Katherine Jackson is getting her way ... a judge just ordered Dr. Conrad Murray to spill the beans in her wrongful death lawsuit against AEG.
According to legal docs, Mrs. Jackson wants Murry to testify about comments he made in his documentary, in which Murray said an AEG honcho told him, Jackson was on "death skid row" and AEG owned "the toilet paper he wipes his ass with" and "the f**kin' popsicles that his children are sucking on" and "if he doesn't get the show done he's over."
Mrs. Jackson thinks Murray's comments will help convince a jury AEG played fast and loose with her son's life, and that they happily hired the reckless doctor to care for him.
Murray fought the subpoena for his depo, but now he'll have to take the oath next month.

Katherine isn't going to get any money out of this douche bag. So what if AEG made these comments, proves nothing because Murray is still the one who injected MJ with excessive propofol and killed him being negligent.
Murderer (Murrray) is just a disgusting murderer and a liar sociopath mentally disturbed and greedy unnatural mother Katherine is as disgusting as him, she tried to get murderer's favor by dropping restitution!!! Of course AEG appears to have more money than murderer (Murray) and the greed is with no end to her!!! She even involved Michael's children in her lawsuit-hunt for money, not to mention she put them all over the media and even working, using and exploiting them always to get more money for her and her family of parasites with no shame and obviously without worrying that Michael did NOT want this trash-mess for his children!!! AEG pretended to trust murderer even when Kenny Oetega told them he was worried!!! ALL for money!!! They ALL are just DISGUSTING!!!
Get ready for the doc's histrionics again. He's tried every health gambit possible to weasel out of his sentence so far -- No doubt he'll have a rehearsed scenario ready when the cameras start rolling.
My own guess is that he'll hobble in with a cane, and will have found or devised some way to blacken his eye or cause some other form of temporary facial marks or disfigurement (which do not actually require significant pain or discomfort, because he's such a prissy wuss).
Sure, he's already on the downward slope of his inadequate prison term but, if nothing else, his whining will be heard by his few supporters (mostly from his church). After giving them so much drug money in the past, he'll be collecting his quid pro quo from them soon, as he awaits proceeds from the many lawsuits he's working on right now, in the can.
