Craig Ferguson and his wife welcome a baby boy.
"The Late ,Late Show" host's wife , art dealer Medan Wallace-cunningham , gave birth to Liam James on Monday in Los Angeles.
"Everyone is happy and healthy ," the rep says. "The family is doing great , everybody's perfect.
The couple married in 2008 .
Ferguson has a nine-year-old son named Milo from a previous marriage .
