Natalie's Sister Lana Interviewed by TMZ

Natalie Wood was so scared of water that she would never have tried to get into a dinghy voluntarily before she drowned, her sister has claimed.

The coroner's ruling, based on accounts from the actress's husband Robert Wagner, outlined how she had fallen into the sea after attempting to secure the small boat, but that finding should not be believed, Lana Wood said.

The West Side Story actress had developed a deep-rooted fear of water ever since her mother warned her as a child that she would meet her death by drowning in 'dark water', Lana Wood told TMZ.

She said: 'It gave Natalie a great fear. She hated the water, she wouldn't even go into her own pool at home.'

Coroner's officials at the time wrote that Ms Wood was 'possibly attempting to board the dinghy and had fallen into the water, striking her face.'

Lana Wood, also an actress best known for her part in Diamonds Are Forever, had never believed that her sister would have tried to sail herself at night, even after drinking for several hours.

The 65-year-old also claimed that the actress's husband left her to drown on the night of her tragic death.

In an emotional interview Lana Wood said that when Natalie was in the water, Wagner, who she calls RJ, had forbidden the captain from helping her and said: 'Leave her there, teach her a lesson'.

Speaking to TMZ, she claimed Dennis Davern, captain of the Splendour yacht from which Ms Wood fell and drowned in 1981, told her what Wagner had said.

Lana told TMZ: 'He (Dennis) said that everyone was quite drunk and that a fight broke out and that Natalie was in the water and he and RJ did nothing to pull her out.

Actress: Ms Wood is most famous for her role in the 1961 film West side Story with Richard Beymer

A MYSTERY THAT HAS ENDURED FOR 30 YEARSWhat we know
On the night of November 29, 1981, Ms Wood fell off the yacht 'Splendour' off Santa Catalina island, southern California.

She was found in the seas about a mile away from the yacht, with a dinghy nearby.

An autopsy found two dozen bruises on her body, including a facial abrasion on her left cheek, and bruises on her arms.

Before her death she had been drinking.

What needs to be answered
Did she have an argument with her husband?

Who was the last person to see her alive?

Did anyone see her fall?

Thank you so very much PIC...I did read between the lines.

'Honey Boo Boo' Star arrested : "Sir , Where's the Gorilla Suit ?"

File This Under ... THE CASE OF THE MYSTERIOUS GORILLA SUIT!

TMZ has learned ... one of the stars of "Honey Boo Boo" was arrested earlier this month after cops say "Crazy" Tony Lindsey (Boo Boo's cousin) was part of a group wreaking havoc on a Georgia highway ... with a gorilla suit.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Deputy Joe Rozier says he was driving along Highway 20 around 11 PM ... when he noticed someone carrying out a very stupid, and dangerous, prank:

"I observed a white male dressed in a gorilla suit acting as if he was going to jump into my lane of travel. I swerved into the left lane to avoid an accident with the person."

Rozier claims he immediately stopped the car, whipped out his flashlight and went searching for answers ... and "observed several white males run up the embankment and into the woods."

Rozier says he shouted at the group that he was going to release his K-9 on the perps ... when someone yelled back, "You don't have to do that, we're coming back."

The officer says he eventually made contact with 5 adults and 2 kids ... but NONE of them had a gorilla suit. Eventually, Dep. Rozier says they 'fessed up to stashing the suit in the woods.'

After recovering the suit, Dep. Rozier says he arrested all of the adults for reckless conduct -- and booked them all into the local jail. The gorilla suit was taken into evidence.

Oh, and one more shocker ... cops say booze was involved.

The men have since been released from custody. A rep for "Honey Boo Boo" had no comment.

Demi Lovato : Calls out Perez Hilton for Senationalism

Demi Lovate is coming to Lindsay Lohan's defense in the wake of the troubled star’s most recent arrest.

Lohan was taken into custody early Thursday after allegedly assaulting another woman at Avenue, a club in New York, leading to an avalanche of speculation about her legal future, mental state, and possible substance use.

Lovato, who’s been through her fair share of tabloid gossip and has never been shy about using Twitter to make a stand ,took umbrage with what she perceived as the media unnecessarily piling on Lohan.

The "X Factor" judge tweeted at Perez Hilton after the blogger published a particularly sensational item about Lohan, writing, "@PerezHilton hey how about you just leave her alone? Instead of kicking someone while they’re down?"

Her tweet began a back-and-forth with Hilton in which Lovato argued that the press should ease up in its treatment.

"The media (not just you) don’t realize when you need to stop," Lovato wrote to Hilton. "This isn’t a headline for your readers. This is someone’s life."

She added, "I really wish we could go back in time when artists were known for their work. Not their personal lives."

When Hilton contended that Lohan thrives on the drama, Lovato countered, "Regardless, why does it need to become everyone’s business? If you believe someone needs help – help them."

Lohan, meanwhile, has been silent on Twitter since her arrest, aside from retweeting a fashion news story.

Natalie Wood Mystery : 31st Anniversary of Actress Death

It's been 31 years since Natalie Wood died under mysterious circumstances. But 2012 proved to be an exceptional year in getting one step closer to resolving the actress's death.

By now, nearly everyone knows the story. On Nov. 29, 1981, the beautiful Hollywood actress drowned off the coast of Catalina Island, Calif. Wood and actor-husband Robert Wagner had boarded a yacht with friend Christopher Walken that Thanksgiving weekend. The married couple got into an alcohol-infused row at night; Wood was found submerged in the water the next morning, dead at 43.

Two crucial developments have happened since Los Angeles homicide detectives reopened Wood's case in Nov. 2011, citing new information. In August, the Los Angeles coroner made a shocking move when it revised Wood's death certificate from accidental drowning to "drowning and other undetermined factors" -- a change that allows for the possibility of foul play. The document also specified that it was "not clearly established" how exactly Wood ended up overboard in the water.

And in September, CBS News uncovered never-before heard audio recordings of Wood's sister Lana discussing her famous sibling's death. The recordings were compiled as part of research for a 2001 biography on Wood by biographer Suzanne Finstad. In them, Lana says that the captain of the boat, Dennis Davern, had called her while drunk and claimed that Wagner (referred to as "RJ") knowingly had neglected to help Wood while she was drowning.

An excerpt from the audio recording is below:
"He said it appeared to him as though RJ shoved her away and she went overboard," she is reported to have said. "Dennis panicked and RJ said, 'Leave her there. Teach her a lesson.' Dennis said he was very panicky that he was sitting and RJ just kept drinking and drinking. And he'd say, 'Come on, let's get her.' And he said RJ was in such a roil mood, at the point, that he then shut up and was waiting for when, when are they gonna go to her rescue, until all the sound stopped." Still, the mystery behind Wood's death remains unsolved. No conclusions have been reached about Wood's death, except that there are none.

Gilbert Gottfried : I Would Totally do Elmo

Gilbert Gottfried wants Elmo!! Or to rephrase less creepily ... he wants to be Elmo's voice -- so, he dropped an audition on us, along with some jokes you'll never hear on "Sesame Street!"

Mel Gibson : Dolls up Little Girls for Charity

Mel Gibson knows what women want ... or at least 10-year-old girls ... because he recently went on a play date with two young ladies as part of the charity he works for -- and bought them expensive custom dolls!!!

The charity's called Mending Kids International -- an organization that performs life-saving surgeries for children around the world ... in this case, a 10- and an 11-year-old girl from Honduras who required serious reconstructive face surgeries.

The surgeries were a success -- and Mel celebrated with the girls by taking them out for a stroll around The Grove in L.A., eating lunch, ice cream, window shopping ... and finally, taking them on a trip to the American Girl doll store, where Mel helped them assemble their own look-alike dolls.

FYI -- the store ain't cheap.

Mel -- who's also participating in the Mending Kids celeb poker tournament this weekend in West Hollywood at the London -- tells us, "It was really fun spending time with Karol and Sara ... They have been through so much and are just so inspirational to everyone who meets them."

Mel adds, "At home, these girls couldn't leave their homes for fear of being tormented. Now, they are walking through one of the most popular tourist areas of Los Angeles."

Joe Jackson :Suffers a Stroke

Joe Jackson has suffered a stroke -- and is currently being treated at a hospital.

A source close to the family tells TMZ, Michael Jackson's father suffered a "mini-stroke" last night. He was transported to a hospital, where he's still being treated.

Details surrounding the medical emergency are unclear, as well as how serious the actual stroke was.

Last time we saw Joe, he was in good spirits in Las Vegas, where he proudly showed off the gun he carries around in his jacket.

Story developing ...
LAS VEGAS — A spokeswoman for Michael Jackson's father says the musical family's patriarch has suffered a mild stroke.

Angel Howansky says Joe Jackson went to a Las Vegas hospital late Wednesday night when he had trouble standing up and walking. She says the 83-year old Jackson was having pains in his head but reports he is feeling fine Thursday and should be released on Friday.

She says he called a friend who drove him to the hospital.

Jackson's wife, Katherine, is reportedly on her way to Las Vegas to be with him. Jackson has maintained a residence there for many years while his wife lives in Los Angeles, where she cares for the late pop star's children.

Howansky says Jackson has had small strokes at least twice before this.

Jack Nicholson : Wanna Buy the Dirt Wher My House Burned Down

Wanna live like Jack Nicholson? Well now you can ... sorta ... because the actor is unloading the plot of land where his house burned to the ground last year.

In case you didn't know, Jack's 1,300-square-foot Hollywood Hills pad went up in flames back in September 2011 ... and the damage was so bad, he decided to level the remains with a bulldozer.

Jack had been renting out the home before the fire -- but now that the place doesn't even exist, he's ready to let the lot go ... listing the property (or lack thereof) for a cool $595,000.

And how's this for awesome real estate history -- Jack originally bought the home way back in 1975 for a measly $49,000 ... not a bad investment.

Although Jack's worth a reported $400 million, so it's not like he needs the money.

Thanks to our friends at Trulia for the heads up.

Jason Patric : I Gave You My Sperm , Now I Want Custody

Actor Jason Patric is embroiled in a bizarre custody war, in which he donated sperm so his ex-girlfriend could have a baby, but according to the deal she could never tell anyone or ask for financial support.

TMZ has learned the facts surfaced in a court hearing earlier this month -- Patric was with on-again-off-again girlfriend Danielle Schreiber for more than a decade. They broke up in early 2009, and he allegedly told her that he didn't have any money to give her but he would give her the next best thing -- his sperm, so she could have a baby.

We're told Jason made it clear ... he would only provide his sperm if she didn't breathe a word to anyone and never asked him for child support. She agreed.

Baby Gus was born in December, 2009. In 2011, Jason and Danielle got back together but it didn't last long. They broke up in May, 2012.

Apparently, while they were together, Jason, who never paid Danielle child support, took a liking to Gus, because he filed legal docs in family court asking a judge to award him 50/50 custody

But there's a little known law which says if an unmarried man artificially inseminates an unmarried woman with the help of a physician, he's NOT legally the dad and has no custody rights.

The judge has given Danielle temporary sole legal and physical custody of the boy. Jason has visitation rights. We're told Danielle is fine VOLUNTARILY giving Jason the right to spend time with the boy, but objects to a judge ordering visitation -- she doesn't believe Jason has or should have any LEGAL rights to custody or visitation.

The case is back in court this afternoon. We'll let you know what happens.

Steven Tyler : I'm Not A Racist

Steven Tyler says Nicki Minaj is dead wrong ... he's not a racist ... and has now issued an Angus T. Jones-style quasi-apology for the controversial comments he made about the new "American Idol" judge.

Minaj had publicly unloaded on Tyler ... after the Aerosmith singer insinuated Nicki doesn't appreciate rock music and "would have sent [Bob Dylan] to the cornfield" if he had appeared on the show.

Nicki fired back on Twitter, "That’s a racist comment. You assume that I wouldn’t have liked Bob Dylan??? why? black? rapper? what? go f*** yourself and worry about yourself babe."

But yesterday, Tyler finally explained himself on the Canadian talk show, "eTalk," saying, "I apologize if it was taken wrong, Nicki ... but I am the farthest from [being a racist]."

He added, "I am the last thing on this planet as far as being a racist. I don't know where she got that out of me saying I'm not sure how she would've judged Bob Dylan."

No word if Nicki has accepted the "apology."

Nicki : Give everyone a break ...PLEASE.
Typical response from a fool. He never once mentioned race. Based on her style of music (if that's what you can call it) I would make the same assumption that she is not into rock and probably wouldn't care for the likes of Bob Dylan. So sick of hearing about race, maybe sometimes people just don't like you because you suck, regardless of the color of your skin.

Minaj has the brain of a 2 year old and that may be stretching it.

Steven Tyler , Nicki Minaj Feud : Rocker Exchanges Nasty Words With New 'American Idol' Judge

Even thoughSteven Tyler quit his post as an "American Idol" Judge earlier this year, he still has much to say about the upcoming season and the judges who replaced him, notably rapper Nicki Minaj.

Responding to news that judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj have been feuding on the "Idol" set , the Aerosmith rocker told MTV NEWS that's not how the judges should act. "I know that they've got something going on on the judges' panel; it shouldn't be that, it should be the opposite. They should have something going on, which is called 'camaraderie,'" he said. "You just have to give your opinion. It wasn't hard for me, but I would imagine it's hard for some people, and they need a manager to say 'Shut the fuck up, and just give them your opinion.' These kids, they just got out of a car from the Midwest somewhere and they're in New York City, they're scared to death; you're not going to get the best [out of them]."

Tyler went on , "They should have something going on so thick and beautiful that they can lay it over the new talent that's trying to birth itself. It needs to be birthed, not judged by 'entertainment' factors, it needs to be judged by people that [are] honest, true, that have the 'it' factor. Not the 'it' factor because they can fight. The fuck is that all about?"

It didn't stop there, as Tyler suggested that Minaj wouldn't be able spot a 'true' star. "If it was Bob Dylan , Nicki Minaj would have had him sent to the cornfield," Tyler said. "Whereas, if it was Bob Dylan with us, we would have brought the best of him out, as we did with Phillip Phillips . Just saying."
Tyler's comments did not go over well with Minaj, who took to her Twitter to voice her anger. "Steven Tyler said I would have sent Bob Dylan to a cornfield???" she wrote. "Steven, you haven't seen me judge one single solitary contestant yet! You assume that I wouldn't have liked Bob Dylan??? Why? Black? Rapper? What? Go f**k yourself and worry about yourself babe ... I understand you really wanted to keep your job, but take that up with the producers. I haven't done anything to you. That's a racist comment ... When Steven first went on Idol he was ridiculed by his peers and fans alike. Called a sell out. So what does he do? Ridicule the next judge."

Minaj added another tweet, referencing her fight with Carey. "LOL lets make him a shirt that says 'No Coloreds Allowed' then escort him down 2 Barbara Walters so he can tell how he was threatened w/guns," she wrote.

So far, Tyler hasn't responded to Minaj's tweets.

Minaj, Carey and country singer Keith Urban are the new judges for next season's "Idol," which kicks off in January. Tyler is currently touring with Aerosmith.

Just a word or maybe two

Wow, little missy Minaj can't take constructive criticism from a rock legend. Sweetie pie, he's kind of been around longer than you and knows the ropes.
Your lyrics and looks leave something to really be desired. You don't even deserve to judge on Idol. You're a fake right down to your implants.

She is so stupid. Steven's comment about Bob Dylan had NOTHING to do with race! he was just stating that she wouldn't know true talent if it sat on her face, which I completely agree with 100%. stop playing the race card, this isn't the 60s.

Double Elimination Held on the 'Voice'

And then there were six.

"The Voice" sent TWO contestants packing in a double elimination on Tuesday’s show.

Dez Duron from Christina Aguilera’s team was voted off.

And Cody Belew from Cee Lo Green’s team was eliminated, too.

What do you think of tonight’s results?

Elmo Assuer # 3 : He Plied Me With Booze "WTF"

Kevin Clash -- the former voice of Elmo -- used alcohol as a precursor to oral sex with an underage boy ... this according to a new lawsuit that has just been filed by a THIRD accuser.

According to the lawsuit , filed in federal court in Manhattan and obtained by TMZ, the alleged victim met Clash on a gay phone chat line when he was 16 and Clash was approximately 40.

The accuser -- now 28 -- says he was in NYC pursuing modeling opportunities when Clash invited him to his swanky NYC apartment, which was strewn with Elmo dolls and photos of Elmo with famous people, including Beyonce and Tyra Banks.

During the encounter, the accuser -- who refers to himself as John Doe -- claims Clash plied him with alcohol and "groomed him," and then engaged in sexual contact that included "oral sex and digital penetration of John's anus."

The accuser says Clash stayed in touch with him after the sexual encounter, although no further sexual contact occurred until he became an adult.

The accuser is suing for unspecified damages.

As you know, Clash resigned from Sesame Street hours after the second accuser filed suit.

Elmo Assuser # 3 : I Will Call Him Mr. Tickle

The third man to accuse Elmo voice actor Kevin Clash of underage sex abuse wrote a book in 2009 about their allegedly illegal trysts -- in which he refers to Clash as "Mr. Tickler."

The accuser's lawyer read an excerpt from the book -- which is yet unpublished -- during a news conference today, quoting, "Mr. Tickler is what I will call him. And the game we played was father and son."

The lawyer read, "When we first met, I was 16 and there was no intercourse. However, lots of heavy kissing and he showed me what it felt like to get on your knees and obey your man."

The dramatic reading continues in even more lurid detail -- seriously ...

We reached out to Clash's lawyer. So far, no word back.
Honestly folks ... if this wasn't so damn serious  ... it would be funny ...NOT:

Mr. Tickler? This story's getting gayer by the minute.

People using there credentials to take advantage of little kids. Just sick. Hope they tickle Mr.Tickler in prison. Let's see if he obeys them men.

I hope this isn't were they got the idea for Tickle me Elmo....yuck!!!

Mitt Romney -- Amanda Barnes : Lead GQ "Least Influntial People of 2012 List

What list could possibly include Mitt Romney, Amanda Bynes, Ryan Lochte and Adam Sandler?

It’s the GQ "Least Influential People of 2012″ countdown, which gathers a number of notables whom the magazine believes had less-than-stellar years.

It’s an eclectic group, considering that Romney (#1) was nearly President of the United States while Bynes (#2) was in the news mostly for posing a threat to other California drivers.

Other celebs receive the dubious honor include #3 Madonna ("That cheerleading outfit isn’t making you look any younger, Madge," writes GQ) and #13 Lance Armstrong (labeled "the polar opposite of the inspiring legend he was once made out to be").

Meanwhile, Lochte (#8) is said to have shattered the "individual medley-of-douchiness world record," while Sandler (#19) is taken to task for his panned movie That’s My Boy.

Brad Pitt : Angelina Jolie Wedding "Soon"

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's nuptials are coming.

After years of speculation among fans and rumors in the tabloids, it appears the power couple might finally tie the knot in the not-distant future.

"I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetimes, but I also feel like the time has come," Pitt told reporters at the Monday premiere of Killing Them Softly.

He continued, "The time is nigh. It’s soon. I got a good feeling about it."

That said, there is not an actual wedding date yet — at least not one Pitt is prepared to divulge.

The star explained that with his and Jolie’s schedules being so full, finding a convenient time to get married is difficult.

But after years of raising six children together and becoming engaged last spring, it sounds like Jolie and Pitt still plan to make it official, sooner rather than later.

Justin Bieber : Beaten Up By Family Guy

Fashion mavens and Canadian football fans weren’t the only ones to have a beef with Justin Bieber over the weekend.

He also drew the wrath of Peter Griffin.

The "Family Guy" patriarch punched out an animated version of The Biebs on Sunday’s episode, believing Bieber was about to get naughty with his wife Lois.

As it happens, on-and-off Bieber girlfriend Selena Gomez was beaten badly on an episode of "South Park" last year.

Teen stars have it rough on cartoons.

Here's my two-cents ....HeHe
Peter is my hero......( now i will wait for the hillarious comments from Beliebers saying people are haters,Justin is just a kid,and people are jealous)

Angus T. Jones : Trashes 2-1/2 Men

Angus T. Jones is pleading with his fans to STOP watching "Two and a Half Men" ... claiming it's nothing but "filth" that contradicts his deep Christian values.

19-year-old Jones -- who makes $350k AN EPISODE playing Jake on the show -- is featured in a new video for the Forerunner Christian Church ... in which he talks about his commitment to his faith and explains, "If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching 'Two and a Half Men.'"

"I'm on Two and a Half Men and I don't want to be on it."

"Please stop watching it and filling your head with filth. People say it’s just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you’ll have a decision to make when it comes to television and especially with what you watch on television ... it's bad news."

Jones also suggests that Satan is somehow involved with "Two and a Half Men."

He continues, "If I am doing any harm, I don't want to be here. I don't want to be contributing to the enemy's plan ... You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that. I know I can't. I'm not OK with what I'm learning, what the bible says and being on that television show."
Angus says he turned to religion after realizing his life was on a "downward trend" -- which included drug use and speeding tickets.

In fact, Angus says he was dropping acid and smoking weed while he was in high school.
Something smells in Denmark :
Really Angus!
I applaud your commitment to your faith, but you've been on this show for a very long time and have had the opportunity to leave the show within recent years. However, one has to wonder whether this is just a way to get back at producers for your diminished role this season or whether this is just a ploy to get more money.

Don't use religious as a bargaining chip and don't trash the show that has made your life so very, very comfortable.

If you have a problem with the filthy money you're making, why don't you just give it away.

He's been on how many years without questioning the quality material he's been given? And where were his Christian values then? I'm sure he saw a whole lot more back in Sheen's worst days than even now. Go ahead and walk, kid.  HeHe.......

'Gangnam Style' Psy's Viral Hit Beats Bieber to Becaome Most Viewed on YouTube

Korean pop star Psy, who horse-danced his way to Internet fame with his viral hit song "Gangnam Style" now officially owns the most-watched video in the history of YouTube. "Gangnam Style" passed Justin Bieber's "Baby" as the video with the most views on the site, Psy announced on Saturday .

As of this writing, "Gangnam Style" has 806.3 million views, approximately 2.4 million more than the Canadian singer's 2010 hit. Psy's video, first posted on YouTube in July, had already received the distinct for being the most "liked" YouTube video ever in September.

Here's how Psy broke the news to his fans on Twitter:

#GangnamStyle just became the most watched video @YouTube!! #History youtu.be/9bZkp7q19f0 @YouTube ????

Just saying :
Oh, no! But I still haven't learned to do the Superbowl Shuffle.
And like many sudden 'viral' hits, there will always be something new that will come in and take its place ... Gangnam style I predict will eventually fade off into the sunset - just like the Macarena, and ... the Chicken dance
This Korean music video became popular in China, and that's the key. If even 1/10 of the Chinese population were curious to click on his video and watch it once, it would be the most watched video ever.  I'm so Hot

Justin Bieber : Gets Medal from Canada's Prime Minister in Overalls

Justin Bieber Justin, proud son of Canada, received a special honor from his native country on Friday.

The pop star met with Prime Minister Stephen Harper and was presented with a Diamond Jubilee Medal, marking the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign and recognizing "significant contributions and achievements by Canadians."

But Bieber’s choice of outfit is raising some eyebrows.

Many online commenters are criticizing the singer’s decision to greet the leader of Canada while wearing overalls (partly undone), a t-shirt and backwards baseball cap.

Harper himself simply tweeted the photo and wrote, "Was happy to present @justinbieber with a Diamond Jubilee Medal today. #beliebers."

Bieber’s thoughts on the event were even more succinct.

"Overauhls, lol," tweeted The Biebs.

Just a thought :
He looks like a redneck on a farm......I would be very pissed off and embarrassed if I am his mum! No style and manners.

He once again showed he's just a little boy. time to grow!

Gawd, Bieber! Grow up! How disrespectful. Apologize to the Prime Minister and to Canadians.

Review and Trailer - Rise of the Guardians

"Rise of the Guardians"

On Monday night in New York, DreamWorks Animation held the first metropolitan-area screening of Rise of the Guardians, its highly anticipated awards hopeful, which previously had screened only once, on Wednesday night at the Mill Valley Film Festival in Northern California.

Based on the quality of this film and the relative weakness of the rest of this year's animated feature field, it is probably the film to beat at both the Academy Awards and Golden Globe Awards.
Guardians, a 3D film, is sort of a computer-animated version of The Avengers. Fundamentally, it is a story of good vs. evil, with a team of heroes uniting to take on one really bad guy. The good guys are a brooding Jack Frost, voiced by Chris Pine; a badass Santa Claus, voiced by Oscar nominee Alec Baldwin; an Australian Easter Bunny, voiced by Hugh Jackman; a flirty Tooth Fairy, voiced by Isla Fisher; and the Sandman, who speaks nary a word. They come together to defend children from Pitch (voiced by Oscar nominee Jude Law), also known as "The Boogeyman," who is the embodiment of all of their fears.

Several people noted Monday night that this film doesn't look like or feel like most others from DreamWorks Animation, which tend to be glossier and more concerned with getting consistent laughs than Guardians, which places a much greater emphasis on story development.

Finally, for my money, one of the most impressive elements of the film is the score composed by the ridiculously prolific 51-year-old Frenchman Alexandre Desplat, who has received four best original score Oscar nominations in the past five years and this year has scored no fewer than five major awards contenders in Guardians, Moonrise Kingdom, Rust & Bone, Argo and Zero Dark Thirty. Because an individual can be nominated for multiple works in the best original score, Oscar category,  it wouldn't be at all shocking to see Desplat wind up with two or three this year.

"Moonshiners" star Tickle -- no last name -- has a secret weapon to blow the pants off all your Thanksgiving guests ... a cornbread recipe to end all cornbread recipes ... and for the first time ever, he's releasing it to the public.

Tickle describes the recipe in detail on the video -- but here's a taste ... the secret ingredient is BACON ... so you can't go wrong.

And you can't have a Moonshiner Thanksgiving without some hard likker. Tickle's suggestion? Peach brandy, baby.

President Obama Pardons White House Turkey

President Obama pardoned two turkeys on Wednesday, continuing a longstanding Thanksgiving tradition at the White House.

Accompanied by his daughters Malia and Sasha, the President official spared the lives of Cobbler and Gobbler, four-month-old birds raised on a Virginia farm.

Neither of Obama’s feathered friends will wind up as a meal this week following the annual gesture of presidential mercy.

But there was a twist this year.

For the first time, Americans had the chance to vote on Facebook for the National Thanksgiving Turkey, with Cobbler edging out Gobbler in the final count.

In his remarks on the occasion, Obama mentioned that he and the First Family would be visiting a local food bank later in the day, and urged "every American to do what they can to help families who are in need of a real Thanksgiving this year."

He also wished a happy holiday to the men and women serving the United States of America in uniform.

Kevin Clash Resigns as Elmo

Kevin Clash, the voice and puppeteer behind Elmo on Sesame Street, has resigned.

"I am resigning from Sesame Workshop with a very heavy heart. I have loved every day of my 28 years working for this exceptional organization," 52-year-old Clash said in a statement Tuesday. "Personal matters have diverted attention away from the important work Sesame Street is doing and I cannot allow it to go on any longer. I am deeply sorry to be leaving and am looking forward to resolving these personal matters privately."

On the heels of a second set of sex abuse accusations, reported by tmz.com    Sesame Workshop also issued this statement Tuesday.

"Sesame Workshop's mission is to harness the educational power of media to help all children the world over reach their highest potential. Kevin Clash has helped us achieve that mission for 28 years, and none of us, especially Kevin, want anything to divert our attention from our focus on serving as a leading education organization. Unfortunately, the controversy surrounding Kevin's personal life has become a distraction that none of us want, and he has concluded that he can no longer be effective in his job and has resigned from Sesame Street," they said Tuesday. "This is a sad day for Sesame Street."

Last week, Clash was granted a leave of absence from the children's program amid the accusation from an unidenified male that Clash had sex with him when he was underage.

Clash maintained that the relationship with the accuser was between two consenting adults. "I am deeply saddened that he is trying to characterize it as something other than what it was. I am taking a break from Sesame Workshop to deal with this false and defamatory allegation," he told PEOPLE in a statement via his rep.

The accuser later recanted the claim after issuing a statement via Andreozzi & Associates, the law firm representing him, saying he "wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship."

At that time, Clash told PEOPLE in a statement through his rep: "I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest. I will not discuss it further."

Clash was the subject of Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey, a 2011 documentary that profiled his career on Sesame Street.

Voice of Elmo New Lawsuit : We Dry Humped

Kevin Clash -- the voice of Elmo -- did NOT have sexual intercourse with his 2nd accuser while Cecil Singleton was underage ... but they did engage in some dry-humping ... this according to Singleton.

Cecil just held a media conference about the lawsuit he filed against Clash in New York -- describing the allegations against the former "Sesame Street" star.

According to Singleton, his sexual relationship with Clash began when he was 15 and Clash was an adult ... and initially lasted for 2 weeks. But they picked things up a while later.

Singleton claims that while they never had sexual intercourse, the two did engage in several sexual activities together ... including "groping, masturbation, intense kissing, dry-humping."

Singleton says they had sexual intercourse years later ... when Cecil was an adult.

Cecil says he broke off the initial relationship because he felt Kevin liked him too much -- and Cecil didn't think he could handle the relationship.

We broke the story ... Cecil is suing Clash for more than $5 million in damages ... claiming he's suffering psychological and emotional issues caused by the relationship.

[UPDATE]
8:20 AM PT
-- Clash Has officially resigned from "Sesame Street" today in the immediate wake of this new lawsuit.

8:40 AM PT --
The accuser's lawyer has filed new court docs, in which the date of the alleged abuse has been changed from 1993 to 2003. The accuser also says he is currently 24-years-old ... and chalks up the mistake to a typo.

Kevin Clash
-- known as the voice of Elmo -- is facing NEW allegations that he had a sexual relationship with a SECOND underage boy ... TMZ has learned.

The accuser -- who is now in his 30s -- has filed a lawsuit against Clash ... claiming the two met on a gay phone chat line back in 1993 ... when the accuser was 15 years old and Clash was 32.

In the suit, the accuser reveals his name -- Cecil Singleton. His attorney also provided TMZ with a photo.
Among the allegations, Singleton claims, "[Clash] trolled gay telephone chat line rooms to meet and have sex with underage boys."

In the lawsuit, filed in federal court in NYC, Singleton claims Clash "groomed [the accuser] to gain his trust by, among other things, taking him to nice dinners and giving him money."

Singleton claims while Clash was featured on "Sesame Street," he was "preying on teenage boys to satisfy his depraved sexual interests."

In the suit, Singleton claims ... although the sex occurred nearly 20 years ago, he didn't take action until now because ... he "did not become aware that he had suffered adverse psychological and emotional effects from Kevin Clash's sexual acts and conduct until 2012."

Singleton is demanding more than $5 million.

We broke the story, Clash struck a settlement with a previous accuser who initially claimed he had a sexual relationship with Kevin beginning when he was 16 years old. As part of the settlement, the accuser issued a statement recanting his claims.

'The Hobbit' Producers : We're Not to Blame for 27 Animal's Death

As many as 27 animals -- from horses to chickens -- died horrific (and preventable) deaths during the production of "The Hobbit" ... this according to people who handled the animals ... though producers say the number has been grossly exaggerated.

Several wranglers who worked on location in New Zealand have come forward -- claiming horses, sheep, goats and chickens died unnecessarily from 2010 to 2011 because the Wellington farm where they were housed was full of dangerous sinkholes, shoddy fencing, and other "death traps."

According to the wranglers, some of the animals -- mostly horses -- would fall into the sink holes and break their backs. At least one horse had to be euthanized.

The wranglers claim several chickens were unprotected and were mauled to death by dogs ... some of the goats froze to death ... and a horse gashed its leg open on an unsafe fence. Other animals allegedly died from eating bad feed, contracting worms or other forms of negligence.

Two wranglers say conditions for the animals were so bad ... they quit in 2011 and complained to the production company about the situation

A rep for Peter Jackson admitted two of the horse deaths were avoidable -- but says producers "completely reject" accusations that 27 animals died due to mistreatment.

As soon as producers became aware of the animals' living conditions in early 2011, the rep says they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to improve them.

The American Humane Association investigated the situation later that year and gave the production a passing grade ... noting that no animals died on the set.

But the AHA admits their grade only reflected on-set conditions -- and not the animals' housing facilities, which the group admits was subpar.

Jackson -- along with "Hobbit" producers -- issued a joint statement to TMZ saying, "We are currently investigating these new allegations and are attempting to speak with all parties involved to establish the truth.

Murder Victim's Dad : O.J. Simpson Killed My Son , Not Florida Serial Killer

The father of one of O.J. Simpson's victims doesn't believe an alleged confession by a death-row serial killer -- who's now taking credit for the Nicole Brown/Ron Goldman murders -- telling TMZ, OJ's still guilty guilty guilty.

In case you didn't know, a famed serial killer named Glen Rogers -- who's currently on death row in Florida -- has allegedly confessed to murdering Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman ... claiming OJ paid him to break into Nicole's home and steal $20,000 in jewelry ... and kill her if necessary.

The "confession" is the subject of a new documentary on the Investigation Discovery network, airing this week -- but Ron's dad Fred Goldman (a prominent figure in the 1995 OJ trial) insists it's just a BS story to market the show.

Fred says, "OJ Simpson murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. The criminal trial showed overwhelming and monumental evidence that OJ Simpson was the killer. There was no contrary evidence other than guess, innuendo, and rumor."

Fred adds, "The fact of the acquittal at the hands of the jury will never wash away this murder from the hands of OJ Simpson, no matter how many Glen Rogers pop up on the media radar screen."

Fred and his lawyer, David Cook, add, "Nothing would change the fact that OJ Simpson murdered these people in cold blood."

For the record -- OJ did it.

Glen Rogers - Death Row Inmate Killed Nichole Simpson & Ron Goldman -TV Doc

O.J. Simpson didn't kill his ex-wife, a serial killer did, according to a new documentary.

"My Brother the Serial Killer" claims Glen Rogers ,"
who is currently on death row for another murder, is responsible for the 1994 deaths of Nicole Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

The documentary, which airs November 21 at 9 pm on Investigation Discovery, does not include an interview with Rogers' himself, but prominently features interviews with Rogers' brother Clay.

The Daily Mail reports that Rogers confessed to the Brown-Goldman killings after he was already in jail for the 1995 murders of Tina Marie Cribbs in Tampa and Sandra Gallagher in Los Angeles. He is also suspected of killing at least 10 others and once claimed he had murdered 70 people.

Rogers reportedly provides receipts to cops that show he was working as a housepainter in Los Angeles in 1994 when Brown was murdered. The documentary claims he told family members that he was working for Simpson and that he said she was rich and he was going to "take her down."

Rogers also provided a "detailed account" of the Goldman-Brown Simpson slayings to criminal profiler Anthony Meoli, according to the documentary.

Cincinnati.com reports that Rogers also knew O.J. Simpson who paid the killer to steal a pair of earrings from Nicole Simpson's house, according to Rogers.

That's why, the documentary posits, Simpson never floated Rogers as a possible culprit to investigators since he didn't want his own dealings with Rogers exposed.

Rogers was apprehended after his family tipped off investigators to his whereabouts. Clay Rogers explains his decision to do so in the documentary.

"I wasn't turning in my brother," He said. "I was turning in a serial killer."

Kevin Clash (Voice of Elmo) Pays Accuser 6 Figures "WTF"

Kevin Clash -- the voice of Elmo -- agreed to pay his accuser $125,000, with one string attached -- that the accuser recant his story that Clash had sex with him when he was a minor ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Sheldon Stephens alleged he was only 16 when Clash began a sexual affair with him. Clash has acknowledged an affair, but insists it started when Stephens -- now 23 -- was an adult.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... hours before Stephens recanted his underage sex allegation, a settlement was struck between the two parties. Under the terms of the settlement, Clash agreed to pay Stephens 125k. But the settlement then provides the following:

"Stephens agrees that immediately upon execution of this Agreement, his counsel, Andreozzi & Associates, P.C., shall release the [following] statement ... 'He [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship.'"

The settlement document goes on to say if Stephens is asked by anyone about his relationship with Clash, he must only repeat the statement [above] in the settlement that recants his story.

We've learned although Stephens signed the document, he continues to insist Clash had sex with him when he was a minor and was pressured into signing the settlement.

One source privy to the negotiations tells TMZ ... Stephens was crying during final negotiations and repeatedly insisted he didn't want to sign.

We contacted Clash's lawyer, but he had no comment.
Just a thought :
Something ain't right here. Clash  pays him off but he continues to say that he was a minor when the relationship started?

As I said to the misguided lawyer wannabe , it is NOT okay for a sleezebag to have sex with a minor as long as he is a deliquent and continues a life of crime into adulthood. There is no law that says you must keep a clean record in order to be a victim.

Just like MJ, this is a payment. Seems to me that little boy broke the agreement saying that he was a minor when the relationship started. Why isn't Clash demanding the $125K back? Because he wants this to go away but just like the judge in the Hulk Hogan sex tape said, "once it's out there, it's out there"!! Clash (the voice of Elmo) is a pedophile forever. I wonder how many other victims will come forward now to get their check.

Missouri Man Accused of Plotting 'Breaking Dawn' Movie Theater Shooting

A Missouri man named Blaec Lammers is accused of planning a mass shooting at a screening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 this weekend.

Fortunately, authorities stopped him in time.

The 20-year-old was apprehended in Bolivar and charged with first-degree assault, making a terroristic threat and armed criminal action after his alarmed mother contacted police on Thursday.

Lammers allegedly bought assault rifles and more than 400 rounds of ammunition in a plot apparently meant to copycat last July’s massacre at a showing of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, Colorado.

Updates as they become available .

Good job mom for turning him in ! This would've been horrific , for everyone involved ... even the Twilight fandom . A HUGE thanks to the authorities  for getting to him in time too .

Billy Dee Williams : Hell Yeah . I Wanna Be In The Next Star Wars

In a gas station ... not too far, far away (from our office) ... "Star Wars" actor Billy Dee Williams dropped a potential BOMBSHELL about the greatest franchise in the galaxy to a TMZ reporter.

It all went down when our guy Ryan (pictured below) decided he was in the mood for a refreshing Icee ... the blue kind, naturally.

Once Ryan -- a HUGE "Star Wars" nerd -- entered the gas station, he happened to notice Billy Dee ... who played Lando Calrissian in the original "Star Wars" flicks ... and totally freaked out.

Here's what happened next , according to Ryan :

"I told him I was a huge fan and worked at TMZ. I asked if I could film him for the show and ask about the new Star Wars trilogy, but he declined.

So I said, 'that’s cool … but everyone is dying to know, has anyone

reached out to you about being in the new film?' He said, 'No.'
So I said, 'Well if the new trilogy is based on the same characters from the movies you were in, do you wanna be in it?"

Jared Leto : My New Movie Role is a Total Drag

Believe it or not, this isn't Kristen Stewart doing the walk of shame the morning after ... it's Jared Leto on the set of his new film in New Orleans on Thursday.

The 40-year-old 30 Seconds to Mars singer -- who is no stranger to guyliner -- is now rockin' a wig, full face, ripped pantyhose and ginormous pumps to play a cross-dresser in the "Dallas Buyers Club," the same flick Matthew McConaughey has whittled himself down to nothing for .

Pretty woman, he ain't.

Belize PM Dean Barrow Begs : 'Bonkers' John McAfee to Come In for Questions

SAN PEDRO, Belize (AP) — Software company founder John McAfee said Wednesday he is in hiding, unarmed and accompanied only by a young woman, changing locations and telephones frequently to stay one step ahead of a Belize police unit he says wants to kill him.

Belize police have said they want to question McAfee, who they describe as a "person of interest" in the slaying of fellow American Gregory Viant Faull. Faull, 52, was shot to death over the weekend on the Caribbean island where both men lived.

Prime Minister Dean Barrow said McAfee was only wanted for questioning and should report to authorities.

Barrow also expressed doubts about McAfee's mental state: "I don't want to be unkind to the gentleman, but I believe he is extremely paranoid, even bonkers."

McAfee, 67, who had a run-in with police earlier this year, told The Associated Press in a telephone interview from an undisclosed location that he didn't kill Faull, though he acknowledged he had differences with the dead man.

"I barely knew him, I barely spoke ten words to him in the last three years," McAfee said, speaking on a cellphone. "Certainly he was not my favorite person and I was not his."

"He was a heavy drinker and an annoyance. But the world is full of annoyances; if we killed all of our annoyances, there would be nobody left," McAfee said.

Other expat residents of the island of Ambergris Caye, where San Pedro is located, have described Faull, the owner of a construction business in Orlando, Florida, as peaceful and well-liked.

The dispute apparently involved several dogs that McAfee kept at his beachside villa and that drew complaints from neighbors. McAfee said that four of his dogs were poisoned late last week, but that he didn't initially suspect Faull of having killed them, though he knew Faull didn't like the dogs.

"He did threaten to shoot them once or twice," McAfee said of Faull, adding that his neighbor was "always angry at them."

But he said he now believes government agents or police poisoned the dogs.

"My assumption was it was some kind of government action again. This is more harassment - that was the first thing that went through my mind, and still is going through my mind. What else could it have been?" he said.

Faull was found with a gunshot wound to his head inside his two-story home north of San Pedro. The housekeeper discovered the body Sunday morning and called police.

Raphael Martinez, spokesman for Belize's Ministry of National Security, said no charges had been filed in the case, but urged McAfee to turn himself in, accompanied by someone else, if he felt safer that way.

But McAfee said he feared that Belize's notorious Gang Suppression Unit, the GSU, a paramilitary-style squad that has been accused of rough treatment and that raided another property McAfee owns in Belize in April, would beat him and he would later die in custody.

"The GSU will do what the GSU does, beat me soundly until I confess to a multitude of sins, including I guess the murder of Jimmy Hoffa, and then just execute me," McAfee said.

He accused authorities of detaining his friends and associates in a bid to pressure him to turn himself in.

"Of course, and it's almost working," McAfee said. "I'm sitting here, the young woman who is with me now and who has been by my side, and trying to keep me upbeat through this, I said, 'You know, I'll just call and say I'll turn myself in, just let these people go.' And she said, 'Absolutely not, they will kill you.'"

"I keep moving constantly, sir ... and I keep changing telephones constantly, this phone will expire shortly," he said.

McAfee, the creator of the McAfee antivirus program, has led a life of eccentricity since he sold his stake in the anti-virus software company that is named for him in the early 1990s and moved to Belize about three years ago to lower his taxes.

He told The New York Times in 2009 that he had lost all but $4 million of his $100 million fortune in the U.S. financial crisis. However, a story on the Gizmodo website quoted him as calling that claim "not very accurate at all."

Last April, Belize police and the GSU raided McAfee's home looking for drugs and guns. McAfee said then that officers found guns, which he said were legal, and he was released without charge after being detained for a few hours.

He has said this week that he hid in the sand with a piece of cardboard over his face to help him breathe when police raided his beachside villa Sunday after Faull's body was found.

There were still a couple of dogs at the villa Wednesday, along with a sign on the fence outside the property reading, "Never mind the dogs. Beware of Owner," together with a drawing of a hand holding a smoking pistol.

San Pedro Mayor Daniel Guerrero said Faull had given the town council a letter complaining that McAfee's dogs were running loose, chasing cyclists and attacking people and that McAfee's security guards trespassing on other homeowners' property.

Still, Guerrero said there wasn't enough evidence for him to say McAfee is a suspect.

A shopkeeper whose store is near the two men's houses said several gunshots were heard at McAfee's villa over the weekend. The shopkeeper, who did not want to be quoted by name for fear of retaliation, said the gunshots came around the same time the dogs were poisoned and speculated they may have come from someone putting the animals out of their misery.

McAfee repeated his belief that Faull's killers may have actually been looking to kill him.

"When I heard about it, the first thing I though was, 'Oh my God, they were attempting to get me and they got the wrong white man.' All white men are the same here," he said.

Asked if he would turn himself over to authorities of another country, he said: "Absolutely. If it was not a Belizean authority I would indeed, but only on the condition they not turn me into the Belizean authorities after they have questioned me."

"That's the problem, because in turning myself over to the FBI, then the Belizeans now know where I am," he said. "The FBI has limited authority in another country."

"I am innocent of everything that they're accusing me of, except probably foolishness for staying here in the country, although I still intend to stay," McAfee added. "I'm not going to leave this country. I love this country. This is my home."

Associated Press writer Mark Stevenson reported this story from Mexico City and Jose Osorio reported in San Pedro, Belize.
