No teen stardom is not all American Rag shopping sprees , and here's why .

1)  Scrutiny :

Go ask the twenty something 'Glee' kids how fun it is to be in high school . Your fan base is young and passionate , and wants to know every detail of your life ... especially those aspects concerning clothes , are no clothes and poles .Should it be any surprise when the likes of Lovato who belaredly learned , she was also up against bipolar disorder , needing a timeout.

2)  The Parents :

It's bad enough when you make tabloid trouble for yourself with a (perfectly legal) psychoactive  plan . Imagine on top  of that Mom and Pop , whom you're pretty  much stuck with , making tabloid troubles , too . (then once you're done imagining , stop wondering why Lindsay Lohan  is where Lindsay Lohan is these days , namely  in court).

3)  The Internet :

From Jodie Foster to Melissa Joan Hart , former teens stars say today's teen stars have it worse than they did . Sure , they're partly being biased fogies who think their times were the best times . But they're also correc tly recognizing that the World Wide Webs has made the whole wide world a lot smaller , in a scary , just-leave-Rebecca Black-alone  sort of way.

4)  The Jealousy :

When you're rich and famous and on your own , you can build a moat around your castle . When you're rich and famous and in the fifth period , you're screwed . "I was happy to leave school at 14 ... Kristin Stewart said once .[at sc hool ] I like definitely go 'oh,' she's such a bitch , "I was like you're never spoken to me , but you can think I'm a bitch .GREAT ?

5)  The Raging Hormones :

This explains a lot about teens  and not just teen stars  and / or the cast of Teen Moms. It probably also explains a lot about Charlie Sheen , so this condition shouldn't be considered unigue to the young .

Just a thought: None of these things should matter if you have a solid foundation with your family . Lets face it , everyone makes mistakes . But if you make those mistakes over and over again ( * cough ,cough * Miley ) it's no longer a mistake , but a CHOICE.

Politician Blasts "Degenerate" Snooki And Proposes New Speaking Fees Law

Snooki's recent Q&A event at Rutgers University has engaged at least one New Jersey polition , who calls her a "degenerate," and is now proposing a new law to make it harder for celebrities to collect huge similar speaking fees.

State Senator Joe Kyrillos wants to require student groups at public colleges to get approval from the administration before paying for ev ents that some might "find objectionable."

Snooki received $32,000 to appear at Rutgers , and the money came from mandatory  students fees  paid with tuition.

Kyrillos called the "jesery Shore" personality  "a degenerate reality television star who offers neighter useful advice nor any appreciable talents."

"Students ought not be forced to fund entertainment  or events that they find objectionable ," explained the senator . "There were a great deal of Rutgers students who I am certain were uninterested or flat out outraged by [Snooki's] appearance  on campus."

The Republican lawmaker plans to sponsor a legislation that would , in part , allow students the choice on whether to want to "opt in  " on contributing to an activities fund .

Britney Spears : Accused of Fraud in $10 Million Perfume Lawsuit

Britney spears is accused of defrauding a company in a perfume deal , according to a lawsuit seeking $10 million in damages . Brand Sense Partners , LLC claims Spears signed an agreement giving them 35% of her profits from a deal with Elizabeth Arden . Now the company has filed a lawsuit alleging that Britney and father James Spears cut a secret contract with Elizabeth Arden for Radiance scent , cutting Brand Sense out of the deal .

In a suit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court , Brand Sense  accuses the Spears family of being "sneaky" and "underhanded" in their marketing move .

It claims that Jamie Spears was caught "red handed" and that Britney participated in concealment  and evasive actions ."

Brand Sense seeks $10 million in damages  .

Judge to Lohan : "Don't Push Your Luck" ;Star Taken Into Custody

Lindsay Lohan pled not quilty  to a felony charge of grand theft in  court today .

The actress must return to court on February  23 for a preliminary hearing .

In light of the recent allegetions  , prosecutors reguested that Lohan's probation be revoked .

Judge Keith Schwartz did not mince words  with Lohan. He explained , "you're  in  a different situation now  [with a felony] .

Judge Schwartz  warned Lohan , "you need to follow the laws just like everyone else ...You are no different  than anyone else ...so please don't push your luck."

The judge told Lohan  , if  she violates the law in the interim , "I will remand you and set no bail."

He sat her bond at $20,000  for this infraction , and revoked her probation stemming from her DUI arrest setting bail for that at $20,000 , bringing Lohan's total bail to $40,000 , which she will post shortly .

Lohan has been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice , California last month.

After the District Attorney's office informed the judge that the owners of the store had been alarmed after receiving flowers from Lohan's camp following the incident  , Schwartz told Lohan that neither she nor her associates  can (should) have any contact with the owners .

Throughout the proceeding , which lasted less  than ten mintues , Lohan sat quietly next to her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley.

Michael Lohan : Lindsay Didn't Steal , She Got The Necklace on Consighment

Lindsay Lohan's latest scandal revolves around a $2,500 necklace that she  was seen taking form a high-end jewelry  stoey near her Venice Beach home  , and although she couls face charles of grand theft , her tather calls it one big , "ridculious" misunderstanding .

"When Lindsay wants jewelry , she asks me and I buy it  .And if I think it's too pricy , she buys it ," Michael said  . "She gets so much jewelry on consignment and that's is exactly what happen here ."

Michael isn't buyin g reports that  the jeweler  and the police worked together for weeks to  craft a sting operation in order to catch the "Mean  Girls" star wearing a $2,500 necklace .

"If she  took something  , it would have been addressed at the end of the business  day."

According to RadarOnline.com , a police report was filed the day of the incident  , and that authorities purposely waited until she was photographed wearing the necklace.

A friend of the actress turned the necklace in to the Pacific Division of the LAPD Tuesday night .

Kamofie & Co. reported the necklace stolen on January 22 , roughly three weeks after the actress was released from three months of court-ordered rehab at the Betty Ford Center .

Just a thought : Time for Mr. Lohan to 'STOP'  enabling his daughter's behavior  by making lame excuses  . If it was a consignment  , it was only in Lindsay Lohan's mind  or the world of business would not have called the police the same day.

Charlie Sheen's studio bosses  may be going with the hands up , "what can we do ?"  approach regarding his crazy antics that landed him at home "in behab," but many of the rest of the crew on the hit show are not so calm.

'Two and A half Men'  is now on hiatus while Sheen figures his crap out and  this has many on the set fuming.

"We are really pissed," vents one of the key members  on set.

"A lot of us do n ot get paid , if we don't work," continues the rightfully frustrated source . "So , if he's  off getting rehabbed  , or porn-o-ing , or whatever , we're screwed."

It's true , CBS suits may be hurting a little  bit during Sheen's break  , but , at the end of the day , they aren't the ones getting by on a day-to-day work basis.

And this is hardly the first time Charlie Sheen's behavior has completely   f**ked over workers on his show.

'Two and a Half Men' production was halted last February , too , when Sheen entered rehab after his Christmas scuffle with Brooke Mueller .

"To the best of my knowledge , the crew wasn't paid back then  either , says an additional inside Two source  , who's currently knee-deep in this hiatuss' st**-storm.

Accordin g to Variety , 16 out of 24 episodes have already been shot of 'Men' this season and right now CBS is rushing to replace its time spot by ordering more of their other shows like 'Rules of Engagement' .

Before Charlie single-handedly halted  peoduction , his show was the number -one comedy  at CBS  , which had no commet on the crew's monetary situation.

Just a thought :Here's hoping Sheen can lose his invincible attitude  and actually get help  ...so those who depend on him for feeding their families can be helped too.

So Charlie can blow 30 grand  on a porn-star to come to his party and lots more money on cocaine , but he can't pay his crew through this mess he created ???

What a loser ...what is really sad many of the  same folks  who trashed Paris and Lindsay  are offerin g best wishes to Charlie ...fair is fair , and this creep has been doing it forever ? It is time to see what this guy really is , wasted talent .

Jesse Ventura : Sues Homeland Security For Touching His Intimate Areas

Jesse Vantura has sued the transportation Security Administration and the Department of  Homeland   Security , claiming that new airport security measures violate his personal rights.

The former wrestler and Minnesota  governor alleges that TSA full-body scans and pat -downs represent unreasonable search and seizure.

According to the lawsuit , a November airport security check exposed Ventura to a "humiliation and rubbing of the intimate areas of his body."

Ventura names Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and TSA adminisitor John Pistole as defendants.

Ventura is asking a federal judge in Minnesota to issure   an injunction   that orders officials to cease their "warranties and suspiciously" searches.

Former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, Stephanie Seymour has been vacationing in St. Barths with her family  and showing off her sexy curves in a nude-colored swimsuit  . But Seymour , 42 , still managed to get caught in some unflattering photos . In the photos , she appears to be touchy-feely with Peter Brant Jr. --- her 17-year-old son .

Seymour and her husband , Peter Brant , reunited for the family getaway . The pair called off their divorce in November  and decided to give it another shot .

After a surprising frank  comment by former First Lady  Barbara  Bush , saying she wished Sarah Palin  would just  "stay in Alaska,"  the ex-Governor  is determined  to  have the last laugh , a source said Palin is itching to crush  Barbara's son  George's new book 'Decision Points' with the release of her tome 'America by Heart : Reflections on Family , Faith , and Flag.'

Sarah told talk show host Laura Ingraham on November 24 , that the Bushes are an example  of the 'Blue Bloods who want to pick and choose their winners , instead of allowing  competition to pick and choose the winners.

Palin should know that out-selling the former president isn't going to be easy, 'Decision Points' which looks at key moments  from Bush's presidency as well as his past struggles with alcohol , has brought  him  into an elite group of former (and current )  Presidents - the million book sales club.

Bush book landed at the top of the NY Times  Bestseller List and is currently ranked  #1  on Amazon . Other Presidents on the list includes  the current Commander-in-Chief , whose two books have sold a staggering four  million  plus copies  and Jimmy Carter , who with   well over  a dozen books has sold more than two million copies .

Sarah's last book , 'Going Rouge' sold as many copies as Bush's book in her first week,' a industry source says "although" it's not quite sure her second book will do as well . The early numbers have been good , but not great.

Side Note : President Obama had a book out last week as well - albiet a children's book , which sold 50,000 copies . This sounds very much like the battle  between the brainless...dumb and dumber  only I'm not sure which is which.

Sources said Michael left without a fuss , but the damage is done ...Lilo is upset  Michael showed up on her doorstep.

Someone in Michael's camp claims he was just trying to bring her some Chinese food for dinner.

Michael Lohan To Demi Lovato's Dad : Shut Up About Your Daughter

Despite receiving death threats , Demi Lovato  estranged father  Patrick Lovato  refuses to back down from his daughter's controversial comments ... blaming the temptations of Hollywood for his Disney star daughter's stint in rehab.

"This is the United States of America , I can talk anytime I want to," Patrick told RadarOnline  when asked if Disney's lawyers and Demi's mother , Dianna , had demanded  that he stopped talking  about his daughter's problems.

Patrick's relationship with Demi  has been strained since he and Dianna divorced in 1994 and has only gotten worse. Now Michael Lohan , who has a long track record of talking to the media about his  own daughter , is offering advice from one dad to another  dad.

"There are two reasons why I have no respect for people who talk or comment about others," Michael says. "First , it's because , in most cases those individuals are looking from the outside in . and they are passing judgement  or commenting  on people  they know nothing about . The second  reason is because they are too cowardly to say it to  the person themselves."

And Mr. Lovato better think twice before comparing Demi and Lindsay , Lohan warns.

"I asked Demi Lovato's father to  refrain from making asinine statements about my daughter , or say it to my face himself," Lohan says. "And if so , I will pay for the transportation and his hospital bills.

My take :  Right , .... coming from a man that beats up girl friends  and skip out on child support...DUH... Old Lohan jumped on Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen's bandwagon , but they didn't  want  his help.... so old Lohan is doing all he can to stay in the spotlight, sorry Michael , I think your 15 mintues of fame  is gone . O.J.'s Acquittal Suit : Killer Work Of Art

O.J. Simpson's lucky suit  --  the one he was wearing  when 12 jurors gave him a free pass for butchering two people -- is now becoming a spectacle of it's own -- as a museum exhibit.

Starting Friday . the Custom-tailored $2,000 Ermenegildo Zegna suit and a  audio "kill switch" Judge Ito used during the trial are being showcased at the  'Newseum' in DC to mark the 15th anniversary of the innocent verdict.

Nadya Suleman : Octo-Mom Broke And On Welfare ... "OMG'

Update : Upon hearing of Suleman's impending eviction , Vivid Entertainment has made her a job offer, $500,000 to star in a one hour porn video  MZ reports. Should she accept , Vivid can "arrange for payment to happen quickly so that she can get paid in advance of the October deadline  of  the foreclosure of her home which was due last May.

Previously : Octomom Nadya Suleman has given up on her reality television dreams and is going on welfare, RadarOnline reports.

Nadya has nannies  and huge expenses raising 14 children , a source told RadarOnline . "She needs a lot of money just to  keep up with the basics . And now the income has dried up and she didn't make enough in the past year and a half to live off it.

The source said that Suleman , who has received public assistance  before for her older disabled children , who will go on  welfare "very soon."

Meanwhile , TMZ reports that Suleman has repeatedly fallen behind with her montgage  payments  and her montgage holder is ready to began foreclosure process "right now," Suleman narrowly avoided foreclosue in April.

Earlier this year , Suleman posed in a bikini for  Star  magazine in less than a year after giving birth to her Octuplets . Suleman claimed that unlike Kate Gosselin , she's had no plastic surgery.

Wyclef Jean : 'Haiti Has Disqualified Wyclef ' For President

The board of elections in Haiti has officially put an end to hip-hop star and activist Wyclef Jean's attempt to launch a presidential campaign in his homeland. Although the singer was born  in Haiti and has been actively involved in disaster  relief since  the nation was davasted by an earthquake  in January , authorities ruled that he does not quanity to be on the ballot.No reason was given, but sources  believe Jean's longtime residency in  the United States was  behind the decision , as Haiti reportedly requires presidential candidates to live in the country for five (5) years. Now, the musician has issured a statement about the ruling.

Wyclef Jean : "It is with a heavy heart that I tell you today that the board of elections  in Haiti has disqualified me from my run for president  of  my country . Though I disagree  with the ruling , I respectfully accept  the committee's final decision , and I urge my  supporters to do the same. We must all honor the memories of those we've lost - whether in the earthquake , or at anytime - by responding peacefully  and responsibly to this disappointment.
I was inspired to run for president because I know Haiti can become great with the right leadership, and I believe I could be the leader, but, ultimately, we must respect the rule of law in order for our island to become the great nation we all aspire for it to be.
I want to  assure my countrymen that I will continue to work for Haiti's renewal ; though the board has determined that I am not a resident  of Haiti , home is where the heart is - and my heart has  and will always be in Haiti. This ruling just tells me  that I can't officially seek the office of president. More importantly , there is no one who can tell me to stop my work in Haiti. I think of my daughter, Angelina, and it makes me want to redouble my efforts to help all the children in Haiti  better days.
I also want to honor the memory of my father , a minister ; I know that he would tell me that even though I've faced a setback , I must continue in all my good-faith efforts to help Haiti turn a corner to a better and brighter future. Do not think that my role in the future in Haiti is over ; it's just a different role than I had anticipated it to be.

If Sandy Kane won't stop waltzing around the city in an American flag bikini and cowboy hat with a  guitar and calling herself the Naked Cowgirl , Robert Burke , Who waltzes around  the city in a pair of decorated tighty -whiteys  and a cowboy hat with a guitar and calls himself the Naked Cowboy , is going to sue her.

Burke will slap Kane with a $150,000 lawsuit for refusing to cease and desist or pay him a franchise license fee  of $5,000 a year to use his looks and make money. There's one other Naked Cowgirl out there who pays Burke so she can waltz around in a bikini.
