Raymond O'Neal , the troubled son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal , was arrested again today after he failed to stop for a red arrow signal in Santa Monica.
When The police pulled over O'Neal, they found heroin and marjuana in his possession , Santa Monica Police Department spokeman Sgt. Richard Lewis , confirms to Gossip Cop.
O'Neal was charged with possession of a controlled substance , possession of marjuana , and a felony probation violation.
O'Neal is currently being hell in the Santa Monica jail without bail.
O'Neal is slated to go before the judge on Thursday , August 4 , 2011 .
