Lindsay Lohan pled not quilty to a felony charge of grand theft in court today .
The actress must return to court on February 23 for a preliminary hearing .
In light of the recent allegetions , prosecutors reguested that Lohan's probation be revoked .
Judge Keith Schwartz did not mince words with Lohan. He explained , "you're in a different situation now [with a felony] .
Judge Schwartz warned Lohan , "you need to follow the laws just like everyone else ...You are no different than anyone else ...so please don't push your luck."
The judge told Lohan , if she violates the law in the interim , "I will remand you and set no bail."
He sat her bond at $20,000 for this infraction , and revoked her probation stemming from her DUI arrest setting bail for that at $20,000 , bringing Lohan's total bail to $40,000 , which she will post shortly .
Lohan has been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice , California last month.
After the District Attorney's office informed the judge that the owners of the store had been alarmed after receiving flowers from Lohan's camp following the incident , Schwartz told Lohan that neither she nor her associates can (should) have any contact with the owners .
Throughout the proceeding , which lasted less than ten mintues , Lohan sat quietly next to her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley.
