Oksana to Mel : 'Too Much Evidence , My Dear'

TMZ has obtained emails Oksana Grigorieva sent mel Gibson just before their mediation , which Mel's  lawyers  believe are proof of extortion . Oksana claims she has  "Two much evidence , my dear."

According to court documents , Oksana sent the emails  on May 2 , two weeks before she and Mel went into mediation which resulted in a $15 million package for Oksana and Lucia.

In the email , Oksana accuses Mel and his family of leaking stories to the media about their breakup - specifically ... "they claim you dumped me."

Mel's lawyers believe the emails  show Oksana as a manipulator who was not fearful of Mel at all , but rather someone who was scheming to extort  millions.

Oksana writes , "Does your family think that my modesty and class could pass for stupidity ?" Oksana adds , "Do they think  I will let them carry on with ruining  my reputation , which was unblemished  before I ever layed eyes on you ?

Then Oksana gets serious , "The facts are stubbon things , the information is power , you told me so yourself.

Then, far from being scared , it seems Oksana wanted Mel back , writing , "Until this morning I was still missing you so much and secretly wanted and hoped to be together again."

Oksana accuses  his wife Robyn , and daughter  , Hannah , of waging a "silent war" against her ,complaining , "are you a little boy , or you a man ? Why are you so easily influence  by your mommy Robyn ?"

As for secretly recording Mel , "As far as the tapes go , I only played one to my lawyer , because on March 15  Michelle proposed on your behalf not a very generous gift for our daughter and there was nothing for me."

Oksana adds ...."my lawyers also told me that Tom Hansen said I wouldn't get a penny and more importantly my lawyers warned me that your lawyers  are capable of false fabrication about me to the press, i.e. , an unfit mother , a prostitute  etc , so you can have the baby and I get to go to  my  f**king mother hole as you told me."

Oksana talks about taping Mel and makes a big statement Mel's lawyers have seized on "Two much evidence , my dear."

My take : A lot of  this is so childish  it makes you want to laugh...but  that's the way things are  in Hollywood...to much sun. Are you keeping score ?  Oksnana   4...Mel 1

Oksana Grigorieva : Defies Judge With Larry King "WTF"

Oksana  Grigorieva   has defied the judge in her custody war with   Mel  Gibson   by taping an interview with  Larry  King   Saturday night , TMZ has learned ...and  it's Oksana opening salvo in "speaking out on behalf of battered women."

Oksana did the interview (which was supposed to only last half -hour but ended up an hour ) along with one of her lawyers , Marty Garbus  ... this despite   Judge Scott Gordon   telling Oksana that if she did media , she might pay when it comes to awarding custody ... this according to Oksana's team.

Sources connected with Oksana tell TMZ she did the interview because "she feels she's been silent to long and feels bad for other battered women if she stays silent ." Sources tell TMZ Oksana is now working with a group called  Peace Over Violence ... L.A. based battered women's group ...and she's planning a number of news conferences in the near future.

Larry King played portions of the tapes Oksana secretly recorded , in which Mel goes crazy . King asks for her reaction to the various tapes .

Oksana repeats over and over that she believes Mel is a great father , but he needs therapy to deal with his issues so he can safely be around Lucia.

Oksana is also working with a lobbying group in Sacramento ... California Partnership To End Domestic Violence  ... on battered women.

My take :  This is a new twist  ...  there will be other women coming forward in the near future to claim their 15 minutes in the spotlight and some will be telling the truth .

Mel Keeps Mum...For Once ...Oksana Accused of Extortion

For those waiting for Mel Gibson to make some sort of statement of defense or contrition about the allegations of domestic violence made by his ex, Oksana Grigorieva, don't hold your breath because he probably won't talk for a long time.
According to a source close to Gibson, the actor intends to keep a low profile and not issue any sort of statement until all the allegations between him and Grigorieva (there’s also an ongoing investigation into whether Grigorieva extorted Gibson) are played out in the courts. In other words, the tapes will speak for themselves until a judge makes a decision — then maybe Gibson will comment.
Of course, nothing is ever certain. “You never know what could come up at any time,” said the Gibson source.
A representative for Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has furiously denied allegations the singer attempted to extort $10 million from her famous lover to keep recordings of his telephone rants private.


The former couple, who split earlier this year, has become embroiled in a bitter battle over recent weeks as they attempt to thrash out custody arrangements for their young daughter, Lucia.
The public falling out has seen Grigorieva accuse the Braveheart star of hitting her during heated arguments, and she released audio footage of telephone calls in which the actor can allegedly be heard hurling abuse and vile threats at his partner.
Gibson's lawyers have denied the attack allegations and lodged an official complaint with police, accusing Grigorieva of trying to bribe the star for a big cash payout in exchange for the audio footage.
But Grigorieva's rep, Stephen Jaffe, is adamant his client is innocent of the claims.
He says "To specifically address the allegations, my client, Ms. Grigorieva, has repeatedly stated that there is no credible evidence whatsoever of extortion by her, and she stands steadfastly by that statement."


Wow! It gets meaner and nastier from day to day. I wonder what started all the hostility. One thing has come to light so far; Mel is nuts.
