A third of voters give President Trump 'F' on first-year report card

What letter grade would you give President Trump for his first year in office?

A new poll breaks it down. According to the Morning Consult-Politico Survey, 35 percent of voters gave him an F.

Still he got a good score from many Americans. Thirty-four percent gave him either an A or B.

If you added Republicans in, the president would have a much higher average. Seventy-two percent handed him a B grade or higher.

But if you asked the Democrats, their view is not so good -- 79 percent gave him a D or F.
Forty-two percent of respondents gave Trump a high rating on the economy and job creation. Still, his overall *approval rating is still slumping -- 39 percent according to Real Clear Politics.

The "Intelligence" briefing on so-called "Russian hacking" was delayed until Friday, perhaps more time needed to build a case. Very strange!

  2. Some people would say they can't think of a low enough rating for him. His voter base should not count. The don't seem very informed about what he's really up to.
