Bill Cosby's lawyers say he is too blind to defend himself in court

Lawyers for Bill Cosby — who has been accused of sex crimes and misconduct by dozens of women and is currently facing three felony charges of aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in Pennsylvania in 2004 — are attempting to have the case discharged by arguing Cosby is too blind to defend himself.

Cosby's attorneys filed a motion on Thursday with a footnote mentioning their client is registered as "legally blind" as part of efforts to have the case dismissed, CNN reported. The defense argued Cosby's trial will become a "platform" for various accusers to testify against him, and that, as a blind man, he will find it impossible to defend himself against those allegations.
"No 79-year-old blind man could possibly defend himself against a claim that he sexually assaulted someone he supposedly met once, half a century ago — and the Commonwealth knows it," Cosby's defense team wrote in the motion. They later noted that "without his eyesight, Mr. Cosby cannot even determine whether he has ever even seen some of his accusers, let alone develop defenses and gather exculpatory evidence."

Cosby has been photographed at court appearances being led by members of his staff. Page Six reported back in July that the comedian was "completely blind."

According to CNN, prosecutors have responded to previous motions for dismissal in the trial by writing Cosby uses his "fame and fortune" to "hide his true nature."

Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

In a new interview, former Miss Finland Ninni Laaksonen says she was groped by Donald Trump 10 years ago. She is now the 13th woman in recent weeks to accuse the Republican presidential nominee of sexual misconduct.
According to the Finnish newspaper Ilta-Sanomat, which published its story Thursday, the incident took place in New York City in 2006, just before Laaksonen and three other Miss Universe contestants were set to appear alongside Trump on the “Late Show With David Letterman.” Trump owned the Miss Universe beauty pageant at the time.
“Before the show we were photographed outside the building,” Laaksonen told Ilta-Sanomat. “Trump stood next to me and suddenly he squeezed my butt. He really grabbed my butt. I don’t think anybody saw it but I flinched and thought, ‘What is happening?'”
You knew what was happening Miss Finland....You just didn't know how to deal with it. You were scared you would not win the pageant if you said 'stop'. You were probably right. Just look how he is leering at her.

Remember Octomom?? Well she's back


The woman infamously known throughout the world as “Octomom” says she now wants to be known by her real name.Natalie Suleman says she's living a healthy lifestyle and no longer partakes in porn shoots or stripping.
She said, "I had to kill Octomom to save my life. No one hates the Octomom more than me".
She has also denounced her porn past as "dehumanizing and exploitative."
Her famous octuplets are now 7 years old — 6 boys and 2 girls — who look happy and healthy. She says everyone in her family eats a vegetarian diet.


When Inside Edition visited her in 2012, the house was a chaotic mess. Her brood of kids — 14 in all — had punched out holes and defaced the walls.
Now, the woman once known as Octomom says she’s working as a counselor. She says her family is now in a healthy and happy place.
Now that is hard to picture. And where are the other seven kids? And where does she get enough to support them. Hmmmmm!

Cathriona White's mother claims to have Jim Carrey's blood test results for STD's

Cathriona White's mother has submitted what she claims are test results proving Jim Carrey had sexually-transmitted diseases as part of her wrongful death case against the actor. She  claims she has positive blood test results that prove Jim Carrey knew he had STDs.


 The 54-year-old actor has been hit with wrongful death lawsuits over the suicide of his former girlfriend, with her mom Brigid Sweetman and estranged husband Mark Burton claiming she took her own life after he gave her three sexually-transmitted infections, accusations which he has denied.
However, in new documents filed by Brigid, she claims Jim exposed her daughter to herpes, chlamydia and Hepatitis A by hiding his infected status and continuing to have unprotected sex with her. She has also submitted as evidence what she claims are the 'Mask' star's positive blood test results, which she believes prove he knew he had STDs in January 2013, a few weeks before he was with Cathriona on Valentine's Day.
According to TMZ, Brigid also alleges in her documents that Jim infected her daughter and feigned ignorance when she told him she had "bumps down there" and was going to see a doctor.
Brigid has slammed the 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' star for being"callous and criminal" and putting his daughter's health and safety at risk, and insisted he should have told her the truth about having STDs on Valentine's Day, instead of giving her flowers and chocolate.
Brigid previously said she would drop the lawsuit if Jim could prove he didn't have the infections.
She said in a statement: "If they publicly release and publish the full Quest Diagnostics lab report for the blood sample Carrey gave on Jan. 28, 2013 at 11:40 a.m. under the name Jose Lopez and if it shows Carrey did not test positive for STDs, I will immediately dismiss the case and apologize.
"But if it shows differently, and it will, then Carrey and his attorney must admit they have lied to the media and the public. The public has a right to know when they have been lied to."

With the election coming up, some are reminiscing about elections and presidents of the past. Recently, one letter from over 20 years ago is resurfacing.

In 1992, Bill Clinton won the presidency from incumbent George H.W. Bush. When Clinton was inaugurated, Bush sent him a letter. It has resurfaced all over the Internet.

"I wish you great happiness here," Bush said. "I never felt the loneliness some Presidents have described."

Bush warned of tough times and criticism Clinton may not feel is warranted. "I'm not a very good one to give advice; but just don't let the critics discourage you or push you off course."
Bush ended the letter assuring Clinton that he was on his side. "Your success now is our countries success," he said. "I am rooting hard for you."



Regardless of how this letter compares to the current election, it shows that Bush was gracious to Clinton even after losing.

'Half-headed' Florida man arrested on arson, attempted murder charges

A Florida man with a deformed skull, who became known as the "half-headed man," was arrested Monday on arson and first-degree attempted murder charges, WSVN reported.

Miami police said in an arrest report Carlos Rodriguez, 31, set his mattress on fire at a duplex Monday afternoon, which had two people inside at the time.

According to the arrest report, the fire was deliberately set, "posing an immediate threat to the lives and safety of the occupants."

Rodriguez appeared in bond court, Tuesday, where a judge gave him $20,000 bond, WSVN reported. 

Rodriguez become an internet sensation in 2012 when he appeared in a YouTube video explaining how he lost a large portion of his brain and skull in a car crash.

“I was barred out on drugs. I was driving, and I hit a pole and flew out the front window and landed on my head," he said at the time. 

45 Southern phrases Yankees just don't understand

You might hold a soft spot in your heart for the South if you have ever been invited to "supper" — or have been asked to pass the "clicker." Admittedly stereotypical, Southern slang is a trademark, right along with that adorable Southern accent. And while it may sound like some Southern sayings makes no damn sense if you weren't born and raised in one of the down-home states, they always make for some really interesting conversation.

The first thing you should know is that Southerners are prone to hyperbole. While this list covers some of the main phrases you'll hear, if it sounds like we might be exaggerating, we probably are, but it's just for effect:

1.      Access road  : Service road; the road that allows you entrance to the highway.
2.      (A) mind to  : To consider doing something.
3.       Aren’t you precious? : Most always said sarcastically in response to someone being offensive (i.e., if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say it at all).
4.       Being ugly : This has nothing do with physical appearance — instead it means misbehaving.
5.       Barking up the wrong tree  : Being mistaken or misguided.
6.       Be able to see to Christmas
Something Grandma would say when she thinks your skirt is too short — you can see clear to the top of the Christmas tree!
7.      Bless your heart  : A seemingly empathetic phrase usually uttered when the speaker believes the recipient to be sweet but misguided or stupid or when they believe the recipient needs to grow up and deal with it; when said sarcastically, dumbass.
8.       Britches  : Pants or underpants.
9.       Catty-wampus  ;  Sideways or crooked.
10.     Catty-corner  :  Diagonal to something, like catty-corner buildings on a street.
11.     Citified  :  Urban, sophisticated and not country in any way.
12.     Clicker  :Remote control.
13.     Coke  : We may mean Coca-Cola, but they may mean any other carbonated beverage. If you order a Coke in a restaurant, do not be alarmed if they ask you what kind.
14.      Commode  :Toilet.
15.      Doesn't have a pot to piss in  : Really, really broke
16.      Dressing  : No, not the stuff you put on salads. This is the stuffing that goes in or alongside a turkey.
17.      Eyeballs are floating  :  Need to use the bathroom very badly (could also be back teeth).
18.      Fixin' to  :  About to do.
19.      Fly off the handle  :  Totally lose it.
20.      Get the short end of the stick :  Get cheated, or get an unfair deal.
21.     Give me some sugar :  Give me a kiss.
22.     Good ol' boy :   A male who tends to enjoy challenging situations; tends to be rambunctious and often enjoys hunting, mudding and fishing.
23.     Hissy  :  Shorthand for a hissy fit — a grown-up tantrum as bad as a toddler would throw.
24.     Hold your horses :  Be patient.
25.    Holler  : To let someone know something. Example: Holler at me when you’ve put the kids to bed, and we can grab a drink.
26.      Idjit  :  Idiot.
27.     If the creek don’t rise  :  If nothing bad happens, then everything will go as planned.
28.     Muddin' :  A pastime involving driving a four-wheel-drive vehicle in the mud with the goal of nearly losing control.
29.     Nervous as a long-tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs :
Nervous to the point of being jumpy; constantly on the lookout.
30.     Off like a herd of turtles :   Not off to a great or speedy start.
31.     Tennis shoes :  Athletic shoes of any kind, not just the kind you use to play tennis
32.     Pitcher :    Not a pitcher on a baseball team, but a plastic container to hold tea or lemonade
33.     Playing possum :   Playing dead (as a possum does to escape danger); also used when someone is feigning sleep.
34.     Reckon :   To suppose or believe something is true.
35.     Rode hard and put away wet :   Unbelievably exhausted, like a sweaty horse that just got put back in the barn.
36.     Run with the big dogs  :  Taking a risk or making a big decision that could have serious consequences.
37.     Snake in the grass  :  A conniving person who could strike at any time without warning.
38.     Squeeze a quarter so tight the eagle screams  :  Describes a person who's very, very cheap.
39.     Supper  :  Dinner.
40.     Sweeper  : Vacuum.
41.    Tore up  :  Broken
42.    (To) carry on  :  To continue on foolishly, usually referring to a tantrum or fit
43.     (Too) big for your britches  :To take yourself too seriously.
44.     Upside  :  The long way of saying “up,” like smacking somebody upside the head.
45.     Stompin’ grounds  :  Your hometown or where you’re from.

Ivanka Trump breaks silence: 'My father's comments were clearly inappropriate and offensive'


Ivanka Trump has broken her silence on the leaked tape of her father, Republican president nominee Donald Trump, making lewd remarks about women in a 2005 audio recording.

"My father's comments were clearly inappropriate and offensive, and I'm glad that he acknowledged this fact with an immediate apology to my family and the American people," she said in a statement to Fast Company.

The leaked 2005 tape of Trump aboard an "Access Hollywood" tour bus contained the Manhattan billionaire making a litany of crude sexual remarks about women, including boasting about groping women and kissing them without consent because of his celebrity status.

The tape was released earlier this month by The Washington Post.

Ivanka Trump's statement came as Donald's wife, Melania, sat down a pair of television interviews in which she defended her husband amid the scandal and claimed that television personality Billy Bush, with whom he appeared in the video, egged him on.

'LAW AND ORDER: SVU' NBC Flip Flops Again YANKS TRUMP-LIKE EPISODE

NBC is all over the place, ordering a "Law and Order: SVU" show which presented a version of Donald Trump as a rich womanizing candidate for President ... reportedly putting it on the schedule for early October, taking it off, then putting it back on 2 weeks before the election and now taking it off again.

The episode -- titled "Unstoppable" -- starred Gary Cole as a super rich guy who makes an improbable run for The White House only to have his campaign torpedoed by accusations by various women.
The timing of NBC's decision to pull the episode is interesting.  

Sources connected with the network told us the now-infamous "Access Hollywood" video was supposed to air 2 days before last Sunday's debate ... to have maximum impact and influence.  
As we reported, "Access" execs were concerned Hurricane Matthew would dwarf its revelation so it postponed the airing, pissing off someone with the tape who then leaked it to the Washington Post.

The network hasn't said why it changed its corporate mind on the October 26th air date.

Phrases Only Southerners Use

If you are from the south , you know that sometimes there's just no other way to get your point across . Someone once said  that when you  visit the South , you need a translator , it's true , we do have a mouth full of saying  that only Southerners understand . However, if you arr from the South , you know that sometimes there's just no other way to get your point across . if you are trying to be nice , but you just can't quite let it go , "bless your heart" is a go to . When you met the girl of your dreams  , chances are "she's is pretty as a peach." If you just heard  your mama come home  and you haven't finished your chores  , she will definitely be madder than a wet hen." Take a look at some of our favorite  Southern saying that we just couldn't live without .
Bless Your Heart
It can be deployed sincerely , but if you're hearing "bless your heart" in the South it probably has an edge to it . It's almost always accompanied by a good-nature perhaps slightly exasperate shake of the head . Don't worry though , everyone hears this every now and then .
Fixin' Too
I'm fixin' to tell you that this phrase is as Southern as sweet tea . When you are fixin' too do something , it's going to happen , but  you may also decide  to take your own sweet time .
It Doesn't Amount to a Hill of Beans
In the south , a hill of beans  is it's own measuring  stick. Whether you're talking about volume or value , a hill of beans isn't worth much . That means whatever you're talking about is worth less than very little .
It's Blowing Up a Storm
If you ever been caught in a summer storm , you know that you can feel , smell and see a storm blowing up across the wide Southern skies . These skies can darken at a moment's notice , and summer afternoons you often see wind churning and heavy rain clouds blowing in to cool that Southern summer heat .
More Than Carter's Little Pills 
This one originates from the 19th century , when Carter  products  marketed "Little Liver Pills" across the country . Apparently carter had a great many pills , because the phrase found it's way  into the Southern vocabulary .You may still hear it if you stop into a country store .
Over Yonder
When you are in the South , "over yonder " is a distant direction ---- any direction this phrase may accompanied  by a gesture  indicating North , South , East or Erst. Over Yonder  past cotton fields , over yonder toward the water tower . This phrase can be intensified by the addition of the word "WAY" as in "way over yonder.
She Was Madder Than a Wet Hen
have you ever seen a wet hen ? If so , you know madder madder than a wet hen is very mad indeed.
Til The Cows Come Home
Settle in , because whatever we're talking about  is going to take all day ,, cows aren't known for their speed  and they are usually out and about wandering until feeding time . Farmers know that if you do nothing til the cows come home , it's going to take all day .
If I had My Druthers
"Druthers" roughly translates to  "I would rather" meaning : "if  I had things my way ----the phrase is celebrated  in song in the hilarious Southern inspired Broadway musical Li'l Abner , in which the main character sings "if I had my druthers," I druther have my druthers than anything else I know. "And really wouldn't we all druther heve our druthers."
I Reckon
"I reckon" can replace any number of Phrases , such as : I guess , I suppose , I think , and I imagine . It is a quintessential Southern phrase , said by friends and family on porches  and rocking chairs  all across the  South.
She's as Pretty As a Peach
This is a high compliment in the South , since Southern states are known for their peaches . In fact , Georgia and South Carolina produces more peaches than any other state in the South . And of course , there's nothing prettier than a warm summer day picking peaches in the sunshine.
Full  As A Tick
If you just had  a big Southern lunch complete with cornbread , collards greens and pecan pie , you're definitely full as a tick . It's a vivid phrase , and it's an accurate one too.
If the Creek Don't Rise 
Translated , this means : "We'll be there unless something out of control stops us." Unlike the United Postal Service , whose motto claims "neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night " will stop them from keep them from their routes , sometime a Southern visit is thwarted by a rising creek or other unexpected bump in the road .
Worn Slap  Out
When you're exhausted in an I'm-so-beat-I-can't-go-on kind of way , you are definitely worn slap out . It is a physical and mental state a few degrees past weary and just this side of dog-tired . It happens often during a Southern summer , when the heat rises  and the temperatures shoot past 100.
He was Funny As All Get Out
"All get out" finds it's way into Southern phrases constantly , and it intensifies any statement. I was surprise as all get out . It was bad  as all get out . Anything to the degree of "all get out" is something to talk about.
No Bigger than A Minnow In A fishing Pond 
When you arrive on the banks of a fishing pond on Saturday morning , you're hoping for a good catch --- enough big catfish and breams to fry up for the family on Saturday night . If you find only minnows  ,though , they look even smaller compared to the heavy catch you hope for . No bigger than a minnow in a fishing pond  is as small as can be .
Heavens to Betsy
An exclamation .... of surprise , happiness , really any emotion ... that is appropriate in nearly every Southern scenario.
Hush Your Mouth
Grandma might whisper this one over her hymnal if she sees you cutting up in church on Sunday morning . We admit that we've heard this Southernism more than once .
Two Big for His britches 
Unarguable Southern criticisms . Translated , it means : He sure does think a lot of himself . "If you hear  this one , you should probably pause a moment , Southerners tell it like it is ... no matter what it is .... so think of this as a learning moment .
She's Got Gumption
Gumption is spirit , courage , spunk , boldness and initiative . If someone tells you got got gumption , you should thank them  and then walk away a little taller , because  you've received a lovely Southern compliment . Southerners adopted this phrase wholeheartedly from its early usages in the 1700's English and Scotland (where it meant " common ones") In the 1900's the  word evolve taking on a Southern spin  as well as a new meaning such as "courage " and "get up - and go".

There are certain experiences  that only growing up in the south can provide .

There are certain sounds that are distinctly Southern , like the hum of Cicadas or the rumble of hot thunder  every afternoon in the summer .But by far , the most district  auditory clue , the South's calling card of sorts , is the melodic sound of a true Southern accent . Not all accents are alike , but enough sweetness  carries over from Appalachian to Alabama  to east Texas  to tie them all together  making a certain Southern way of speaking . And a Southern drawl doesn't go unnoticed ... if someone ever stopped  you in mid-sentence  , or insists you say "y"all one more time  , you might  can relate . Here  are 8 things only girls with southern accents will understand .

"Cute , Strong , Funny , Subtle , Strange ....

2 . You experience  two instances where  it genuinely get stronger . 
1 . You're constantly being told your accent is or is not ______!(More  often than not these situations are one and the same .) One , when you're angry , and two , when you are around family .

3 . You dare not travel  without  your accent  . In fact you may even need to play it up when you cross the Southern border , just to avoid all those  "......but where's your accent  ?" or "It's just not  as strong as expected  ..." Don't want to let anyone down .

4 . You seem to have  a lot more luck getting what you want  than your friends not blessed  with such a persuasive , genteel drawl .

5 . You've driven crazy by a poorly executed fake Southern accent .

6 . You should prepare for the entire  conversation to derailed if you say y'all in front of a crowd  not from the south .

7 . You have  a way of glazing over the harshest of criticisms . No comment is too pretty to be sweetened up with a southern accent .

8 . You know there's no "one" Southern accent . Those cousins of yours out in east Tennessee might not sound  like  the kin to your momma's family in southern Mississippi . But you'd take any one of these  many Southern accents  over any other variety , any  day .

Juanita Broaddrick breaks down discussing Bill Clinton 'rape'

Donald Trump might use Hillary Clinton's husband's past to attack her in Sunday night's debate — even if he said he wouldn't.

Bill Clinton has faced several sexual assault and harassment accusations dating all the way back to the '70s.

One of his most outspoken accusers is Juanita Broaddrick. She says the former president sexually assaulted her in 1978 when he was Arkansas' attorney general.

And in a recent interview with Breitbart, Broaddrick accused Hillary Clinton of intimidating her over the alleged assault.


"She grabbed a hold of my arm, and my hand, and she pulls me into her ... and in a low voice says, 'Do you understand everything you do,'" Broaddrick told Breitbart reporter Aaron Klein.

Trump's touched on what he's called Bill Clinton's "indiscretions" before but said he didn't attack Hillary Clinton over it at the first debate for one reason:

"I have a lot of respect for Chelsea Clinton, and I just didn't want to say what I was going to say," Trump told CNN after the first debate.

On Wednesday, Trump also told Page Six he had no intention of bringing up Bill Clinton in the upcoming debate.

But that might change following Friday's video release from The Washington Post, in which Trump jokes about groping women. Trump released an apology for the incident before immediately going on the attack.


"Bill Clinton has actually abused women, and Hillary has bullied, attacked, shamed and intimidated his victims. We will discuss this more in the coming days. See you at the debate on Sunday," Trump said in a recorded statement on Twitter.

Trump has also been retweeting Broaddrick's accusations against both Clintons in the aftermath of the video leak.

Trump going after Bill Clinton in Sunday's debate is something that Hillary Clinton's camp is reportedly preparing for.

GOP leaders slam Trump over crude remarks on women " About time is it not?

For the second Friday in a row, Donald Trump's campaign is heading into the weekend in an existential crisis sparked by the candidate's behavior toward women — and Republicans may have had enough this time.

"It's over," a Republican strategist who has been supportive of Trump said. "Never seen anything like it. Never will."

The timing of newly obtained audio from 2005 in which Trump boasted how he used his stardom to approach women and "grab 'em by the pussy," could not be much worse for the nominee, whose standing with women in surveys has already been abominable throughout the campaign.

"This one matters," a Trump campaign staffer conceded, adding they had "no idea" how to spin the story in their favor.
In the immediate term, though, the tape is threatening to crack Trump's support within the GOP, whose leaders must weigh whether its worth it to defend Trump and risk poisoning the party brand or distance themselves and risk demoralizing their base.

Based on the early reaction, they're choosing the latter approach.

"No woman should ever be described in these terms or talked about in this manner," RNC chairman Reince Priebus said in a statement. "Ever."

Speaker Paul Ryan condemned Trump as well and announced the nominee would no longer attend a high-profile scheduled event with Ryan and Priebus in Wisconsin on Saturday.

"I am sickened by what I heard today," he said. "Women are to be championed and revered, not objectified. I hope Mr. Trump treats this situation with the seriousness it deserves and works to demonstrate to the country that he has greater respect for women than this clip suggests."

Priebus has stood by Trump through previous crises while Ryan has often stayed quiet rather than criticize him, making their twin statements especially dramatic.

They weren't the only ones criticizing Trump on Friday as the story started to look like a tipping point for his detractors within the GOP.

Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL), who is in a tough race and has refused to endorse Trump,tweeted that Trump "should drop out" and that the GOP should move to organize an emergency replacement. He called Trump "a malignant clown — unprepared and unfit to be president of the United States."

Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), who is under fire in her home state for calling Trump a role model in a recent debate, immediately issued a statement on Friday calling Trump's comments "totally inappropriate and offensive."

Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), who supports Trump and also faces a difficult re-election, called Trump's comments "inappropriate and completely unacceptable"on Twitter. Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA) tweeted that they were "outrageous and unacceptable."

"I think the wheels just came off," a top staffer at a GOP super PAC said.

In addition to politicians in swing states, the Trump audio prompted indignant statements from former rivals like John Kasich and Jeb Bush.

"Hitting on married women? Condoning assault? Such vile degradations demean our wives and daughters and corrupt America's face to the world," 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney, who has denounced Trump throughout his candidacy, tweeted.

Jon Huntsman, the former governor of Utah who recently indicated he would support Trump, withdrew his endorsement on Friday and called on Trump to leave the race.

At the same time, Trump did get some backup from prominent evangelical supporters who indicated a willingness to overlook his sins.

"I in no way condone [the comments] but I don't condemn him," Pastor Darrell Scott, a Trump adviser, said. He explained that Trump's 2005 remarks came before he had "spiritual influences" in his life.

Democrats, eager to fan the flames, are rapidly moving to demand more Republican candidates renounce Trump or be tarred by association. Hillary Clinton's campaign rapidly pushed out a video featuring the 2005 footage.

The news comes as Trump looks to bounce back in Sunday's town hall with Clinton after a difficult first debate last month that included withering attacks on his treatment of women — attacks Trump made dramatically worse the next week by feuding with former Miss Universe Alicia Machado and telling voters to "check out [a] sex tape" that apparently did not exist.

The sustained fight over Trump's treatment of women helped generate additional stories about his comments and behavior over the years, stories that will only get more attention now.

The Associated Press published a detailed exposé of his work on The Apprentice, with numerous sources recalling lewd and inappropriate remarks similar to the 2005 audio. The Los Angeles Times detailed complaints from Trump employees in a lawsuit that they had to hide staff he found physically unattractive to prevent him from firing them.

Just as Trump's attack on Machado helped shine a light on related stories about Trump and women, Trump's 2005 boasts about what sounds like nonconsensual behavior could bring back some darker claims that have so far stayed on the edge of the campaign.

Take Jill Harth, a makeup artist who once sued Trump in 1997 for allegedly groping her in a manner not dissimilar to Trump's 2005 comments. Trump denied the claim and she dropped the suit after several weeks, but she gave an interview to the Guardian standing by her accusation earlier this year.

The audio also could scramble Trump's strategy for the next debate. In response to the Machado story, his campaign launched a series of attacks on former President Bill Clinton's sex scandals and Trump suggested at a rally last weekend, without evidence, that the former Secretary of State had also cheated on her husband.

That tack, along with the Machado story, provoked a backlash from many Republicans, including some prominent Trump supporters who urged him to stop. Trump told the New York Post earlier this week that he would avoid the topic in the debate.

That may no longer be the case now. On Friday, he responded to the latest news by claiming "Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course" and it seems hard to imagine Trump restraining himself if he's cornered on the topic on Sunday.


Trump could try to seize on a new Wikileaks dump of apparent material from Clinton's private speeches dropped on Friday just hours after the Access Hollywood tape. But with so many damaging stories surrounding Trump and his campaign seemingly unable to control its message, it will be difficult to change the subject. With 30 days to go, every minute spent defending his behavior is a minute closer to a loss.

Republicans who won't vote for Donald Trump

Donald trump became the republican Presidential nominee in early May  and secured  the number of delegates needed to clinch  the nomination on May 26 , 2016 , according to the Associated Press delegate count.
Since he became the last republican in the race , some members  of the GOP have said  they still can't support him .
Here are some of the top leaders  of the party who are seriously  conflicted about  this year's elections .
                                        Jed Bush 
"In November , I will not vote  for Donald Trump  or Hillary Clinton , but I will support  principled  conservative at the state  and federal levels , just as I have  done my entire  life," Jed Bush said  in a Facebook post."
                      George W. Bush & George H. W. Bush
"President Bush  does not plan to participate in or comment on the president campaign," a spokesman said , "At age 91 , President Bush is retired  from politics . He naturally  did a few things to help Jed , but those was the exception that proved the role."
                                          John Kasich
Ohio Governor John Kasich couldn't comment  to voting  for the GOP nominee , "I'm not making any final decision yet , but at this point , I just can't do it  (vote for Trump) he said in June on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."
                                              Bill Kristol
Bill Kristol , the founder and editor of the conservative magazine "The Weekly Standard." He cannot vote for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton . He said  hr would normally encourage  people  to support  an independent , but this year , he is working  to find  a third party  candidate  to run in the election . "It was wrong to nominee Donald Trump ," he wrote .
                                          Mitt Romney
While he haven't come out  to say he won't ultimately vote for Trump  , he is choosing  not to use his position  as a delegate  this year .He also met with Bill Kristol  about his  p;an to  get an independent candidate  into the general election .
                              Nebraska  Senator  Ben Sasse
Senator Ben Sasse wrote a long Facebook Post condemning both Donald trump and Hillary Clinton  and encouraging  Americans to consider  a Third Party  candidate.
"Why are we confined to these two terrible options ?" he asked . "This is  America . If both choices  stink , we reject them  and go bigger . That's what we do ."
