Jimmy Kimmel is going to do a full tribute show next Tuesday (9/6/11) to 'Uncle Frank," who died a little more than a week ago .

'Frank Potenza' , Kimmel's real-life uncle , was a retired New York City police officer who served as a "security guard" and  a frequent comedic contributor on "Jimmy Kimmel Live !"

The tribute show is slated to feature comedy bits with "Uncle Frank," as well as interviews he did with a slew of celebrities , including Tom Cruise . Don Rickles will also be a guest on the special edition.

Jimmy Kimmel Live ! is on hiatus until September 6 when the late show returns , fans can expect a loving tribute to 'Uncle Frank.'
