Victoria, 37, returned the favor by Tweeting a black and white picture of the proud papa cradling Harper -- nearly nose-to-nose -- with the caption, "Daddy's little girl! X V B X" Victoria also took to Twitter earlier this week to proclaim her love for her first daughter.
"Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen," she Tweeted on Thursday. "I have fallen in love all over again!!!"
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com , Victoria gave birth to Harper Seven at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on July 10. The couple also has three boys - Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.
As for the name, Harper Seven, David says, "A lot of people have assumed that it's just because it was my shirt number that I wore for many years, and part of it is," David said of Harper Seven Beckham in a video clip posted on his Facebook page. "Part of it is because I had so much luck around wearing that number, wearing it for England, wearing it for Manchester United -- it was such an influential number throughout my career, and a lucky number, but that wasn't the main reason. The other reasons behind 'Seven' were because it symbolizes spiritual perfection, Seven Wonders of the World, seven colors of the rainbow and in many cultures around the world, it's regarded as a lucky number," he added.
As for her first name, Harper, David said that came from Harper being both an "old English name" the couple loved and because Victoria Beckham's favorite book, "To Kill A Mocking Bird" was penned by Harper Lee. "We love the name. We love Harper Seven."
"We're very proud of having her in our lives and our family," David added of the newborn, "It's an amazing time for our family right now."
