Mel Gibson : Gets $163 K Legal Bill From Oksana's Lawyer For One Month

Mel Gibson just got a legal  bill from one  of Oksana Grigorieva's  lawyers ,  Mel probably  thinks the name  of the firm is  Bend   Over  and Pay   .

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ...Alan Sheifman (aka lawyer # 41) claims he racked up a $163,000 fee  between October 15 and November 15,2010 . He  feft the case after feuding with lawyer #39.

It's said that Sheifman is asking Mel to pay $600,000 an hour , 7 days a week .

As was previously reported , Oksana's attorneys have asked Mel to pay more than $1 million in legal fees.

For Mel , it seems harder to swallow than a Ricky Gervals  monologue.

Mel Gibson spent some quality  father - gaughter time with his daughter  Lucia on Sunday - the first time they've been  seen together  - outside of court documents.

The pictures were  taken at Mel's church in Malibu after services . Mel can be seen doting over his daughter  , who seemed to be striking up a friendship  with another child.

Mel Gibson : Chokes Up On Stand---- Saying I Love Lucia

Mel Gibson choked up on the stand Wednesday as he testified about  how much he loves Lucia and his other children ... sources  familiar  with the testimony tells TMZ.

Mel's voice  cracked as he talked about his 1-year-old during his testimony.

Oksana Grigorieva  - who wants Judge Scott Gordon to strip Mel of overnight visits with Lucia ...testified  that whenever the baby spent the night at Mel's , she  (Lucia) came back 'acting  funny'.' Oksana did not   get specific as what "funny' meant.

On cross_examination Mel's lawyers did a show and tell,  saying video  of Oksana talking to People magazine  and other media outlets , asking ,"Do you think by talking to the media , you are looking out for the best interest of  Lucia ?" Oksana was also grilled  aout allegedly talking to TMZ.

Oksana's lawyers were trying to get the judge to invalidate  the mediation agreement , but Judge Gordon shut them down, saying that issue wasn't before the court.

As for Martin Gorbus , the judge has not given the out f state lawyer permission to represent Oksana in a Californis court room ... all paper work was not in order.

The court date is November 22, Oksana will take the stand for  further  cross-examination.

Mel Gibson is taking a lunch break , after getting grilled  himself in a deposition ...with Oksana Grigorieva  as an active participant.

TMZ has learned  ...Mel somehow got in  the Century City office building where the deporition is taking place without being notice. It went  for three hours  this morning , before every one took a break.

Sources say Oksana has been writing notes and speaking with her lawyers about questions they're firing at Mel.

Oksana Grigorieva Files Comtempt Charge Against Mel Gibson - Mel Faces possible Jail

Mel Gibson is facing jail time after Oksana Grigorieva's lawyers filed a comtempt of court charge against him, RadarOnline.com  has exclusively learned.

The Russian musician's legal team filed the sensational motion on Thursday asking a Los Angeles judge to find the Oscar-winning actor in breach of a court order  to hand over $20,000-a-month in child support.

If found guilty at a hearing on Novermber 10, Mel could be jailed  -- or have his wages garnished .

"For three consecutive months , Mel has paid Oksana somewhere between $5,000 and $10,000 each month , it varies , but either way , it is well short of what the judge instructed  he must deliver to the mother of his child," a source close to the legal case told RadarOnline.com.

RadarOnline .com was the first to report how the actor , worth up to $500 million , had failed to pay child support for their infant daughter Lucia , who turns one-year-old on Saturday.

Speaking exclusively to RadarOnline , said October 15 : "Mel Gibson at this point is a deadbeat dad."

A Los Angeles judge had ordered Mel, 54 , who is worth an estimated $500 million , to increase his monthly child support payment from $5,000 to $20,000 each month.

Mel's camp has been refusing to write the full  check amount , until the judge rules on a dispute over whether Mel can charge rent  for the Sherman Oaks home he owns, where Oksana and Lucia live.

Mel wants $6,000 deducted from the monthly figure for rent.

When asked to explain why he had failed to pay the child support , Bloom said : "Because he wants to continue to bully Oksana , this is a pattern of hehavior that has gone on and on and he thinks he can take advantage of the mother of his daughter."

Mel Gibson's deposition  Monday promises to be dramatic , with questions about medication and rants.

TMZ has learned Oksama Grigorieva's team will focus on issues they believe speak to Mel's fitness  as a parent . We're are told they will ask the  tough questions about the now   infamous   audiotapes , specifically relating to Mel's temper and his anger  issues.

And we're told they will ask Mel about the medications he's taking . As back-up we're told Oksama has photos of the various medicines , because Mel left the meds at her house before he left for good .

As for allegations of domestic violence , the judge has made it clear - the subject is off limits for this deposition.

My  take :  Well, old mad Mel  dodged the bullet on the domestic violence issue this time.  It seems as if he will be spending a lot of time in court  .... maybe he can jump start his career again with a reality show  called 'An Old Fool and His Money are Soon Parted' and give Michael Lohan advice  on screwing up your kids  lives...now that will be a hoot.

Oksana Grigorieva : Oksana Meets With Computer Crimes Attorney 'OMG'

TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva  fust went to the law offices of an attorney  -- a former federal prosecutor who specializes in 'Computer Crimes'  considered one of the foremost authorities on internet crimes.

The attorney  -- James Spertus  - practices in West Los Angeles . Sources says , Oksana is meeting with him  to prove she is not gyilty of tampering with her computer or trying to extort  money from Mel Gibson .

It's interesting  --  because sources tell TMZ  Mel Gibson's lawyers have told the Sheriff's Department  that they have evidence someone tampered with the tapes and they want Oksana investigated.

Spartus has lectured FBI agents and prosecutors on prosecuting  Intellectual  Property Crimes . He is the founding member of the Computer Crimes and Intellectual Property Section of the United States Department of Justice.

A source spoke with Spartus , who would not comment  about Oksana.

On her  way into Spartus office , Oksana said she never tried to extort money  from Mel Gibson.

Update : Sources connected with Oksana  says she has been advised to make a  copy of her hard drive , in the event the Sheriff's Department seizes her laptop in connection with the criminal investigation.

Mel Gibson : Liam Neeson Replaces Mad Mel in "The Hangover 2"

A day after  Mel Gibson got  fired from the  'The Hangover 2," producers flew in Bradley Cooper's 'A-Team' buddy Liam Neeson to take his place.  According to  Variety. Neeson got the  call and flew to  Bangkok on Thursday.

"I just got the call to do a one-day shoot on 'The Hangover 2" as a tattooist in Thailand , and That's all I know about it," Neeson  told variety, and  I just laughed my leg off  when I saw  'The Hangover,' I was shooting in Berlin  earlier this year  and rented it on the hotel TV."

Oksana Grigorieva : Judge Orders Oksana's Key Guy To Stay Clear Of Lucia

Mel Gibson's lawyers just got a judge to order Oksana Grigorieva's bodyguard/key advisor to stay away from baby Lucia ...TMZ has learned.

Judge Scott Gordon issued a restraining order against Oksana's confidante , Kristian Otto Herzog , after Mel Gibson's lawyers claimed he's a dangered to Mel's daughter.

As first reported ... Herzog is a twice-convicted felon ... each case involving firearms . Herzog was released from jail in March after serving 255 days . Horzog is currently on pabation.

TMZ was told Mel had asked Oksana to keep Herzog away from Lucia , Oksana refused . So today Mel's lawyers asked  the judge for a restraining order...which was granted .

My spin : Mel Gibson has the baby quite a bit now. There will be plenty of 'private time' for the piano player and the bodyguards . Yes, this was the right thing for baby Lucia.

Mel Gibson'a lawyers say they're submitted a settlement offer to estranged wife Robyn , and they are "optimistic" they will reach a settlement next month . But there's a big unresolved  issue  --  Mel's 2006 anti-Semtic rant and his 2010 tirade against blacks, women and others have ruined one of the biggest assets in the marriage.

It sounds strange , but the "good will" of a famous person is considered an asset in the marriage -- something that has commerical value . In the past Mel had a lot of "good will" that translated into being able to make movies that people would have to pay to see.

But after Mel's 2006 and 2010 rants , the "good will" has evaporated if not disappeared . As a result ... the asset has been greatly devalued .

It's said one of the issues is whether Mel should have to pay  Robyn for squandering his "good will."

The same principles applies to paying spousal support . Mel has an argument that he's not really making much money anymore so he shouldn't have to pay support . But there's a counter --  argument ... Robyn should  not suffer because Mel screwed up.

We may have a winner in the battle to score the first  TV interview with Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend , Oksana Grogroieva , and it shouldn't come as a suprise : Oprah Winfrey , according to US Magazine.con source the deal is done , how ever Winfrey's production  company , 'Harpo' has held off on making an announcement.

According , to an earlier report by RadarOline.com , Oprah was duking it out with 60 Minutes for the opportunity to speak with Grigorieva  about her tabloid- ready relationship with Gibson.

Oskana Grigorieva to Judge : Make Mel Gibson Pay For My PR "WTF"

    Oksana Grigorieva spent thousands of dallors in PR to thwart public perception that she sold  the secret tapes  ... and now she wants Mel to foot the bill ...sources tell TMZ.

    We're told Oksana racked up $84,000 in PR expenses  and certain unpaid legal fees . As for the PR fees , TMZ sources say Oksana felt hiring PR reps was the only  way counter someone as big and powerful as Mel Gibson . Oksana - who insists she didn't sell the tapes  - felt she was getting trashed in the media.

    Sources say Oksana wants Judge Scott Gordon in the custody/child support case to clear the $84,000 debt.

    Here's the disconnect :
    
    The judge would never award money for PR expenses . Aside from legal fees , Judge Gordon  would adjust the existing agreement  -  $5,ooo a month plus the house - only based on the needs of baby Lucia.

    As TMz first reported , Oksana's lawyers have gone to court and asked Judge Gordon to up the monthly child support obligation to upwards of  $40,ooo a month.

    TMZ is told the judge is yet to rule on the request.

The D.A. will not make a decision on weather to file charges  against Mel  until the investigation into allegations that Grigorieva tried to extort the actor are complete.

Mel Gibson : Crashes Car In Malibu

Mel Gibson crashed his car in Malibu on Sunday night. The actor lost control of his vehicle and struck a rocky hillside, sources tell TMZ.

"For unknown reasons , Mr Gibson steered his car to the right and struck the rocky hillside . He stopped his car at the scene  and was contacted by officers from the West Valley CHP Area," the report reads, "Mr. Gibson supplied all the pertinent information to the officers at the scene, gave a statement , and received a ride home with a friend."

Enough damage was done to Gibson's 2008 Maserati that it had to be towed from the scene of the accident . Mel, himself was fine. Police informed TMZ that alcohol was not a factor.

Gibson told an officer on the scene he was not talking on the phone and had not dozed off.

"There were no objective symptoms of intoxication, any level of impairment and we've ruled out speeding as well based on the damage to the car, which was moderate," California Highway Patrol spokeman Leland Tang tells PEOPLE . "Mr.Gibson was alert, oriented and cooperative.

Tang added, "I don't know how the car left the  roadway. This has been ruled an accident . It could've happened to anyone."

Oksana Grigorieva : Grigorieva's sister may have leaked Mel Gibson's Tapes - "WTF"

Sources confirmed that Oksana Grigorieva's sister was the one responisble for leaking tapes of ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson's rants to RadarOnline.com.

The sister of Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend may have leaked the pair's audio recording, the New York Post reported Friday, citing the entertainment website The Hollywood Reporter.

Several sources confirmed to the website that Oksana Grigorieva younger sister, Natalie, is being examined for her role in the audio tape leaks.

"I suspect that if the authorities look at the sister, they'll find a wire transfer or a check to her from the website," a source said, referring to entertainment website RadarOnline, which released the tapes.

Another source claimed Natalie shopped the tapes to other media outlets before selling  them to RadarOnline.

"All the tabloids said no to the deal because they were asked to purchase the audio tapes before hearing them," another source said.

If Grigorieva's younger sister is found to have brokered the deal at her behalf, Gibson's ex-girlfriend could be found in comtempt of court.

Earlier it emerged a text message sent by Gibson to Grigorieva, in which he admitted  he  ' wasn't safe'  for her, has become key evidence in the domestic violence dispute involving the actor.

"Oksana, I wasn't safe for you last night," Gibson wrote following a January 6 bust up, according to RadarOnline.

The "Lethal Weapon" star sent the text the day after he allegedly punched Grigorieva in the head and tried to choke her while she was holding their two(2) month -old baby. Stay tuned...the Mad Mel saga continues.
