Geez Louise!...What Now Lindsay??

This morning, Perez Hilton reported that Lindsay Lohan has been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice. The LAPD is taking this crime very seriously and is conducting a full on investigation. In the midst of that, the Lieutenant in charge of the investigation contacted the L.A. County Probation Department last night in order to inform them of Lindsay's misdeed. And now LiLo is in big trouble!
Even though the necklace has been returned, the Probation Dept. could insist on a hearing to determine if Lindsay's little act of shoplifting could be considered a violation her probation in her DUI case.
We bet you can guess what that means if she's found guilty! Yep, she'll shuffle right on back to prison!


She's made a lot of enemies in the force and the El Lay judicial system over the past year and we're sure there are buckets of people who are just looking for an excuse to nail her with something.
Don't Winona Ryder this, bb! If it was an accident, make sure you can back it up! Otherwise, you deserve what you get!
