It’s been a while since Nicole Richie stirred up a notable rumor. Sure, there have been a couple of babies, new fashion lines and a still-in-development sitcom to keep fans occupied over the past year or so. But for the most part, Nic’s life was starting to read like an episode of Leave it to Beaver .
Domestic goddess seemed like an odd fit for the former wild child who almost single-handedly popularized the “oops-I-forgot-my-undies” phenomenon. Her 'Mother Earth' image was not meant to last.
I guess we expected Nic to be the one to cause trouble in the relationship but, as it happens, it's her 'rock star', wannabe boyfriend.
Nicole is back on the front page of the smut rags and her return to the tabloids has nothing to do with her own bad behaviour. According to Star mag, Joel Madden is far from the devoted father and fiancé that everyone thinks. Word is he’s been spotted hitting on several women and that he has all but checked-out of his relationship with Nicole.
You’d think a man who looks more like the Pillsbury Doughoy than his identical twin brother (Benji Madden) would have trouble drumming up female interest. But that’s the thing about being rich and pseudo-famous…there will always be girls of the groupie-variety.
Star claims Joel has been behaving like an overgrown frat boy during his American tour, which includes nights out with various women. And let’s just say they didn’t look like they were swapping casserole recipes (or whatever a happily engaged man does when he’s away from his beloved).
It's too bad these kinds of 'never amount to anything ' human beings have no moral fibre, no backbone and no conscience. He waits until he has two beautiful babies before he blows everything. Nicole was giving it her best shot. She deserves better than him. He's just another ass who needs to GROWUP! ....and be a decent daddy and life partner.
