her career .  The troubled actress , like Sheen , has struggled with an addiction to cocaine and had some infamous encounters with the law . Lindsay is currently serving a court-mandated stint in rehab until January 2011 , and critics are already saying her career might not be waiting for her when she gets out.

     Not  to be an  angry feminist ,  but does anyone else see the ridculous  double standard  here ?  Sheen is a 45-year-old father of five . Lohan's a 24-year old single woman responsible solely for her own well being . Both are actors . Neither are role models . Yet why do the publis  treat the two co differently ?

     Let's look at Sheens second chances . Back in 1990 , he shot then -fianc`ee  Kelly Preston in the arm. It only required two stitches .Still , he was playing with a gun  and it inadvertently  went off ? Yeah, they just let that one slide.

     In 1995 , he admitted frequerting one of Heidi Fleiss' brothels , "I love sex  and I can afford it ," Sheen said with typical male bravado .

     Can you imagine the backlash if Lindsay Lohan  hired a male prostituts ?

     In 1995 , Sheen entered rehab for substance addiction  after a cocaine overdose . No problem ! He kept getting work . He split  with Denise Richards  in 2002 after threatening violence against her . And of course there was the incident  in December  2009 when he was arrested on charges  of domestic violence  against his pregnant wife . He went to rehab , took an anger management  classes  , and  Poof !  The public forgave him for those indiscretions  and he continued booking job after job.

     With the exception of driving under the influence back in 2007 , Lohan's reckless behavior hasn't been destructive to anyone other than herself . Lohan's time in jail  and court-mandated  rehab aren't a result of violent threats  to others  or endangering  the lives of anyone's unborn  children. Lohan has a drug problem , and she's getting help . Still , the public continue to speculate whether this bad behavior will cost Lohan her career.

      Lets take a look : Why is Sheen's behavior just to be expected of a handsome playboy ? I highly doubt his problems at the plaza are going to cause him his lucrative contract with CBS . But Lohan's actions are vilified  and make her unacceptable to work as an actress. What producer in his/ or her right mind would ever hire a woman who isn't pristine enough to put on a pedestal ? A man with personal problems  though ? Sure , not a problem .

     The discrepancy in how  the public  reacts  to Sheen and Lohan's screw-ups is a sad  reminder of the ever-existent sexism still  permeating our society . Sheen gets second , third, and fourth career chances , in a fair world , Lohan would be entitled to the exact same ....hear that CBS ? Write up a contract for the girl .

     CBS...it's your turn to promote gender equaility !    Nuff said.

Oksana Grigorieva Files Comtempt Charge Against Mel Gibson - Mel Faces possible Jail

Mel Gibson is facing jail time after Oksana Grigorieva's lawyers filed a comtempt of court charge against him, RadarOnline.com  has exclusively learned.

The Russian musician's legal team filed the sensational motion on Thursday asking a Los Angeles judge to find the Oscar-winning actor in breach of a court order  to hand over $20,000-a-month in child support.

If found guilty at a hearing on Novermber 10, Mel could be jailed  -- or have his wages garnished .

"For three consecutive months , Mel has paid Oksana somewhere between $5,000 and $10,000 each month , it varies , but either way , it is well short of what the judge instructed  he must deliver to the mother of his child," a source close to the legal case told RadarOnline.com.

RadarOnline .com was the first to report how the actor , worth up to $500 million , had failed to pay child support for their infant daughter Lucia , who turns one-year-old on Saturday.

Speaking exclusively to RadarOnline , said October 15 : "Mel Gibson at this point is a deadbeat dad."

A Los Angeles judge had ordered Mel, 54 , who is worth an estimated $500 million , to increase his monthly child support payment from $5,000 to $20,000 each month.

Mel's camp has been refusing to write the full  check amount , until the judge rules on a dispute over whether Mel can charge rent  for the Sherman Oaks home he owns, where Oksana and Lucia live.

Mel wants $6,000 deducted from the monthly figure for rent.

When asked to explain why he had failed to pay the child support , Bloom said : "Because he wants to continue to bully Oksana , this is a pattern of hehavior that has gone on and on and he thinks he can take advantage of the mother of his daughter."

My  spin : What a crazy world we live in . Where did most of the MEN go ???   Everyone warned Mad Mel Gibson ...but no, he thought he was all that  and could  do the rumpy--bumpy while he was in a drunken stupor . Mel Gibson : Deposition - Pills & Shrills

Mel Gibson's deposition  Monday promises to be dramatic , with questions about medication and rants.

TMZ has learned Oksama Grigorieva's team will focus on issues they believe speak to Mel's fitness  as a parent . We're are told they will ask the  tough questions about the now   infamous   audiotapes , specifically relating to Mel's temper and his anger  issues.

And we're told they will ask Mel about the medications he's taking . As back-up we're told Oksama has photos of the various medicines , because Mel left the meds at her house before he left for good .

As for allegations of domestic violence , the judge has made it clear - the subject is off limits for this deposition.

My  take :  Well, old mad Mel  dodged the bullet on the domestic violence issue this time.  It seems as if he will be spending a lot of time in court  .... maybe he can jump start his career again with a reality show  called 'An Old Fool and His Money are Soon Parted' and give Michael Lohan advice  on screwing up your kids  lives...now that will be a hoot.

Robert Downey Jr. had fights for an hour and a half every day with 'Due Date' director Todd Phillips about how to shoot scenes.  Robert Downey Jr. argued with director Todd Phillips about how to shoot every scene on 'Due Date'.

The 'Iron Man' actor's co-star Zach Galifianakis reveals the pair would regularly gather in his trailer on the set of the comedy movie to fight out how a scene would be shot for "an hour and a half" before they went to work.  He said: "Robert has his opinions. He told the Scotsman newspaper: "Well, I didn't really want to be around, but maybe that was why they used my trailer. If it had been Robert or Todd's, I probably wouldn't have come."
'Due Date' - which tells the tale of a father-to-be (Downey Jr.) who is forced to hitch a ride with an aspiring actor (Galifianakis) in order to see the birth of his child - is released worldwide throughout early November.

Obama on Daily Show With Jon Stewart

 President Barack Obama hopes to reach The Daily Show's young, liberal viewers, analysts say. Congressional Democrats who cast tough votes will be rewarded with re-election, President Barack Obama has told Jon Stewart on the Daily Show.

Mr Obama is the first sitting president to appear on the Comedy Central show, in an interview to air tonight .The appearance came six days before mid-term elections that could see the Democrats lose their grip on Congress. Mr Obama said: "We have moved forward an agenda that is making a difference in people's lives each and every day. Is it enough? No. And so I expect, and I think most Democrats out there expect, that people want to see more progress."

On the programme, Stewart challenged the president to answer why, two years after he won on a promise of hope and change, his fellow Democrats "seem to be running on 'Please, baby, one more chance"'.
"When I won and we started the transition and we looked at what was happening in the economy," the president replied, "a whole bunch of my political folks came up and said 'you know what? Enjoy this now because two years from now, folks are going to be frustrated.' And that is in fact what's happened."

Mr Obama then cited lingering high unemployment and the lagging housing market as reasons for that frustration. He also said Americans seemed unaware of some of the administration's achievements.
"What have you done that we don't know about?" Stewart asked. He quipped: "Are you planning a surprise party for us, filled with jobs and healthcare?"

Mr Obama replied that the Democrats had passed a government-sponsored health insurance programme for children and new regulations on credit cards. Republicans have spent this season campaigning on voters' discontent with Mr Obama and Democrats' stewardship of the economy, and polls suggest the party is poised to take control of the House of Representatives and weaken the Democrats' hold on the Senate. That scenario would dramatically curtail Mr Obama and the Democrats' ability to pass major legislation.

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart takes aim nightly at politicians of both parties, but its presenter leans to the left and much of the show's content targets apparent hypocrisy and bigotry among Republicans. The satirical show's audience also tends to be younger, and the president may be hoping to build enthusiasm among his base ahead of the vote, analysts say.

"You've got a constituency of younger voters that watch that show, and it's a good place to go and reach them," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters on Tuesday."The president hasn't been shy about going to the places where people are getting their information and trying to make his case."

The president has been on the show four times previously - during the 2008 presidential campaign and during his earlier tenure in the US Senate. So, is this appearance a desperate measure or not? Is he begging for understanding and  votes. To give him his due,  he has made appearances on other talk shows perioically.

Jon Stewart Crowned Most Influential Man of 2010

Talk show host Jon Stewart was crowned the most influential man of 2010 on Tuesday, heading a list of 49 men who all swayed public opinion and were described as rule-breakers to some degree in a time of recession.
Stewart, who will host President Barack Obama on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" this week before holding a "Rally to Restore Sanity" at the weekend, claimed the No. 1 spot in an annual survey of about 500,000 readers of AskMen (http://www.askmen.com), a men's lifestyle website.

He was followed by Microsoft's Bill Gates while Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of social networking site Facebook, came in third place. Apple co-founder and chief executive officer Steve Jobs came fourth.
"We noticed the rule-breaking trend because it spans a lot of industries," James Bassil, editor-in-chief of AskMen said. He said this extended to people like musician Kanye West who ranked fifth, and actor James Franco at seventh, who proved he was more than just a movie star by enrolling in graduate programs and writing a book.

Number 48 on the list was Steven Slater, the JetBlue flight attendant who stormed off his job with some profanities and a dramatic exit down an inflated emergency chute, winning widespread admiration.This month Slater, 38, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal mischief and was ordered to undergo a year-long mental health program and receive alcohol and substance abuse counseling.

"In the list last year we were looking more at guys who were players in the industry or were perceived as players, like (U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman) Ben Bernanke," said Bassil. "Guys are open to the idea of rejecting the status quo in some ways. They've kind of come to more admire these dudes who took it upon themselves to break out on their own and discover success on their own terms."

Last year's list was headed by the character Don Draper from the Emmy-winning drama "Mad Men" who is played by actor Jon Hamm, followed by track star Usain Bolt. This attitude in 2010 could well be due to the recession and lagging recovery, Bassil added. "The terms that were dictated to us previously were terms such as 'work hard' and 'show up on time' and everything will be okay. That's all been kind of proven to be a failure," he said.

One notable absence this year was professional golfer Tiger Woods, whose private life unraveled after allegations of infidelity late last year set off a months-long sex scandal. He eventually confessed to infidelity and was divorced from his wife, Elin Nordgren, in August.

By contrast, talk show host David Letterman came in at 39 despite his on-air revelations about his affairs followed by an apology to his wife. "Guys obviously preferred David Letterman's response which was to be frank and sincere and 'fess up in the most public form possible rather than the route that Tiger Woods took, which was to try to hide it until it blew up in his face," Bassil said.

U.S. President Barack Obama fell to 21st place from the top five last year. Now that is just pathetic. The guy has worked so hard and made many decisions which went against public opinon but which he felt were for the good of his country. We can't blame him because the global economy isn't recovering as fast as we would like it to. Those things are always slow. Are we still blaming him for the oil spill??

Joe Jackson Banned From Meddling in Son's Estate

A court has rejected a bid from MICHAEL JACKSON's father to challenge the administrators of the late superstar's estate
Officials at the California Court of Appeal have ruled that the 82 year old has no right to intervene in the estate, affirming a probate judge's ruling in November (09).
Joe Jackson had been fighting the decision in order to obtain more control over financial matters, despite the fact the singer had excluded him from his will in 2002.
The Thriller hitmaker died in June, 2009 and his estate has since amassed a $275 million fortune.
I imagine old Joe's mouth is watering and his hands are twitching to grab that money but he is foiled once again by the court. The will stands, iron-clad, just as Michael wished. And the kids are protected, at least financially. Lord knows what  influence he is having on them in other ways. Apparently, from what I have read, he is no longer banned from his ex-wife's house and she has custody of Michael's three children.

Jane Lynch : 'Felt The Difference' Immediately After Marriage

Jayne Lynch left Sue Sylvester's wardrobe of tracksuits back on  the 'Glee' set and instead done a leopard print robe while surrounded by male models for her spread in the November issue of  More  magazine , where she sounds off on her hit  FOX  show and her marriage to Lara Embry.

Randy Quaid and Wife Evi : Third Arrest In Six Months "When Will The Maddness Stop?"

Fugitive actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested  in Canada  following Santa Barbara issued warrants after both were no shows  at a court hearing Monday , Randy, 60, and Evi, 47, were located and   in Vancouver , British Columbia  on Wednesday Afternoon, CTA.ca reports.

The dodged court hearing came as an aftermath to Quaids September  arrest for allegedly squatting in their one-time home , where they apparently weren't  living quietly -- a contractor reportly showed police "more than $5,000 in damages" he believed the Quaids  cause to the guest house . The two were previously  arrested  in April for failing to pay a $10,000 hotel bill.

The Quaids are set to appear at a Canadian Immigration  and Refugee Board hearing . They were held in a Vancouver jail until being released  to border agents at 10:30AM Friday.

My take : Well ,well, this is a different twist  , husband and wife in trouble together , old Randy is letting his wife Evi in on the fun...the twist...the couple that do the crime together  also do the time together , just in different cells....what a hoot.

Jennifer Aniston just got a restraining order against a man who was arrested after prowling around her Hollywood Hills house last week — a man who had in his possession a kit one might use for abduction or serious bodily harm. This suspect  is considered violent, TMZ has learned. According to the documents, Jason Peyton was found on July 15, “laying-in-wait in a location he believes she frequents with a ’sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about [Aniston].”
Aniston’s lawyer says in the docs … Peyton spent 8 days trying to find her and when he was taken into custody cops found carved messages in the paint of his car saying, “I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON.”
Poor Jen, that is terrifying. 'Crazed fans'; one of the calculated risks of the profession. So many celebrities have been haunted or stalked and in some cases, murdered, by these psychos. Take it as a warning and beef up your security Sweetie.

Oksana Grigorieva : Oksana Meets With Computer Crimes Attorney 'OMG'

TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva  fust went to the law offices of an attorney  -- a former federal prosecutor who specializes in 'Computer Crimes'  considered one of the foremost authorities on internet crimes.

The attorney  -- James Spertus  - practices in West Los Angeles . Sources says , Oksana is meeting with him  to prove she is not gyilty of tampering with her computer or trying to extort  money from Mel Gibson .

It's interesting  --  because sources tell TMZ  Mel Gibson's lawyers have told the Sheriff's Department  that they have evidence someone tampered with the tapes and they want Oksana investigated.

Spartus has lectured FBI agents and prosecutors on prosecuting  Intellectual  Property Crimes . He is the founding member of the Computer Crimes and Intellectual Property Section of the United States Department of Justice.

A source spoke with Spartus , who would not comment  about Oksana.

On her  way into Spartus office , Oksana said she never tried to extort money  from Mel Gibson.

Update : Sources connected with Oksana  says she has been advised to make a  copy of her hard drive , in the event the Sheriff's Department seizes her laptop in connection with the criminal investigation.

My take on this ugly mess :  Oksana, I don't condone what you did ,  you are a  home wrecker and a few more things I could call  you... like a lot of people that's following this story  it's  only because of the children ...not Mel & Oksana  , because they both are  crap....it's common knowledge that's what happens in Hollywood no matter who gets hurt  . Mel Gibson : Liam Neeson Replaces Mad Mel in "The Hangover 2"

A day after  Mel Gibson got  fired from the  'The Hangover 2," producers flew in Bradley Cooper's 'A-Team' buddy Liam Neeson to take his place.  According to  Variety. Neeson got the  call and flew to  Bangkok on Thursday.

"I just got the call to do a one-day shoot on 'The Hangover 2" as a tattooist in Thailand , and That's all I know about it," Neeson  told variety, and  I just laughed my leg off  when I saw  'The Hangover,' I was shooting in Berlin  earlier this year  and rented it on the hotel TV."

Detectives Cop Oksana's Computer

No limits to search of Gibson's  girlfriend's computer :
Detectives will have unrestricted access to search the contents of a computer used by Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend while they investigate claims she tried to extort the actor, a judge ruled Thursday. An attorney for Oksana Grigorieva had been seeking a ruling that would limit what sheriff's detectives could look for on the computer, which the Russian-born musician said contains loads of personal information, including videos, letters and photos.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon said he could not dictate what detectives search for, but that they may be barred from using certain information if a criminal case against Grigorieva is filed.
"For me to supervise or run their investigation would be improper," Gordon said. A search warrant he approved for the computer's contents was not overly broad and Grigorieva's information would be protected, he said.
Detectives will be working off a copy of the computer's hard drive because Grigorieva's computer has been returned to her.

Gibson, 54, has claimed Grigorieva attempted to extort him during a contentious custody battle over their infant daughter. Sheriff's detectives also have investigated Grigorieva's claims that the actor-director physically abused her during a fight in January. Mel is pretty much obligated to make her look as bad as she made him look, or worse, if he wants to win custody of his daughter. Did she try to extort Mel? I wonder.

No charges have been filed, and no timeline was given on when the extortion investigation would conclude.
Grigorieva's attorney, Daniel Horowitz, said detectives would find information on the computer that would exonerate his client.
"My entire life is on that computer," Grigorieva, 40, said after the hearing. In addition to personal writings and music, the computer also contained videos of Gibson and other information about the Academy Award winner, she said. Horowitz wrote in a court filing that there was nothing salacious on the computer. The copy of the computer's information may be returned to Grigorieva if she is not charged, Gordon said.

Grigorieva repeatedly professed her innocence Thursday, at one point stopping a county attorney who had moments earlier described her as a "suspect" in court. "I'm not an extortionist," she said. "That's all I wanted to say." Good luck with that Oksana.

Mel's Cameo Cancelled by Popular Demand

 Mel Gibson's planned cameo in "The Hangover Part II" has been cancelled. Warner Bros. Pictures and director Todd Phillips say the embattled actor won't be appearing in the sequel to the popular ensemble comedy. Gibson's cameo role as a tattoo artist in the film was announced as a go earlier this week.

Phillips said Thursday that producers supported his decision to cast Gibson, who has been engaged in a high-profile custody battle with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, but the decision "ultimately did not have the full support of my entire cast and crew." In other words, the cast and crew requested that the cameo be cancelled. They did not wish to work with Gibson. His name is still poison among professionals in the entertainment field. They feel his presence in their films would affect them negatively at the box office.
That may be correct, since his popularity with the public, which soared for a couple of decades has plummeted. Looks like Mel might end up in the unemployment line ( figuratively speaking) some day. How the mighty have fallen. Those cursed tapes gave us way too much information about you Mel. Retire with what dignity you can muster.

Brandy recently admitted on Dancing With The Stars that she hasn't had sex with a man for nearly six years! Hard to imagine what would make a person abstain for such a long time!

Kim Novak Diagnosed With Breast Cancer

Novak, best known for her starring role in the 1958 classic Vertigo, is undergoing cancer treatment and is expected to make a full recovery, according to her manager, Sue Cameron. Cameron : "It was caught early by a routine yearly mammogram and is undergoing treatment. All her doctors say she is in fantastic physical shape and should recover very well".
Novak, 77, has also featured in notable films including Picnic, Pal Joey and Bell, Book and Candle.
She last appeared in Liebestraum in 1991, but her scenes were cut following a dispute with director Mike Figgis. Hang in there Kim and 'good luck'.

Oksana's Lawyer Calls Mel A "Deadbeat Dad!"

She only just became her lawyer, and she's already whipping out the claws!
Oksana Grigorieva's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, was in court this morning to discuss her client's baby daddy Mel Gibson and his backed child support payments, and referred to him as a "deadbeat dad!"
Bloom is apparently infuriated because his lawyer's are "bullying Oksana" by making her endure days of depositions, while Gibson has yet to sit down for one!
Ouch! Well maybe this kind of ferocity is what Oksana needs to get this mess taken care of!

Oprah Winfrey's personal space was violated during her visit to the Jackson's house last week, Tmz learned the culprit  was none other than Joe Jackson , himself.

Sources close to the Big O tell TMZ  Joe was all over the talk show  queen when she came over to conduct a sitdown interview with the family at their family Encino home.

A  source said Joe was tailing  Oprah all over the house --  almost like a shadow --  so Oprah's assistant steped in and asked the guy to back off.

Joe obliged , the source said -- and kept a polite distance for the rest of the visit .. Personal space --- it's not a joke.

Randy Jackson is outraged that  his parents allowed Oprah Winfrey in tne  family home  for an interview  because he  thinks Oprah tried to put his dead brother in jail.

Randy tweeted last night  that he was beside himself   that  Joe and Katherine Jackson  would invite  a woman into the home who tried  to poison the jury in the Michael Jackson molestion trial.

Randy  notes -- Oprah did a show on pedophelia during jury deliberations and , as he puts it , "That was no coincidence ."

Randy goes  on  ---- "she is the last person on earth he (Michael) would want around his children ."
Lets' spin it : So Joe and Katherine is Oprah bound  ---  The interview  focused heavily on Michael Jackson [DUH] . Whoopie and Joy Walk off the Set of the View

It's not a surprise that Bill O'Reilly and The View's Joy Behar may not see eye to eye politically. But a discussion about Muslims and the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on Thursday's show set off a firestorm – promoting the redhead and her co-host Whoopi Goldberg to leave the set.

During a discussion about the proposed Islamic cultural center downtown Manhattan, O'Reilly insisted it would be "inappropriate" to have a Muslim place of worship so near to Ground Zero.  This prompted Whoopi Goldberg to inquire, "Why is it inappropriate?"  To which O'Reilly replied, "Because Muslims killed us on 9/11."

As the cast devolved into loud protests and O'Reilly defended his remark, Goldberg shot back that "extremists" attacked the World Trade Center while the Fox News host continued to defend his views.
With that, Behar rose from the couch, visibly upset. "I don't want to sit here," she told O'Reilly, as she stood over him.  Goldberg also calmly rose from the sofa and joined her, waving as she walked off the set.

After the ladies left, Barbara Walters told the audience, "we should be able to have discussion without . . . walking off stage."  The pair later returned, and had a calmer debate with their guest to finish out the show.
Diva theatrics ladies...So not necessary.  An intelligent discussion would have blown this guy away.

David Arquette Courtney Cox ...History

In a rather pathetic move, David Arquette called up Howard Stern and opened (way!) up about his failed marriage to Courteney Cox on the host's radio show this morning.

The actor said Cox was the one to ask for a separation, as she admitted in June that she was sick of dealing with his immature ways.
"She said to me, 'I don't want to be your mother anymore,'" Arquette recalled. "And I appreciated that about her... She didn't want to tell me, 'Don't do that.' She didn't want to nag me anymore."
Admitting the split "breaks my heart," Arquette added: "I've been begging Courteney to get back with me."

He's also been getting his groove on. The Scream star owned up to a sexual relationship with cocktail waitress Jasmine Waltz, but stressed he was single when it began and it's over now. Asked about Cox's rumored affair with Cougar Town co-star, Brian Van Holt, Arquette said he confronted his wife over that issue and believes her answer: "I truly don't think she ever had an affair."

While the actor took responsibility for actions that "embarrassed" Cox in public, he also pointed to traits she has to work on: "She tries to take on everybody's problems. She's the mother to everyone. That's why she doesn't want to be the mother to me anymore."

In conclusion, as immature as it may have been to air the couple's private affairs in public, Arquette sounded sincere when he concluded: "I love her with all my heart and she loves me with all her heart... We're trying to get real with each other, real with ourselves... I want her to be happy, more than I want happiness for myself."

I don't know....Does he sound sincere to you? He's a big goof , never serious; a practical joker who is rumored to have had many affairs during his marriage. I think most women would get tired of that.

Adam Lambert on Planned Malaysian Protests: What's THE Gay Lifestyle?!?

When Adam Lambert performs in Malaysia on Thursday as part of his Glam Nation tour, he may face a protest by as many as one million residents. That's because the country's second largest political party, the Pan Malaysian Islamic Party, has come down on the singer and his "outrageous" participation in the "gay culture."
In response to this charge, and that country's strict performance guidelines, Adam Tweeted that he plans to "make a few minor adjustments out of respect for the Malaysian government." But he then followed up that mild missive with the following, more explicit statement:
Does my show ‘promote the gay lifestyle’? It promotes living ANY lifestyle that includes the freedom to seek love and intimacy. Gay, straight, bi, young or old. Lambert, of course, is no stranger to criticism. He faced a backlash from the FCC and ABC for his racy performance at last year's AMAs. Since then, though, the artist has toured North America and continued to push the envelope, much to the delight of his fans. Will he be able to restrain himself abroad, especially in a conservative region where the act of homosexual sex is considered a crime?
We'll soon find out... and will be rooting for Adam in all he does! He is definitely a unique free spirit.

Christina and Jordan...End of the Line

Well, it seems that the separation train is making another stop in Hollywood today at Christina Aguilera's place. It seems a source close to the singer and her husband Jordan Bratman is revealing to US magazine that the couple "have been separated for a few months."

The pair, seen above having a date night in June of this year, have been married for five years and have not decided whether to divorce or not, but are apparently living apart. Apparently over the last six months, their relationship just fizzled to a friendship.

But their main concern obviously is for their son, Max, 2. "He is their main concern," says the pal. "Christina is doing her best to be a great mom. She has a lot to juggle, but she's learning how to make it work and balance it all," the source added.

Ignore all the rumors that Jennifer Lopez and Ryan  Seacrest aren't getting along backstage at the new 'Idol.' Sources say the real trouble is that J.Lo  can't seem to keep the name  "Randy Jackson" in her pretty little head.

"It's so embrassing  that Jennifer keeps goofing Randy's name," one TV insider says, "if it's not about Jen then  forget about it . Poor Randy had a hard  enough time getting noticed sitting next to dominating Simon and eccentric Paula but at least they both knew who he was . Sitting next to Jennifer  he might as well be invisible.

Jennifer has had a long history of forgetting everyone's name but hers. Back in 2008 , reports emerged that J.Lo couldn't understand why everyone was talking  about an 8 time gold medal winning swimmer instead of  the fact she was training for a triathlon just six months after giving birth . The name she couldn't remember  was 'Michael Phelps.'

"It was funny at first but now no one is laughing," a source says. "But the best part about it is , J.Lo has made it clear   that everyone must remember to call her 'Jen.'

Is this for real ???  Sources says J.Lo's career is on the skids and she is playing 'Diva,' give me a break  , but that's the way the J.Lo turns  .

Katherine Jackson : May Be 'Oprah' Bound

It appears Katherine Jackson is going to do what Oksana Grigorieva  couldn't do ...appear on  'The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Productions trucks arrived at the Jackson  family compound in Encino along with two (2) black SUV's . Members of the production crew told TMZ they are for "an Oprah shoot."

A security guard told TMZ Oprah will not be  showing up ... so this could be a filming for an introductory segment of the show .

No word on what the interview might be about ... but we're guessing the words  , Michael and Jackson will be use a lot.

Oksana's Lawyer Pulls Plug On 'Oprah' Interview

Oksana Grigorieva will not be doing 'The Oprah Winfrey show,' but contrary to a CNN report , it's not because the judge gagged her ... it's because one of her lawyers said , "No way."

There's a report out that  Judge Scott  ordered Oksana Oksana to pull the plug on 'Oprah  ... we know  that's simply noy the case .

Judge Gordon did not order Oksana  to stay clear of "Oprah." Period.

Sources connected with the case says there was a conflict between Oksana's lawyers ... Anne Kiley , her family lawyer  was stongly against Oksana doing the interview . Sources say ...Daniel Horowitz , who arranged the interview , wanted her to do it...as did Oksana ...but ultimately Horowitz deferred to Kiley.

Justin Bieber is already filthy rich. But how much he makes in a single night may shock you. According to the Smoking Gun, Bieber earns a minimum of $300,000 per performance. That's ridiculous for an ever so  slightly talented, completely inexperienced, baby faced teen with a dumb haircut. What could he possibly do to earn that? Don't we have something better to spend that kind of money on?

The princely sum makes Bieber the highest-paid teen entertainer and puts him well ahead of many more established acts. Bieber's fee dwarfs Drake's $155,000, Weezer's $150,000 and Sheryl Crow's $146,000.
Top country stars, however, can earn even more than the teen idol. Rascal Flatts earns $702,500 a show, Keith Urban $487,500 and Brooks & Dunn $460,000. Even Kiss, a band whose most famous member is now best known for a reality show on the network that brought us 'Growing up Gotti' and Dog the Bounty Hunter,' makes $500,000 per concert. But these people have been in the business for years and have paid their dues and worked their asses off.

If reports are true that the Biebster is set to follow in Ashton Kutcher's illustrious footsteps and host a reboot of MTV's Punk'd his asking price may soon skyrocket. Then again, Kutcher's career has been on a downward trajectory ever since he migrated from sitcom to reality (His latest film 'Killers' currently has a 12% rating on Rotten Tomatoes). Did we like 'Punk'd' that much the first time? I would say (emphatically) NO! Do we need 'Punk'd' revisited? Again (with great emphasis) NO!

Here's hoping that Canada's favourite singing sensation avoids the 'Dude, Where's My Car?' route in his inevitable jump to acting. And it is sooo inevitable. Maybe his saving grace is acting talent (NOT).

Michelle Williams Will Play Monroe in....'My Week With Marilyn'

 

 Michelle Williams will play Marilyn Monroe in a new movie based around the iconic actress's 1956 film shoot in London opposite Sir Laurence Olivier ( The Prince and the Showgirl), producers said on Friday. Williams, 30, who earned an Oscar nomination for her 2005 role in " Brokeback Mountain " and also appeared in " Shutter Island", stars as Monroe alongside a British cast that sees Kenneth Branagh as Olivier, Julia Ormond playing actress Vivien Leigh and Judi Dench in the role of British screen veteran Dame Sybil Thorndike.

"My Week with Marilyn" chronicles a week in the life of Monroe as she escapes her Hollywood routine and is introduced to the pleasures of 1950s Britain by an assistant on the set of "The Prince and the Showgirl".
British actor Derek Jacobi, and young stars Dominic Cooper and Emma Watson of "Harry Potter" fame, will also appear, with Simon Curtis directing.
Work on the co-production between BBC Films, Trademark Films and the Weinstein Company has already started at Britain's Pinewood Studios.

The movie is the second planned film treatment of Monroe -- still one of the world's best-known sex symbols more than 40 years after her death. Australian Naomi Watts is due to play Monroe in the Hollywood movie "Blonde" based on U.S. writer Joyce Carol Oates' 2000 fictional biography of the star. "Blonde" is expected to start shooting in early 2012. Marilyn lovers out there will have a feast of eye candy.
