At the same time Halle Berry was frolicking around Spain in a teeny - tiny AWESOME bikini... she was sending her lawyers into battle back in L.A. today ... to once again fight her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry .
Sources connected to Halle says ... Aubry , who is also in Europe , has been throwing a fit cover custody issues involving their daughter Nahla while Halle shoots "Cloud Altas" in Europe ... and we've learned Halle's lawyers were in court today to put out the flames .
Halle's lawyers Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen were in court today to address Gabriel's bellyaching ... and while it's not clear exactly what happened during the proceeding , the two walked out with huge smiles on their faces.
