Charlie Sheen : Mocks 'Sweetheart' Ashton Kutcher

Charlie Sheen has broken his silence about being relpacd by Ashton Kutcher  .Guess What ?  It's not profanity-laced ! The axed 'Two and a Half Men' star told TMZ that "Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer . "Oh wait , so am I !

"Enjoy the show America," Sheen said . "Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday , WB."  The "2.0" is inreference to the Nielsen demographic rating , which Sheen seems to think will slip now that ne's no longer with the show.

"Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton" Sheen told the gossip site in reference to "Men" creator Chuck Lorree . "There is no air , laughter . loyalty  or love there."

Sheen's last public communication with Lorre  was a letter ripping the executive producer's plans for rebooting "Men."

"My fans may tune in  for a minute , but at the end of the day , no one cares about your feeble show without me," Sheen said in the profanity-filled letter . "Shame on you . Not even a phone call to the man that put you on top of the map . The Man that put $500 million dollars in your pockets."

"I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented '2.5' team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter  that will echo in viewers' homes ," Kutcher said in a statement . "I can't replace Charlie Sheen but I'm going to work my a** off to entertain the hell out of people."

Charlie Sheen Wants To Make Peace With Chuck Lorre

Charlie sheen blasted "Two and a Half Men" creator Chuck Lorre in the past as a "charlation" and a "turd" whose "tin case" material he "effortlessly and magicially convert [s] it into gold."

And that was just the tip of the iceberg .

Among other remarks directed at Lorre a few weeks ago included Sheen calling him  a "contaminated little maggot  [who] can't handle my power and can't handle the truth , I wish him nothing but pain."

But with Sheen's career at the crossroads , the actor had a more conciliatory tone last night at his radio City Music Hall performance .

Sheen said Lorre "doesn't completely  suck ," and even acknowledge that he's a good writer.

According to Sheen , he was asked to write Lorre an apology ... as a step to getting his job back ...and he claimed he would.

Two days earlier , during his disastrous first performance at the legendary New York venue , Sheen told the audience , "of course I want my job back ," and suggested , "lets get Chuck Lorre at Radio  City and lets fix "two and a Half Men."

So far , however, there's virtually no chance of Sheen returning to his hit series .

Charlie Sheen : What's Behind Sheen's 'Vile' Attack On Denise Richards ?

Charlie Sheen unlashed a 'vile' attack  Monday on ex-wife Denise Richards , the mother of his two daughters and one of his last defenders , calling the actress  a "traitor and loser whore" and 'dog thief," on his uber-popular twitter feed . Now , source close to the former couple reveal what's really fueling Charlie's new found hatred for Denise .

Denise didn't steal the dogs , he gave them back to her ," a close friend of Charlie says , referring to the two pugs that no longer stay with the actor . "They were in horrendous shape . "he doesn't want the dogs , he wants to fight !"

True , just read what @CharlieSheen tweeted to 3 millon followers this morning ; "we must bombard with Warlock Napalm , that traitor and loser whore # DUH-neese POOR-ards , a vile kidnapper  and now a dog thief , hate."

A source says that the pugs were infact denise dogs , but after their divorce she let him keep them at his home so that when their daughters come to visit , "they would feel more at home." But then following his infamous hotel-trashing incident in NYC , he gave the dogs back to her .

The dogs were in terrible shape  . He could not look after himself  let along two dogs , "Charlie's friend says that giving back the dogs was a sort of  "thank you gift" for  denise steadfast support of him.

Sadly , one of the dogs died since leaving Sheen's "Sober Valley Lodge ."

During his epic run of interviews last month , Charlie called Denise "fabulous" and "smoking hot"  saying he loves her to death." But his mood changed wildly  after Denise rebuffed his request to allow their daughters , Sam and Lola , to be part of a 'Dateline' special.

"When his sons with Brooke [Muller]  were moved from his custody last month , he asked Denise to bring their daughters to tape interviews , and Denise said no," a source said . "Since that , things with Charlie have been  very, very ugly ."

"Once you offend him , he will go out of his way to destroy you ," the friend said .

And even with all this hatred  and negativity , a source close to both Charlie and Denise  stresses that the actress will continue  to be civil for the sake of their kids .

Denise doesn't agree with his lifestyle  but has always respectful because of their daughters ," says the friend . "She'll always be there for Charlie , but she can't put her kids through this .

Just a thought : Charlie has really lost it and gone off the deep end.... He really needs an 'EXORCIST.'  NUFF said .

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Reach Custody Agreement

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have reached a custody agreement that settles their dispute over their twins boys , and effectively ends Mueller's pursuit of a restraining order against the actor . Lawyers for the pair say the estranged couple has "reached and agreement that resolves their difference."

According to the statement , details of the arrangements have been kept confidential for the benefit of their two-year-old twin sons, Max and Bob .

Mueller obtained a restraining order against the "Two and a Half Men" star after she claims he threatened her on a recent trip to the Bahamas . The couple was scheduled  to go to court on the issue today ; the hearing as been canceled.

Charlie Sheen : Fan Arrested  After Trespassing At The Star's Home

It was a busy night for police at the 'Sober Valley Lodge.'

Not only did the LAPD conduct a firearms raid on Charlie Sheen's house , but officers also had to apprehend a 26-year-old  male fan who was allegedly jumped a fence to get into the actors back yard .

Police arrived after  an 11:35 p.m.  phone call alerting them to the situation  and the man into custody without incident  .

The intruder was booked on suspicion of trespassing and held on  $1,000 bail.

AWwwwww Charlie , the guy  just wanted a taste of the white power  you pass out so freely.

Charlie Sheen : Fired From 'Two and a Half Men'

Charlie Sheen has been fired from  'Two and a Half  Men ," after careful consideration  Warner Bros.  Television  has terminated Charlie Sheen services on 'Two and a Half Men' effective immediatedly ." Warner Bros. tells GossipCop in a statement .

"No decision's been made yet on the future of the show ," a rep says , which leaves open the possibility , at least for now , that's a Sheen-less  'Two and a  Half Men' could next year .

CBS shot down the current season on February 24 amid growing controversy over Sheen's off-camera  antics.

Update : Sheen has responded to the decision .

"This is very good news . They continue to be in breach , like so many whales . It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge   because now I can take all of the zillions of dollars  , never have to look back at whatshiscock again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension," Charlie says in a statement to TMZ.

Just a thought : Well, if he is filmed saying that in person , that is going to help him a long way  in his stand for sanity ......NOT !!!!

Sheen , who has already ranted day after day on  radios shows , taped his first interview over the weekend .

Charlie Sheen tell TMZ ...I'm married "to baseball" ... and we now know which legendary MBL "spouses " he invited to party at his home on Friday... and it's pretty damn impressive .

Sheens says ... in addition to flying in SF Giants pitcher  Brian 'The Beard' Wilson on his jet  from Arizona to L.A.... Charlie also imported  Kenny Lofton , Tod  Zelie , Eddie Murray , Lenny Dykstra and others .

Pete Rose was supposed to show ... but got stuck somewhere and couldn't make it .

Charlie says he assembled the crew to screen his classic flick , "Major League "... and he even brought  in the writer and director , David S. Ward , to give an introduction in Charlie private theater .

Two and a Half Men Implies That Charlie Sheen Is On A Death Run

The executive producer and co-creator of  'Two and a Half Men' ,Chuck Lorre , is speaking out again about his wayward star , Charlie Sheen , via the  unique medium   of the vanity card .

Following  Monday night's airing of two Chuck Lorre-produced  shows (Men and Mike & Molly) , vanity cards penned by Lorre appeared on screen  , the first of which  explicitly addressed the Charlie Sheen chaos vortex  , and the second of which seemed to refer to Sheen's  troubles without mentioning him by name .

However , there was no castigating  , no chastizing and no shaming in these statements , nor was there an intervention-style supplication begging the star to get help .  Read for yourself what Lorre said , and decide if you think Lorre might be deflecting the situation a bit  .

What do you thin k ? Lorre has a  default vanity card that he posts when he doesn't have anything else to write about , which he credits with granting  "freedom from the obessive and relentless need to end each vanity card with a joke." He certainly ended the above two Valentine's Day cards with a punchline  , but does his reliance on humor seem to easy ? Is there some other aspect of the situation you think he should speak out about ? Or is he going to far as he dares without topedoing his entire show  and thus sending the hundred-plus employers of the series straight to the breadlines ? What kind of message is appropriate for the somewhat passive =-aggressive split-second medium of the vanity card ?
