Justin Bieber's accuser, Mariah Yeater , may be staring at a heap of legal trouble .
Yester claims she and the Biebs had a sexual encounter at the Staples Center in Los Angeles when he was 16 , resulting in her giving birth to his child .
It was previously reported , Bieber's camp calls the allegations "Malicious , defamatory and demonstrably false," and promises it will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin.
That's her legal problem number 1.
Her legal problem number 2 , according to Los Angeles Police Commander Andrew Smith , is having sex with someone who's underage violates California's Statutory rape law .
Of course, no report has been filed about the (made-up) incident , but Cmdr. Smith told the Associated Press that the police could independly look into since there were numerous media reports about Yester filing a paternity suit against Bieber .
Under California law , anyone who has sex with a minor (and themselves is not more than three years older) is guilty of a misdemeanor and could face up to a year behind bars .
No one believes Yester allegations .
Basically , this time around , Yester's going to get screwed for real .
The lady is in for rough times ahead if it's Justin Bieber's baby or not .
ReplyDeleteHer best bet is to recant what she said and hope for the best .

Do you think if Mariah Yester recants , it will go a little easy for her .
ReplyDeleteThe police chief says they may press charges ... what you think?
You have to understand , by Yeater recanting is like saying she lied for monetary gain .
ReplyDeleteBieber's camp may except the apology but there is still another source Yeater will have to contend with .
California's Statutory rape law ,The Bieb was a minor then and he is still a minor .
You can see and smell money all over this .
