Jesse James Ex Reportedly Arrested For Phone Harassment

Even as Jesse James prepares to marry Kat Von D , his difficult romantic  past is proving difficult to escape.

The disgraced biker's pre-Sandra Bullock ex-wife , porn star , Janine Lindemulder , was reportedly arrested this morning in Austin, Texas  for supposeedly harassing James with , "abusive" phone messages.

Lindemulder was picked up by the Hays County Sheriff's  Department  after James gave them  "harassing" abusive and bad" voicemails he claims Lindemulder left him . According to legal documents , James alleges Lindemulder   placed about 300 such "chronic  harassing telephone calls" since he moved to Texas.

Jesse and Muldermuler , who divorced  in 2004 , have a young daughter named Sunny.

Jesse James & Kat Von D : 'She Said Yes'

Jesse James is officially engaged to his tattooed girlfriend  Kat Von D ...seven months after his divorce from Sandra Bullock became final .

Tmz got in touch with Jesse to ask if he was engaged , and he said yes , "F**k yeah ...I would gladly go through all I have been through again if in the end I could have Katherine ."

James told People.com , "So honored that  [Kat] said . Growing old with her is going to be a  f**king blast !

Jesse goes on to say , "I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place everyday . My love for her is beyond description ."

Last night Kat was fluanting a giant ring on her wedding finger during an event at a gallery in LA. ... the same ring she's been sporting since September . But when she was asked  if the jewelry was an engagement ring ....Kat was mum.

BTW....  Jesse's  not the only one in puppy love  ...his dog , Cinnbun has a new boyfriend  name 'Pierre.'

Jesse James : Openly Calls Kat Von D "My Other Half"

It seems Jesse James has moved on from his split with Sandra Bullock , and is now comfortable expressing his feeling for Kat Von D   the only way two people truly in love can ... on tweeter .

James took to social media last night to call the equally tattooed  Von D , "my other half."

After attending the Art of Elysium  Charity benefit in Beverly Hills last night , Von D tweeted at James , "Thank you  [for]  always  supporting me in everything I do , but most of all thank you for being my best friend "  to which James replied , "you make it so easy to do  everything I can to show you how  'AMAZING' you are ."

I see it as clear as a bell  my other half .

Stop , look and read : Von D  looks  very happy ... Jesse looks like he wants to hang himself .

Glad  to see James has found the other half of his sleaze  bucket self  !

Congrats Jesse  !  Live happy  ... now that the tattooed lady has sung  ...your 15 minutes  of fame as Mr. Bullock are over .

Jesse James : Kat Von D comfirms She's Dating 'Jesse James'

After a few days of speculation, Kat Von D  took to twitter  to announce that she and Sandra Bullock's ex, Jesse James, are indeed dating. Kat has since deleted the tweet - but once it's out, there's no going back.

"Kat is totally into him," a friend of hers tells PopEater's  Naughty But Nice  Rob Shuter. "Jesse just has this way with women that makes you melt. Plus, Kat feels bad for him. he's the most hated man in America, after what he did to Sandra, which she finds kind of sexy.

Although  Bullock tells PEOPLE in a new cover story that she's "moved on" from Jesse , a friend of the actress tells PopEater  she's still surprised he moved on as quickly as he did.

Rumors about the new couple began when James was spotted at dinner with Von D  in Las Vegas  on Saturday. Though Von D's rep brushed  off the fuss, saying the two was  "just friends," the fact that the pair dined alone and sat cozily on the same side of a booth at Palms Casino Resort's N9NE seemed to tell a different story.

"Towards the end of the meal, the duo were spotted holding hands. They continued holding  hands as they left dinner  and headed to a black Mercedes that James was driving," PEOPLE reports.

My spin :  A word if I may Sandra : Say goodbye to the ridiculous fool... Jesse don't care about anything but himself...Jesse cried in court to the judge that he wanted his kids....he got custody of them , now he won't have to pay child support to their mother. He can dump them close to Sandra and know she will care for them and ask for no support. Smart move on your part Jesse...you have truly learned how to work the media and stay in the news and your tattoo skanks is getting their  15 minutes of fame...who will remember them next month...they will fade  away like 'Boomshell Mcgee.' Rehab didn't help ....HUH...

Jesse James : 'Tortured' Jesse Vows To Win Back Sandra

Jesse and Sandra's divorce was lighting fast, but don't think for a second that Jesse James is just going to vanish from Sandra Bullock's sight. In fact, she may be seeing even more of him now that he's made it clear he'll two-stepped his way to Texas to be near her and baby Louis. A friend of Jesse's says he's a "tortured" man and is determined to win Sandra back. Good luck with that, big guy !
The ink on Sandra Bullock and Jesse James divorce papers is dry, but that doesn't mean she has seen the last of her ex-husband.
"Jesse is going to win sandra back if it's the last thing he does," a friend of Jesse says."His life can never be complete until Sandra is once again his wife.Yes, he messed up badly, but they say love is better the second time around, and Jesse still believes Sandra and he will have another chapter."
It's true that Jesse is moving from Los Angeles to Sandra's hometown of Austin, Texas. He has said that he wants to be close to Sandra so that his children, especially his 6-year-old daughter Sunny, can still see Sandra. However , sources say the move is not just for sunny - Jesse misses Sandra immensely.
"Jesse is a tortured man, he blew it big time and will live to regret every day of his life until he wins Sandra back. Jesse knows it's not going to be easy, but he isn't going to take no for an answer."
And whatever Jesse is doing seems to be working. Insiders says Sandra and Jesse are talking regularly and that the actress thought long and hard before finally signing the divorce papers.

Sandra Bullock : Divorce definitely Still On,' But would a reunion Kill Sandy's Career?

Would a Sandra Bullock-Jesse James re-unionkill the actress's career? While rumors that the couple will be getting back together should be ignored, according to Sandra's rep, who confirms the divorce is indeed moving forward, we are jusr curious if all the public support and sympathy Sandra received during the horrible cheating scandel would vanish if she and Jesse became pals again. So, we asked experts and celebrities.

"Sandra and Jesse are talking." a friend of the actress confirms, "most of the conversations are focused on the children, but occasionally Jesse makes her laugh and they forget for a second what he did to her. Of course, Sandra misses him. You don't just stop loving someone because they cheated. The divorce is definitely still on, but could I see them getting married down the road ? It's not impossible." Although it's the last thing on her mind at the moment, sources say that Hollwood power players are nervous about the impact any sort of reunion would have on Sandr's career.

PopEater columnist Jo Piazza explains, "The American public is very careful with their sympathy. They are indulging in Sandy's scorned woman narrative, and right now they are squarely on her side. But if she flips this script and returns to what we know is a bad marriage , all of that goodwill and love will go out the window faster than you can say Nazi sympathizer." "It will also harm her whitin the industry, as pairing with Jesse makes her extremely vulnerable and volatile , and no director or studio wants that kind of liability behind one of their actress," she adds, "Jesse will only serve to destabilize her career."
Piazza is not alone in her thinking. Publicist-to-the- Kelly Brady of Broadway Creative agrees.
Right now, everyone is on Sandra Bullock's side. She's America's sweetheart and they are rooting for her to move on with her life and to stay strong," she says."If Sandra got back with Jesse, I don't think the public would uderstand. He publicly humiliated her and she will struggle to regain the public's respect if she were to go back to him."
However, not all of the experts agree.
Paula Froelich, New York Tmes best-selling author of "Mercury in Retrograde,' argues, "If she waits long enough and he's changed, all is forgiven. A lot of women have taken back their cheating husbands, especially when a baby is involved."

Paul Dergarabedian, president of Hollywood.com box office division makes a simiar argument, telling me: Saying I think people would feel as they would feel as they would if their sister got back together with someone they didn't like. Shocked and angry at first, then a cautious wait-and-see attitude followed by an understanding that it's ultimately her life and her decicion."

Ultimately, no one puts it better than our friend, the Diane Sawyer of entertainment news, Lara Spencer. The Insider' host says, "I don't think that it wouls effect her career. She has solidified her place as an iconic actress and total sweetheart, and if she feels he deserves a second chance, who are we to judge?"
My spin: Careful walking on trouble waters Sandra...you was warned by one of his mistress that he will never change, he like the notoriety and like to push it to the limit just to see if he can get away with it....

Jesse James : Beach Front Home For Sale "OUCH"

Now that he and soon to be ex-wife Sandra Bullock are headed to divorce court, Jesse James has put his Los Angeles home on the market. The Sunset Beach, 3,600-square foot Mediterranean-style Villa which he shared with Sandra Bullock in happier times, will be sold, along with a condo he owns down the street.(James is re-locating to Austin, Tezas)
Listed at $6,75 million, the Sunset Beach property was recently remodeled in 2002. Located right on the sands and a few miles from Newport and Huntington Beach piers, it's four bedrooms , each with it's own bethroom, are spread across two levels.
The design inside the house is pretty relaxed, nothing too glamorous except for gleaming hardwood floors and first-class view of the Pacific Ocean. Still, since we all love to peek inside celeb's homes,lets take a look around.
Speaking of views, they're best from the great room, ( third photo from top).Canterra stone floors and subdued furnishings give the place a rustic feel. My spin :The best part about Celebrity break-ups , some really sweet deals in real estate hits the market. Is the free ride over for Jesse, I really hope so? I heard on the grapevine jesse was going to follow Sandra to Austin, Texas, run Sandra to your Manison in New Orleans or your estate in Atlanta, Georgia, the fool went to rehap for sex addiction, but one of his mistress told you he wasn't going to stop , Jesse just misses your money. I f Jesse James follow Sandra as he plans, he will not be welcome in her hometown and there's some pretty rough guys/gals there and they don't care who Jesse' s great-grandfather was.
