A Source Says : 'Dancing With The Stars' Wants Lindsay Lohan

Even though her 'Inferno' director expressed huge relief that he had replaced  her with another actress , Lindsay Lohan's  career is far from over . A source tells  RadarOnline.com  that reality  TV sensation  'Dancing With The Stars'  is interested  in adding  Lohan to the cast next season.

"Dancing With The Stars'  producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of castmates for a very long time , " a source  with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com Tuesday . And though they've been wary of Lohan history before , they are taking notice of her recent and productive stay at Betty Ford Treatment Center.

"The producers were concerned about Lohan's erratic behavior , but they are taking another look at asking her to come for the next season  because she is doing so well  at her sober living facility " the source said. "The producers are aware  that she could be available  because  she is not going to film 'Inferno."

The source also tells RadarOnline.com  that Lohan's next career choice  will be heavily  tied to  what's best for her sobriety . "Lindsay  won't be making only decisions about what she chooses for her next  project without consulting  first with her treatment  team , but Lindsay has taken that step herse;f , which is  a very,very positive sign," the source said.

In addition to all positive exposure associated  with the show , it seems there's  another reason 'Dancing With The Stars' might be the best choice  for the 'Mean Girls' actress, the money . "It pays very well . Lindsay has a limited income  coming in and this could help get her out the red," the source added.

A rep from the show said they do not comment on casting.

Bristol Palin : Eyeing Big Money Deals After 'DWTS' WTF

Bristol Palin didn't technically win  'Dancing With The Stars' last week , but 'financially the 20-year-old  mom is paso doble-ing  all the way to the bank.

"Bristol made over $345,000 from being on the show  and currently is getting  $35,000 for each speaking gig she does ," and insider reveals . "Yet , all that is going to feel like pocket change  if one or two of the big deals  she's currently working on actually happens.

Palin's family friends says there is a major deal in the works for Bristol to be the spokesperson for a middle American fashion brand , as well as a book deal and a mult-million offer to appear on another reality show.

"None of this should come as a surprise , " one industry sourse says . "This year's DWTS" was up over 23 percent  thanks to Bristol . Love her or hate her , you just can't turn away . This is what makes her so valvable . Now is her time to make a lot of money and Bristol knows it.

It's still unclear what her next step will be following 'DWTS.'  Bristol is currently back in Alaska after driving her truck the five day journey home . One thing is for sure , Bristol , just like her mother  is not going away anytime soon.

My take : I would really like to see Bristol  dance with a  Polar Bear ... I think the bear could teach her some graceful steps  on how to dance. A truly media made family .

Jack Nicholson : Pulled A Gun On Leonardo DiCaprio

Jack Nicholson pulled a  real gun on co-star Leonardo as they made a movie.

The pair was filming a scene for the 2006 crime thriller 'The Departed.'

The veteran actor  suddenly whipped out a real  pistol  to everyone's surprise.

And director Martin Scorsese says he still gets a fright  when he thinks  about it , according to a new book.

Scorsese said , "The first thing  Jack did was sniff the glass and say , "I smell a rat."

And then he pulled the gun on DiCaprio , Jack didn't tell me he had a gun , it was great . We took a lot out  , but Leo's reaction is real time . 'I still get the chills' .

Scorsese, 68, told author Richard Schickel fot the new book , "Conversations with Scorsese : 'It's  So Real To Me ."

DiCaprio played undercover State Trooper  Billy Costigan in the flick who is sent to penetrate the Boston  Mafia , headed up by Nicholson's character , Frank Costello.

My spin : Just like old Jack to pull a prank like that.... what a 'Joker.'  Now I wonder if  the filming was delayed while DiCaprio  took a shower before resuming  filming .[giggles]

Anderson Cooper's Drinking Buddy : 'Lady Gaga' OMG

Anderson Cooper's '60 Minutes' interview with Lady Gaga won't air until  the night of the 2011 Grammy Awards , but Anderson Cooper  is  not holding back about one of the most memorable  moments  of one of his recent sit-downs, or maybe he's happy that he remembers it at all.

Cooper told  'The Insider' that when he hung out with the Grammy-winning provacateur in Enghand to shoot  their  Q&A , she had her own ideas about how to make the interview more relaxing.

We actually  ended up that day in a pub in London drinking Jameson , "which I don't really drink ,"  the   longtime  CNN journalist said . "So she got me  me a drink , like two of them and by the end , I was ready to have the interview be over, because I really sort of couldn't ask any more questions."

Cooper confessed  a strong interest in meeting the singer face to face. "She's obviously  a fascinating person," he said.

And while tippling Irish whiskey is standard protrol for most of his in-depth interviews , conducting multiple  conversations in different locations is.

"What's great about "60 Minutes" is you spend a lot of time with the person you are profiling ," he explained . "So to be able to spend  a couple of weekends with [Gaga] in verious places  over the course of  several months , it's really cool. And it's really interesting  ... I'm learning stuff about her I never saw before.

It will have you thinking of others every time you get in your car and start the ignition. The 90-second commercial titled "Embrace Life" begins with a man reaching his hand out as if he is holding car keys and starting the ignition. He starts to drive and looks over at his wife and daughter as if he is thinking about them while driving. They smile back.  All of a sudden, the man looks stunned as his eyes open wide. His daughter mimics his expression. He swerves while his wife and daughter jump up from the couch and put their arms around him as if they are his seatbelt keeping him in his seat and saving his life.

"I wanted to create a visual metaphor addressing how a single decision in a person's day can greatly influence both their own and their loved ones' lives," said writer and director Daniel Cox, who didn't want to shock or scare the audience. "The family living room represents the feelings many people equate with their own car, in that it represents a level of safety and protection from the 'outer' world."

The whole ad is produced in slow motion to give the audience time to breathe and absorb the message.The ad, produced independently by Alexander Commercials in the U.K., has been viewed almost 12 million times on YouTube since its release in January. It is ranked as the most-viewed and highest-rated education film on YouTube and won the Gold medal at the New York International Advertising Awards and the Bronze award at the Cannes Lions.

The competition launched in September by YouTube and Campaign Magazine asked agencies to enter their most "creative and engaging" ads on YouTube over an 18-month period. A shortlist was created by industry professionals and viewers voted on the winner.

Stern's Sidekick : 'Mom's Mental Illness Perpared Me For Working With Howard'

Gary Dell Abete , Or Baba Booey as his boss  'Howard Stern'  christened him , has a new book ,  'They call me Baba Booey ,' and it's already a huge hit . But it wasn't the book , publishers originally wanted him to write.

"For years I was asked to write a tell all book on Howard  and the show," Gary said when he sat down on the new HDNet show  with Naughty But Nice  with Rob Shuter . Gary said ,"That wasn't the book  I wanted to write , I would never hire  anyone who I didn't want to do it myself.

Rob said , after reading your new book, it was ultmately  a blessing for us all . Gary opted to bring us  the story of his upbring and how his mother suffering from mental illness prepared him  for his future  success . Do yourself a favor and by a copy.

My take : I don't know  how many people like Howard Stern ...but one thing for sure , I like a lot of others care admire a Man like Gary for being loyal , you don't find that  around to much now . Way to go Baba Booey...[giggles]

Baby Boy For the Travoltas

Actor John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston on Tuesday announced the birth of their third child, a baby boy born nearly two years after the death of their 16-year-old son Jett. The baby, named Benjamin, was born at a hospital in Florida on Tuesday evening weighing more than 8 lbs, according to a statement from Travolta's publicist. "John, Kelly and their daughter Ella Bleu are ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family. Both mother and baby are healthy and doing beautifully," the statement said.
Jett, the first child of Travolta, 56, and Preston, 48, died of a seizure in January 2009 while the family was on vacation in the Bahamas. Travolta confirmed after the death that Jett was autistic.


The "Pulp Fiction" and "Grease" star and his actress wife spent a year out of the public spotlight grieving for Jett. The family was also the victim of a $25 million extortion plot over the death that ended in a mistrial for those accused.
John has lately been in the public eye because of alleged homosexual  activities. And he was included in a book by, again, an alledged former lover. He has not commented on these allegations.
Travolta was back on the red carpet in January to promote his comedy adventure movie "From Paris with Love" and Preston appeared in the Miley Cyrus movie "The Last Song" in April.

Angelina Jolie hates this holiday and wants no part in rewriting history like so many other Americans, a friend of the actress says .  "To celebrate what the white settlers  did to the Native  Indians , the domination of one culture  over another  just isn't her style . She definitely doesn't want to teach her multi-cultural family how to celebrate a story of murder .

Angelina has been filming her directorial debut , about a Serbian man and  Bosnian woman who fell in love during the Bosnian war . Angelina always extremely  sensitive to the suffering throughout the world , is filming in English and the Native language.

Angelina gets so grossed out by Thanksgiving  that she has made sure her family will not be in America this year on Thanksgiving , an insider says.

Although Brad Pitt  recently told  EXTRA , "We'll whip up a turkey somewhere," he certainly haven't shared  that plan with Angelina ,

My take : Angelina ....you need to lighten up some . Geez . You know this is one of the favorite holidays  of the year .

My entire family  gets together  and we all love one another  and have so much fun visiting and eating and getting to know the new neices and  nephews.

To bad , Angelina  with all  your  wealth , you  are  not smart enough to see the good in this fantastic holiday....but hey , thats just me.

'Ugly Betty" : Actor Suspected Of Murdering Mother With Samurai Sword

Michael Brea, a 31-year-old actor seen on 'Ugly Betty' and 'Step Up 3D ,' allegedly stabbed his mother to death with a  samurai sword in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Prospect Heights on Tuesday morning , police tell local TV Station NY1 .

Neighbors heard Brea yelling what they believe to be biblical passages and repeating the word 'repent' during an argument in the night . Michael's Haitian mother , Yannick Brea,55, was later found dead with multiple  stab wounds . Police Commissioner Ray Kelly told NY1 that Brea was holding a bible  when police enter the apartment .

"I would say he was a down to earth, cool , hard working person," a neighbor  told NY1 . "I couldn't see this coming at all."

Police say the scene was "extremely bloody," according to TMZ. The same site claims Brea decapitated his mother  and that police used a taser to subdue Brea when they arrived at the scene at around 2:20AM . These claims have not been verified by other sources.

The A.V. Club casts a doubt on Brea's status as a professional actor ... he doesn't after all , have an IMDb page ... justifying skepticism by " a complete lack of supporting  Internet  evidence ." ..."Other outlets are referring to Brea as an  aspiring actor."

In an interview with Haitian film site  Belfilm in 2009 , Brea said , "I remember growing up  and my mother was always feeding people  who was less fortunate . My parents raised me to always share and give to charity in the name of God." The same site notes Brea owned a Subway restaurant in Brooklyn with his brother.

Neighbors described the mother and son as  "quiet people" to WPIX . "They also said Brea did not give any oytward indication of mental illness  and it is unknown what made the actor snap . He apparently had an affinity for martial arts, the site said.

I heard a shriek , someone yelling and after that probably like a "Help me." probably about five mintues  after the sound went away , Another neighbor told NY1.

My take : This is so sad . Two people lost their lives ....mother dead ...son's life as he known it is over .

Lindsay Lohan : Dropped From Porn Star Movie

 Actress  Lindsay Lohan won't be starring as porn star  Linda Lovelace in "Inferno" after all.

The trouble starlet was to make her comeback playing the famous porn star in "Inferno," but  director  Matthew Wilder  told E ! Online  he could no longer wait for Lohan as she continues her treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic.

"We are with drawing our offers  from Lindsay Lohan," Wilder said. "We are currently in negotiations  [ with another actress ] and working out the legalities of bringing her aboard."

The other actress is reportedly  Malin Akerman , the attractive blonde from comedies "Couples Retreat" and "27 Dresses" but the official announcement has yet to be made.

The Cannes Film Festival this year , Wilder was excited about having Lohan on board , but the actress current personal  woes reportedly caused both Lohan and the director to make the decision to move on.

"We have stuck by Lindsay very patiently for a long time with a lot of love and support ," Wilder explained . Ultimately the impossitility of insuring her ... and some other issures ....has made it impossible to move forward.

The 24-year-old's rep told E! News  "Lindsay is dedicated to her recovery and together they decided to move forward without her.

My take : Frankly , Lindsay Lohan shouldn't be working at this time anyway , Lindsay needs to get her life back on track , that's why  she's in treatment at the 'Betty Ford Clinic,'  also can the paparazzi's please give this child a break , right now she needs to be away from the paparazzis.  Does the paparazzi and public want to see  this child fail ??? Right now she needs quiet , she needs to be away from the public and her career , when she gets  her life back on track , when she's clean and sober for a while ...but not right now.  But hey , that's just me..... 

Daniel Day-Lewis in Illinois to Prepare for Lincoln

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Academy Award-winning actor Daniel Day-Lewis is preparing for his role as Abraham Lincoln by visiting the state where the former president began his political career. DreamsWorks Studios says Day-Lewis will star in the Steven Spielberg-directed film "Lincoln." The movie is based on the book "Team of Rivals" by Doris Kearns Goodwin, who joined Day-Lewis on his tour in Illinois.

The State Journal-Register reports the actor toured several historic sites Friday in Springfield, including the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum, the Lincoln Home and the Old state capitol, where Lincoln served as a legislator. Filming is expected to begin next fall, and the movie is to be released in late 2012.

Mel to Appear in Court Monday to Fight oksana (TMZ)

Mel Gibson will be front and center in L.A. County Superior Court on Monday ... as his lawyers ask the judge to strip Oksana Grigorieva of custody and award it to him ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Mel is appearing because he wants the judge to see how serious he is about getting full custody, on grounds Oksana is hurting Lucia by going on what he considers a public smear campaign rooted in lies. We're told Mel's team believes Oksana's conduct -- especially in the face of Judge Scott Gordon warning her to stay silent -- smacks of instability.
As we reported, Mel also wants Judge Gordon to give Oksana supervised visitation only and no overnights with the baby ... at least for the time being.

Sources tell us ... Mel will ask the judge to make the order last for six months, after which the issues can be revisited. Geez Louise, you're a big jerk Mel, a big lying, bullshitting jerk. I'm not sure either one of you should have that baby.

'Mike & Molly' star Speaks Out About 'Fatties' Furor

Some insults are so outrageous , they can't be ignored . This week , a star on TV's most-watched sitcom ,'Mike  & Molly,' says a controversial dig at their series , and  at overweight  peope in general , will be referenced on their turkey-day -themed episode airing  Monday. November 22.

After a post call  'Should Fatties Get A  Room ?  appeared on Marie Claire  magazine site last month ,'Mike & Molly fans were in an uproar   about the opinions about the blogger , who wrote that she wasn't a viewer , but felt "grossed out" seeing or even imagining plus-size people romancing one another . In other words , the premise of the series ... two Overeaters Anonymous  members begin dating ...bothered her. 'Mike & Molly,' a hit CBS , averages more than 12 million viewers.

'Mike & Molly' creator Mark Roberts originally said he wanted to ignore the slam in future scripts . But he did admit the incident simply struck him as cruel : "I'm really not angry . I'm hurt for my two friends (stars Melissa McCathy and Billy Gardell) who had to read horrible things that some woman said said about them ,"  Roberts told  EW.com in October . "I feel  more sad."

Now Gardell (who plays Mike) tell EW that in the November 22 episode , he gets to make a  "tiny nod" to the brouhaha . "It's very eloquently put  things that I get to say at the Thanksgiving speech , that kind of says everything we feel," says Gardell.

Regarding the controversy's notoriety , Gardell says , "it did give ['Mike & Molly'] a lot of attention , but I rather attention be got by the good work we;re doing. Overwhelmingly , people from the internet came to our side . And not just to our side , but to the side of overweight people , which was nice.

Gardell adds , "Comedy is comedy , but when you say you hate someone for how they look , then that changes the atmosphere ...[Creators]Mark Roberts and Chuck Lorre both have said that if by episode six , we're only relying on fat  jokes , we won't have much of a show. [Weight] is completely secondary. It's about those two trying to keep a relationship together , which is what everybody goes through . That's the main focus of the show.

And what kind of  holiday will it be for the couple Monday night ? The whole cast of crazies will be at the  Thanksgiving table , which is how a good working-class Thanksgiving should be ,  Gardell hints , "I get to light the grill . The turkey ends up having to be done on the grill , and I ruin that too."

My spin :  With so many Americans overweight  and struggling with their health , I find it beyond insensitive  to suggest  that overweight  people should hide  themselves away from the rest of us so that we aren't subjected to seeing them living their lives.  Everyone has a choice to switch channels  but personally I find it really refreshing to have a show  with real people  with real issues  that a lot of people can related to , with the added bonus  that it is laugh-out-loud funny.....laughing heals , it make you forget your problems for a little while.

Emotional Van Damme Signs Contract for his Kickboxing Comeback

Jean Claude Van Damme has made it somewhat official that he will return to the ring for a real kickboxing match in 2011. In this video, the soon-to-be 50-year-old is seen signing the contract to face former Olympian Somluck Kamsing. JCVD said he wants to be the first action star to prove he can really fight. The celebration got a little sappy when Van Damme started apologizing for falling off the good-guy wagon.

"I did my rock n' roll type life, I fell down to rock bottom," Van Damme said. "And I've got that blot following me about. Van Damme is drinking. Van Damme is doing cocaine. Van Damme is doing all that [expletive]. So I'm [branded] for life."  Then it was time to say sorry to the kids.

"... the only way to forgive myself to all those children, with their posters 'Bloodsport' and 'Kickboxer' and their father telling them that 'you know he's a great guy and you should train like him' and all that. Then I [expletive] up my life and everything. I want to go back in that ring to prove to those children that they'll fight in my heart."

The fight is scheduled for April of 2011 in Las Vegas. We still have our doubts that the Nevada State Athletic Commission will license a 50-year-old, who hasn't fought in 20 years, but we don't want to ruin this special moment.

Bewitched Star ....And Sex Scandals

When BEWITCHED producer/hubby William Asher caught  ELIZABETH MONTGOMERY wife/star cheating, he plugged the plug on their marriage AND the TV show! The TV classic, about a suburban witch, hid more than one sex scandal.  Producer director and JFK pal Asher was famed for creating the Beach Party flicks with Frankie & Annette, also producing the Kennedy birthday bash with Marilyn Monroe and the Presidential Inaugural Gala of 1961.

Asher met future wife, Elizabeth, when she auditioned for a caper flick he was directing, Johnny Cool, in 1963.  Both were married to others but the blonde stunner and producer quickly fell in love, divorced their respective spouses and got hitched. But Liz and Bill's wedding wasn't revealed until months after the launch of Bewitched when she was pregnant with their first child. With Asher in control, he manipulated Elizabeth's real-life nervous nose twitch into an icon of pop and Bewitched became an overnight hit.

Despite incorporating Elizabeth's two real pregnancies into the Bewitched storyline and the loss of the original Darren actor, Dick York, the show was consistently top rated for ABC. However, with boredom setting in, both Montgomery and Asher wanted to kill the show after the fifth season but ABC insisted on continuing the supernatural comedy. Soon, a bewitched, bothered Elizabeth found another outlet for her alluring enchantments.

She began having an affair with one of the show's other directors Richard Michaels, busting up his marriage in 1971 and hers while filming the 8th season.  She moved in with Michaels as soon as filming ended. They lived together for two years before splitting up from the guilt.  Hubby Asher later admitted he had had an affair as well -- with Nancy Fox, one of the show's extras.

Montgomery and Asher's marriage ended as it had begun - with cheating - and Bewitched was finally canceled in 1972.

Eva & Tony : Friends not Surprise by Eva & Tony's Divorce

Just three years after their fairytale wedding in a French Castle , Eva Longoria filed for divorce from basketball star Tony Parker citing irreconcilable differences. Several guests who attended the wedding says they are  surprised it lasted this long.

Neither one of them wanted to get married for the right reasons in the first place, "a friend of the couple says, revealing that after Eva found overnight success on 'Desperate Housewives ,' she also became dizzlingly attracted to fame.

"After seeing all the attention Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes wedding had received , she wanted the same," sources  said. "And Tony just happened to be the man in the right place at the right time.

"Tony spent most of the day listening to music on his iPod  when not being pushed into pictures  while Eva spent the entire evening hanging with her friends and dancing , "a  wedding guest says, "Tony seemed confused by the circus Eva had assembled."

After one year , cracks were already starting to show as cheating rumors circulated , but reluctant to give up her Hollywood fairytale , Eva stood by her man.

My take  : A word to the wise , marriage is a job and hard work , you have to want it to keep it and you have to marry for the right reasons....young man or older man , they have to want to make it work as much as you, so ladies don't push , let him think he's doing the chasing ... make sure you both have  some of the same interests .

New legal docs in the ongoing MEL GIBSON war with ex- GF OKSANA GRIGORIEVA reveal what may have happened the Night of January 6 - the night of much contention in the He Said - She Said debate in their child custody dispute.
In a legal deposition, Mel admitted slapping Oksana.  He claimed her "hysteria" placed baby Lucia in danger because he feared the infant might suffer from Shaken Baby Syndrome as Oksana's "rapid movements were causing Lucia's little body to be flung from one side to the other, her head shaking violently."
"I slapped Oksana one time with an open hand in an attempt to bring her back to reality. I did not slap her hard. "I did not hit Oksana with a closed fist as she alleges. I did not ever punch her in the face or in the temple or anywhere else, not then or at any other time," Mel swore under oath.
"I was desperate to get Lucia out of Oksana's arms...My hand never touched any part of Lucia and there were no marks, injuries or blood on Lucia's face as a result of anything I did."

Still pending, charges that Oksana tried to extort The Braveheart star which is before the LA Sheriff's Office in Los Angeles for review as to whether or not police action is warranted.

Oksana to Mel : 'Too Much Evidence , My Dear'

TMZ has obtained emails Oksana Grigorieva sent mel Gibson just before their mediation , which Mel's  lawyers  believe are proof of extortion . Oksana claims she has  "Two much evidence , my dear."

According to court documents , Oksana sent the emails  on May 2 , two weeks before she and Mel went into mediation which resulted in a $15 million package for Oksana and Lucia.

In the email , Oksana accuses Mel and his family of leaking stories to the media about their breakup - specifically ... "they claim you dumped me."

Mel's lawyers believe the emails  show Oksana as a manipulator who was not fearful of Mel at all , but rather someone who was scheming to extort  millions.

Oksana writes , "Does your family think that my modesty and class could pass for stupidity ?" Oksana adds , "Do they think  I will let them carry on with ruining  my reputation , which was unblemished  before I ever layed eyes on you ?

As for secretly recording Mel , "As far as the tapes go , I only played one to my lawyer , because on March 15  Michelle proposed on your behalf not a very generous gift for our daughter and there was nothing for me."

Oksana adds ...."my lawyers also told me that Tom Hansen said I wouldn't get a penny and more importantly my lawyers warned me that your lawyers  are capable of false fabrication about me to the press, i.e. , an unfit mother , a prostitute  etc , so you can have the baby and I get to go to  my  f**king mother hole as you told me."

Oksana talks about taping Mel and makes a big statement Mel's lawyers have seized on "Two much evidence , my dear."

Oksana Grigorieva : Defies Judge With Larry King "WTF"

Oksana  Grigorieva   has defied the judge in her custody war with   Mel  Gibson   by taping an interview with  Larry  King   Saturday night , TMZ has learned ...and  it's Oksana opening salvo in "speaking out on behalf of battered women."

Oksana did the interview (which was supposed to only last half -hour but ended up an hour ) along with one of her lawyers , Marty Garbus  ... this despite   Judge Scott Gordon   telling Oksana that if she did media , she might pay when it comes to awarding custody ... this according to Oksana's team.

Sources connected with Oksana tell TMZ she did the interview because "she feels she's been silent to long and feels bad for other battered women if she stays silent ." Sources tell TMZ Oksana is now working with a group called  Peace Over Violence ... L.A. based battered women's group ...and she's planning a number of news conferences in the near future.

Larry King played portions of the tapes Oksana secretly recorded , in which Mel goes crazy . King asks for her reaction to the various tapes .

Oksana repeats over and over that she believes Mel is a great father , but he needs therapy to deal with his issues so he can safely be around Lucia.

Oksana is also working with a lobbying group in Sacramento ... California Partnership To End Domestic Violence  ... on battered women.

My take :  This is a new twist  ...  there will be other women coming forward in the near future to claim their 15 minutes in the spotlight and some will be telling the truth .

Lindsay Lohan : Tells Daddy To Get Lost "OMG"

Lindsay Lohan  demanded security officers at her apartment building remove her father , Michael Lohan ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us Michael showed up ...  unannounced ...in the lobby of Lindsay's apartment building . When security called Lilo  ...who's only  back in L.A. for the  day.     she told them to send Michael  packing .

Sources said Michael left without a fuss , but the damage is done ...Lilo is upset  Michael showed up on her doorstep.

Someone in Michael's camp claims he was just trying to bring her some Chinese food for dinner.

My take : So much for the warm and fuzzy reunion  just days ago.....Michael needs to take his own advice.    Nuff said.

Oksana Grigorieva took a break from court hearing and desposition to do a little  shopping  in Sherman Oals .

Considering she claims she spends  $1,000 a month on groceries  and household supplies , we doubt she used a club card

Before battling Mel Gibson in their custody war Wednesday,  Oksana Grigorieva spent some time with their rarely-seen- in- public ...their adorable daughter  Lucia.

Oksana wants the judge to yank over night visits with Mel.

My take : What a beautiful baby ...what a shame her parents are such ass-holes...Mel and Oksana is not thinking about there adorable baby , just  themselves....the lawyers on both sides is only thinking about the money.

Eva Longoria Parker, who hosted this year's MTV Europe Music Awards, channels Rihanna in a super short Georges Hobeika dress and patent leather Brian Atwood heels. The exaggerated shoulders and waist really reminds us of the "Umbrella" singer. It's too short and it's not age appropriate and with those shoulders, it's a bit Lady GaGa. And her shoes are too big for her; not attractive.

COMMENTS ON THE DRESS:
- Oh, that's just nasty! Can't stand this woman at the best of times, 'cause she thinks she's all that and a bag of chips, but this so-called dress is about the worst I've seen. I do wonder why she's wearing shoes that are too big....?

- She is married to a younger man than her ,and now she is trying to be a little girl. this top (because thats what it is ) could have looked better with some skinny pants.

-  Looks like she forgot to put on a skirt.
-  Perhaps she could have used some of the excessive amount of material at the top to add a bit to the bottom - it simply looks like she forgot half of her outfit.

Patty Duke :Once Troubled Teen Star Sticks Up For Lohan And Lovato

With online , TV and print reporters in full pursuit of details surrounding Demi Lovato's breakdown and trip to rehap , former teen  star Patty Duke  would like  to urge  restraint ."Be quiet and let the girl figure it out.

"These are people , these young girls ," Patty tells Popeater . "Some of them can build a shield  against the negative media , but most of them can't ... and it hurts."

As for what Lovato and other troubled  young personalities , including Lindsay Lohan , are going through now. "I really relate to it  completely. What I don't relate to is when help is offered and they don't take it. "That's what make me crazy," says Duke .  The part of me that understands psychology and psychiatry tells me . "No, They're not at their bottom yet , It may be my bottom , but not theirs."

Patty Duke knows of what she speaks , of course . Back in the 60s , it was she who was America's Sweetheat , the beloved , Oscar-winning child actress (for Miracle Worker) who became the jaunty teen star of her own hugely  popular TV show ...who then grew up and melted down before the  public's eyes.

My take :  For once we are  hearing from someone who had the same problems as Lohan and Lovato  and not looking for 15 minutes  in the spotlight....thanks Patty.

Marie Osmond Opens Up About Son Michael's Suicide

Marie Osmond opened up on Thursday's "The Oprah Winfrey Show" about the last conversation she had with her son before he committed suicide. "When I heard him say to me, I have no friends, it brought back when I went through depression because you really feel so alone," Osmond, 51, tells Winfrey. "I'm not a depressed person, but I understand that place, that darkness."

Osmond, who struggled with post-partum depression in her past, continues her hearfelt recollection, remembering that she told her son, Michael Bryan, that she would be with him soon. "But I told him ... and the hardest thing ... I said, Mike, I'm gonna be there Monday and it's gonna be okay," she said. "But depression doesn't wait until Monday."

Her 18-year-old son jumped to his death in February after a long battle with severe depression which prompted his admittance to a rehab facility in 2007. In 2009, Osmond said her son seemed to be doing better, carrying a 3.9 GPA and planning for college. Before Bryan comitted suicide this year, he left a note on his bed explaining that he felt he had no friends and didn't fit in.

In her heartwrenching interview with Winfrey, Osmond explains why she went back to work only a couple of weeks after her son's death. "It was a calculated decision. I'm unique, I guess," she says. "I'm a female in the entertainment business who has been working 48 years consistently. My stage is my safe place." She adds, "I knew that if I didn't get back on stage that I may never get back on stage."

When asked if she lived with regrets or doubts about how she handled her son's situation, Osmond replied, "I think there are always 'what if's.' What if I had just put him on a plane and said come be with me, or gone there?" However, Osmond refuses to be paralyzed by the tragedy.

"I think if you live in 'what if's,' you stop living," she says.

Mel Gibson : Chokes Up On Stand---- Saying I Love Lucia

Mel Gibson choked up on the stand Wednesday as he testified about  how much he loves Lucia and his other children ... sources  familiar  with the testimony tells TMZ.

Mel's voice  cracked as he talked about his 1-year-old during his testimony.

Oksana Grigorieva  - who wants Judge Scott Gordon to strip Mel of overnight visits with Lucia ...testified  that whenever the baby spent the night at Mel's , she  (Lucia) came back 'acting  funny'.' Oksana did not   get specific as what "funny' meant.

On cross_examination Mel's lawyers did a show and tell,  saying video  of Oksana talking to People magazine  and other media outlets , asking ,"Do you think by talking to the media , you are looking out for the best interest of  Lucia ?" Oksana was also grilled  aout allegedly talking to TMZ.

Oksana's lawyers were trying to get the judge to invalidate  the mediation agreement , but Judge Gordon shut them down, saying that issue wasn't before the court.

As for Martin Gorbus , the judge has not given the out f state lawyer permission to represent Oksana in a Californis court room ... all paper work was not in order.

The court date is November 22, Oksana will take the stand for  further  cross-examination.

Will Judge Order Mel To seek Professional help ??

Will the judge in Mel Gibson's custody case order the troubled actor to seek therapy today? It may well happen if Oksana Grigorieva has her way. Oksana's lawyers will ask the custody judge to order Gibson into therapy for "anger issues" when both square off in court over baby Lucia today.  Sources say Oksana's team wants to deny Mel overnight visitation until a psychiatrist determines Mel is safe to be around his one-year-old girl.


Lawyers have been trying to hunt down other women they say Mel cheated on Oksana with, in hopes that they will corroborate her allegations of abuse. So far, Judge Scott Gordon has been unmoved by Oksana's objections, allowing Mel visitation and overnights the couple agreed to during a May mediation. Oksana's legal team will also challenge that very mediation agreement today, arguing that she signed it under duress. She later disavowed the whole thing.


She was to have turned over the tapes of Gibson's rants in exchange for an enormous financial settlement, but backed out of the deal at the last minute. This is likely she apparently felt she could finagle more cash by going this route. Not sure that's going to work out for her in the end, but we'll find out.
As for the visitation question, remember that Mel's wife Robyn submitted a sworn declaration saying Mel never in any way abused her or their kids. If all the judge has to go on is Oksana's allegations, and her credibility is called into question repeatedly, we don't see Mel ordered into therapy.

Michael Lohan To Demi Lovato's Dad : Shut Up About Your Daughter

Despite receiving death threats , Demi Lovato  estranged father  Patrick Lovato  refuses to back down from his daughter's controversial comments ... blaming the temptations of Hollywood for his Disney star daughter's stint in rehab.

"This is the United States of America , I can talk anytime I want to," Patrick told RadarOnline  when asked if Disney's lawyers and Demi's mother , Dianna , had demanded  that he stopped talking  about his daughter's problems.

Patrick's relationship with Demi  has been strained since he and Dianna divorced in 1994 and has only gotten worse. Now Michael Lohan , who has a long track record of talking to the media about his  own daughter , is offering advice from one dad to another  dad.

"There are two reasons why I have no respect for people who talk or comment about others," Michael says. "First , it's because , in most cases those individuals are looking from the outside in . and they are passing judgement  or commenting  on people  they know nothing about . The second  reason is because they are too cowardly to say it to  the person themselves."

And Mr. Lovato better think twice before comparing Demi and Lindsay , Lohan warns.

"I asked Demi Lovato's father to  refrain from making asinine statements about my daughter , or say it to my face himself," Lohan says. "And if so , I will pay for the transportation and his hospital bills.

My take :  Right , .... coming from a man that beats up girl friends  and skip out on child support...DUH... Old Lohan jumped on Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen's bandwagon , but they didn't  want  his help.... so old Lohan is doing all he can to stay in the spotlight, sorry Michael , I think your 15 mintues of fame  is gone . For Rachel McAdams, acting alongside Harrison Ford in "Morning Glory" was more than a thrill - especially because she is a longtime fan of the Hollywood action-hero legend. "He is so much fun to work with and very intimidating at first," the actress told Access Hollywood at the junket for the film over the weekend in New York City. Rachel, who turns 32 next week, admitted that she's been a big admirer of Harrison's ever since she was a young girl.
"I watched him growing up, I loved 'Raiders of the Lost Ark,'" she said of the 1981 film (she was 3 when the movie came out). "It was like my favorite movie of all time, not just my favorite Harrison Ford movie, but my favorite movie of all time. And so it was intimidating at first."

Rachel, whose character Becky is a television producer trying to revive a struggling morning show with two aging and kooky hosts played by Harrison and Diane Keaton - said she never told Harrison what a devotee she was of his work while filming."I didn't bring it up," she laughed. "I still haven't mentioned that."
There is a scene in the film though, where she was able to draw from her love of Harrison and his work, to make the scene better. "That scene where I have to fawn all over him in the elevator actually came quite easily, so I didn't even have to do much acting," she smiled. "But he's very sweet and he's actually kind of a real teddy bear and lovely to work with."

Sitting Down with Danielle Staub ,the most controversial 'Real Housewife ' of all time , for his new HDnet show , Naughty But Nice with Rob.  Rob said he knew we were in for a good time , but He didn't expect the Jersey girl to admit she was dating again ...that is , dating a man and a woman !

At first coy about whether she's dating a man or a woman these days , Danielle asks , "How  about both." Danielle tells Rob she's honest  with both beau and lady , and 'hell no' the three don't ever play together . "No,no, actually  they're not happy about each other !

David Cassidy Nabbed For DUI

Running into a bit of a legal dilemma, "Partridge Family" actor David Cassidy has been nabbed for Driving Under the Influence in St. Lucie County, FL. The former child star was released from a jail in Florida early Thursday morning (November 4) after being picked up by Florida Highway Patrol the previous night.
Cassidy was officially charged with DUI, failure to maintain a single lane and possession of an open container of alcohol in his car. The 60-year-old is said to have had a half-full bottle of Bourbon in his Mercedes sports car while blowing breathalyzer totals of 0.139 and 0.141.

Always a little troubled, David never handled his early celebrity well. Being a teen idol is not all it's cracked up to be. When that phase of his life ended he could never seem to get his career up and running again. He has had a running battle with substance abuse for years and it's a shame he still hasn't got a handle on life. If you haven't sorted your life out by sixty, it's not likely that you ever will.
