San Francisco Giants : Zoo Names Good Luck Monkey After ...

San Francisco fans got their wish ... the "good luck" monkey -- whose birth coincided with a string of Giants victories -- WILL be named after one of the World Series winning players, and TMZ has learned who gets the honor.

A rep for the SF Zoo tells TMZ, the red-haired Francois' langur monkey will forever be named Romo -- after Giants' closing pitcher Sergio Romo ... who struck out Detroit Tigers' Miguel Cabrera to clinch the WS Sunday night.

Romo (the monkey) rose to fame during the NLCS -- when the Giants went on a 3-game winning streak right after its birth.

Fans claimed Romo's miraculous birth was responsible for the Giants' wins -- and demanded the zoo name the "Lucky Langur" after a current Giants player.

The zoo's rep says they settled on the name because the monkey shares Sergio's "playful spirit."

Fun fact: Romo (the monkey) is actually female.

Dian Lohan's Neighboorhood RAVAGED by Hurrican Sandy

TMZ has obtained a photo of the havoc Sandy wreaked on Dina's NY neighborhood Tuesday -- showing freakin' BOATS the storm dumped on people's lawns.

It's pretty ironic, considering Lindsay's tweet on Sunday about Hurricane "Sally" -- when she wrote, "WHY is everyone in SUCH a panic about hurricane (i'm calling it Sally)..? Stop projecting negativity!"

Turns out people were panicking for a reason -- in fact, Dina tells TMZ, a tree was uprooted on her own property and ripped a gash through her roof on its way down ... before landing over the family pool.

Dina says she was at home with her kids Cody and Ali when the storm hit. Lindsay and Michael Jr. were stranded in Manhattan because of bridge and tunnel closures, but are expected home shortly.

Thankfully, everyone is okay. The lesson: don't mess with Mother Nature.

Donnie Wahlberg Apartment Flooded by Hurricane Sandy

Donnie Wahlberg's New York apartment was completely flooded by Hurricane Sandy on Monday night, and the singer-actor documented the crazy footage on video.

Wahlberg tweeted, "My entire building is under a foot of water," and then posted a series of clips showing the shocking damage.
One of the videos shows a cereal bowl floating across Wahlberg’s kitchen.

The Boston native is in New York to film the CBS show "Blue Bloods."

He tweeted on Sunday, "Decisions… 90 degrees & sunny or hurricane? 90 degrees & sunny or hurricane? Oh well. Duty calls. Hurricane it is! Should be interesting."

Of course, production for "Blue Bloods" was shut down on Monday.

Currently, an estimated six million people are without power throughout the Northeast.

The New York Times calculates that at least 11 have died on account of the storm.

Octomom : Her Kid Allegedly Watched Mom's Mastunbation Video

At least one of Octomom's kids watched her masturbation video ... according to one of Octo's former nannies.

TMZ has obtained correspondence between nanny Gina B and the Orange County Dept. of Children and Family Services ... in which she claims on June 28, Nadya ran to her crying, claiming she found her oldest son watching porn on his phone.

The nanny says the 11-year-old had found the website that posted his mom's masturbation video and decided to sneak a peek. The nanny says Octo handed her the phone and asked her to block the site, but when the nanny said she needed a passcode, Octo told her to forget it.

The nanny says Octo told her she and her then-boyfriend Frankie would have a chit-chat with the kid about staying off porn sites ... especially hers.

Octomom : Checks into Rehab for Prescription Drugs

Nadya "Octomom" Suleman has checked into rehab for a prescription pill problem, leaving her 14 children in the care of nannies.

Over the weekend, Suleman was admitted to Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center in California in order to deal with her addiction to the anti-anxiety drug Xanax.

Her rep tells Gossip Cop in a statement, "Nadya Suleman checked herself into Chapman House Treatment Center last Tuesday evening for anxiety, exhaustion and stress."

"Ms. Suleman has been taking Xanax that was prescribed by her doctor to deal with her anxiety but she felt she needed a treatment program to help with her recovery. She will be in treatment for 28 days or more if needed."

As for the kids ... we're told Nadya is using 3 nannies and 2 friends to divvy up the child care duties. She also has a driver to take the kids to and from school.

Neither Nadya's mother nor father have been tapped to care for the kids.

We're told Nadya can afford to pay for treatment by herself -- because she's been making a ton of money from her porn career -- but the rehab facility offered to pick up the tab anyway.

Barack Obama : Beyonce's Ears Could Win Him the Election

If you like it, then you shoulda put earrings on it -- at least that's what Beyonce did with a brand new pair of Barack Obama hoops last weekend ... and now, TMZ has learned, sales for the pro-bama jewelry have EXPLODED.

The earrings were designed by a Puerto Rican jewelry designer named Erika Peña -- and up until last week, she had only sold 5 sets of the handmade earrings.

But her fortune changed overnight when Beyonce wore them last Saturday in NYC. Since then, Erika tells TMZ, she's sold over 1,300 PAIRS!

Erika tells us she received orders almost immediately from all over the world -- England, Switzerland, Chile, and Argentina ... with her biggest order coming from London.

The earrings currently sell for $32 a pair -- so if our math is correct ... that's like, a ton of money.

Justin Bieber : I Broke My Family's Cycle of Poverty ...Now "Want to Create Empire"

Justin Bieber says if he didn’t commit himself to music, his family would have languished in poverty as they had before his career reached epic heights.

In a new, wide-ranging interview with the Daily Mail , the superstar talks about what he’s learned from his upbringing, why he doesn’t go clubbing, and how he believes there’s nowhere to go from here but "down."

Speaking of his family’s financial problems, Bieber says,"My family are all poor, so the cycle would have continued. My kids would have been poor, and their kids would have been too."

"I feel I broke the cycle, and when you get to break the cycle, you don’t go back," he continues, adding, "If I hadn’t found music my life would have been bad."

Now, says Bieber, he’s determined to "create an empire."

"I want people to know I don’t just sing songs," says the teen superstar.

He goes on to point out that he helped launch Carly Rae Jepsen, has movie inspirations, and invests "in start-ups and IT."

‘The education I’ve had you couldn’t get in any school," insists Bieber.

Staying on the straight and narrow, as he claims to do, certainly plays a role as well.

Noting that he hangs out with the guys in One Direction and The Wanted, Bieber says, "I keep my distance when they go to clubs to have their fun – I go home."

"Drinking is definitely one way, but it’s not for me," he continues. "I still want people to think I’m a good person, a good influence. I want to be around tomorrow."

The "As Long As You Love Me" crooner points out that he’s also seen other stars "go off at the deep end, get full of themselves, think they’re the best and end up not being anything. I’ve worked way too hard for that."

Bieber tells the Daily Mail, "Now I’m at the top there’s nowhere to go but down; for me it’s about staying standing at the top."

Ghostbuster Arrested for Cop Car Stunt

This video is INSANE!!! A Halloween partier dressed as a Ghostbuster climbs on a police car in Eastern Canada this weekend and does a BACKFLIP over one very angry cop. But what happens next is even crazier.

The ghostbuster sticks the landing, but the cop is PISSED -- grabbing the ghostbuster by the collar ... and saying, "You're a smart ass ... come here!"

Another cop rushes towards the ghostbuster -- slamming him against the cop car ... and warning, "Don't you f*ckin' move ... don't f*ckin' do that ... you stupid idiot."

The cops then handcuff the ghostbuster and place him under arrest for mischief and for being drunk in a public place.

After the man is in custody, the cops turn to the photog ... and demand he turn off his camera saying, "You wanna be under arrest to?" The video cuts off right after the warning.

TMZ spoke with the photog who tells us ... the ghostbuster was taken to a nearby station and was thrown in the drunk tank ... but was released a short time later.

Oh, and here's a shocker ... we're told the ghostbuster had been drinking heavily before the stunt

Ex-'Amazing Race' Finalist: Boozin' at Jason Aldean Show Before DWI Arrest

Jason Aldean's been dragged into another drunken controversy ... because ex-"Amazing Race" finalist Vanessa Macias told cops she boozed up at the country singer's concert before her DWI arrest last week.

According to the San Antonio police report, obtained by TMZ, 32-year-old Macias admitted to cops she drank three vodka sodas at the Aldean concert on Thursday ... then hit up a local strip club with a friend.

We did the research -- the strip club in question features FEMALE dancers ... just in case you were wondering.

As we reported, Macias was arrested around 2 AM Friday morning after police pulled her over and say they detected a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.

According to the report, cops say Macias was driving erratically on a highway and failed to make a turning signal, so cops initiated the traffic stop. She was arrested soon after on suspicion of DWI.

Unfortunately, the police report doesn't elaborate on the strip club visit.

Paul McCartney says Yono Ono Wasn't responsible for Breaking up the Beatles

Yoko Ono has long been targeted as a scapegoat to lay blame for the breakup of The Beatles, but Paul McCartney is saying she wasn't the cause.

"She certainly didn't break the group up, the group was breaking up,"McCartney says in an interview with David Frost which is airing on Frost's TV show next month.

McCartney admits in the interview that it was hard to have Ono constantly around, but also credits her with much of Lennons success such as writing "Imagine," saying, "I don't think he would have done that without Yoko."

While Frost firt interviewed McCartney in 1964,  this is the most recent interview was one of the longest  the Beatles have ever given .
It was almost 50 years ago and in black and white that a fresh-faced David Frost interviewed a baby-faced Paul McCartney and asked him what the future held. "I'd like to retire soon, and the way things are going I might be able to," said McCartney.

Five decades on and neither man has retired, both have reached their 70s, been knighted, and now meet again for one of the longest interviews the former Beatle has ever given.

In the hour-long programme to be broadcast on Frost's television show next month, McCartney lets it be known that Yoko Ono did not break up the Beatles , that he remains still a working-class boy despite his fame and fortune, and that his marriage to Heather Mills is not something he likes talking about. His second marriage does not feature in the interview; photographs show only his 1969 wedding to Linda Eastman then jump to his third marriage a year ago to another American, Nancy Shevell. The acrimonious and very public divorce with Mills is not touched upon in what is billed as a unique "in-depth interview". But it is on rock'n' roll's most infamous break-up that McCartney was uncharacteristically outspoken.

"She certainly didn't break the group up, the group was breaking up," he says, which may do something to dispel decades of hostility directed at Lennon's widow by diehard fans since the group disbanded officially in 1970.

He goes further and says that without Ono opening up the avant garde for Lennon, songs such as Imagine would never have been written: "I don't think he would have done that without Yoko, so I don't think you can blame her for anything. When Yoko came along, part of her attraction was her avant garde side, her view of things, so she showed him another way to be, which was very attractive to him. So it was time for John to leave, he was definitely going to leave [one way or another]."

He says he was in retrospect happy with the timing of the end of the Beatles; they left "a neat body of work" so the split "wasn't that bad a thing".

But McCartney has not completely mellowed with age. He admits he had found Yoko sitting in on Beatles' recording sessions very difficult, but still reserves bitterness for the late Allen Klein, the businessman who tried to take over the void left when the group's manager Brian Epstein died in 1967. Throwing a mock punch at a photograph of the man's face, he says it was Klein who set McCartney fighting against the others: "I was fighting against the other three guys who'd been my lifelong soul buddies. I said I wanted to fight Klein."

He tells Frost it was the loss of their mothers at a young age – McCartney's mum died when he was 14 and Lennon's when he was 17 – that helped shape them into becoming such successful musicians: "That was a big bond with John."

He talks too of the loss of Linda, the mother of four of his five children. He admits that despite the family trying everything to hold back the cancer that killed her, he had known from the first diagnosis she would not survive. "The doctors had told me privately that we'd caught it too late, that she'll have about 18 months. And that was what she had."

On a happier note, the world's most successful songwriter says his role to his five children, Mary, Heather, Stella and James with Linda and eight-year-old Beatrice with Heather Mills, and eight grandchildren is the most important one of his life. "Being a father, grandfather, is my coolest thing."

McCartney is apparently known for only giving 15-minute interviews and he has managed to achieve a great deal of privacy over his personal life throughout his career. This latest meeting between the two British legends is billed as Frost's return to the "Nixon-style" interviews for the TV channel Al Jazeera English, where he has worked since its launch in 2006. The 73-year-old Frost said of the 60-minute episodes, which start on 9 November: "The longer conversation not just allows us to go into more depth, but relaxes interviewees to talk more about their life and work."

Martin Sheen : Romney is 'Stupid' and 'Arrogant'

When Martin Sheen last spoke to Huffington Post in September , U.S. President Barack Obama’s re-election looked like a cakewalk. Three debates later, the race couldn’t be tighter — but the legendary actor and activist says the situation is not as apocalyptic as it may seem for Democrats.

"He’s still doing well, but it’s gotten a little more precarious. What the polls are showing is absolutely true — Gallup is neck and neck. That’s indisputable. But what is not always clear is that he is far ahead in the Electoral College, the battleground states. He is leading now. God forbid, but it could happen that he could lose the popular vote and still win a second term," Sheen said Wednesday backstage at Free The Children’s We Day youth rally in Calgary where he was a guest speaker.

An Obama re-election without winning the popular vote would no doubt spark an outcry from the right, much as the reverse was true when George W. Bush were elected in 2000 despite Al Gore capturing more votes nationwide .

But Sheen said, essentially, that’s just tough. "Those are the rules, and when you enter the game you agree to play by those rules. Sorry, this is what it feels like."

As for how the race got so close, Sheen basically gave Obama a pass on the first debate ("his energy was at a very low ebb") while being encouraged by the last two, especially Obama's "get the transcript" reply to criticism of his response to the Benghazi attacks .

"Mr. Romney really showed his ass there, and how stupid he is and arrogant. There’s an old phrase, arrogance is ignorance matured, and that’s what we saw."

As for the third debate, Sheen thought Obama "gave Romney too much time and didn’t shut him up when he could have easily done so" but came off "far and away the most qualified."

Despite his confidence that Obama will win, Sheen was quick to offer warnings over how a Romney presidency might affect America, citing the Republican candidate’s primary selling point as his primary reason for concern.

"He is, in essence, a very arrogant, very successful businessman [who] believes in unreined free enterprise," Sheen said. "He doesn’t have a clue what 99 per cent of the people are going through. He’s never lived on that level. He’s never had to compete for a job or face eviction or struggle to get a college loan. He’s a guy that the old phrase applies to: ‘he was born on third base and thought he hit a triple,’" Sheen said.

"He would be a reflection of the one per cent. They say this kind of rhetoric that I’m doing right now is advocating class warfare, but that’s nonsense. There is no class warfare; the war ended a long time ago and the poor lost very badly. While the upper one per cent of our population has continued to rise, the 99 per cent has continued to drop. The unions are at risk, and it’s no secret it’s not getting any better for the 99. If Romney is elected, that’s going to be the level that we start at."

So why does Sheen think Romney has the support of so much of the electorate? He blames the billions being poured into the election, through both campaigns and SuperPACs, specifically calling out conservatives as "very unscrupulous about how they twist and turn things to their own advantage."

But Sheen added that this is an issue that goes much further back than this particular election or even the Citizen's United ruling that allowed unfettered spending by groups outside the candidates’ campaigns.

"Every major corporation is represented in Washington with a huge battery of lawyers and lobbyists, but there’s nobody lobbying for the poor," Sheen said, adding, "We’ve always had the best politicians money can buy. So if Romney is elected, he’s the best politician we could afford."

Kid From 'Shameless' It Pays to Be On Showtime !!

Name : Amara Miller ... aka the kid on "1600 Penn"
Age: 12-years-old
Pay Rate: $20,000 PER EPISODE!!!!

Both Emma and Amara have filed their contracts with L.A. County Superior Court so the judge can approve their deals (as all underage actors are required to do in California).

According to the docs, Emma started off making $12k per ep when "Shameless" premiered back in 2011 ... she got a 4% bump for Season 2 ... and will get another 4% bump for Season 3.

Amara's show, "1600 Penn" is set to premiere on NBC in the near future ... but there's no guarantee it'll even last half a season ... and NBC is notorious for pulling the plug early (R.I.P. "Animal Practice).

So, the question -- if you were a kid actor ... and could make $12k-per-ep on an established show ... or $20-per-ep on a show with an unclear future ... which would you pick?

Discuss.

Will Smith : Raps at Gabrielle Union's Birthday Party

Will Smith gave Gabrielle Union -- and the entire Internet -- the best present ever last night ... when he grabbed the mic at her 40th birthday party and rapped like it was 1991 all over again.

Smith, with the legendary Doug E. Fresh by his side, busted out a cool freestyle ... and then dropped "Summertime" AND the theme from "Fresh Prince of Bel Air."

Smith has caught the rapping bug lately -- remixing "Summertime" back in June and doing a little "Fresh Prince"on BBC's "The Graham Norton Show" in May.

Some things never get old.

Rod Stewart : Calls BS on 'Stomach Full of Seman' Story

Rod Stewart says he doesn't have a taste for gay male sailors ... and NEVER had his stomach pumped after a wild night out with a bunch of sea men in San Diego ... despite the decades-old rumor.

Stewart opened up about the situation on Katie Couric's show -- when she asked him straight up if there was any truth to the X-rated story that's been circulating since the '80s.

Rod explained, "I used to have this guy work for me, he was a gay publicist ... I had to fire him because he did something terrible, which I won’t go into. He wanted revenge so he started this rumor about me, and it was horrible because my kids were at school. So that is definitely not true."

He added, "I'm as heterosexual as they come."

Stewart goes into more detail about the story in his new book,"Rod: The Autobiography" -- in which he writes:

"I have never orally pleasured even a solitary sailor, let alone a ship's worth in one evening. And I have never had my stomach pumped, either of naval-issue semen or of any other kind of semen."

And now you know .  HeHe

Jack Scalia : Schocked at Gun in His LAX Carry-on

Jack Scalia was blown away when cops found a gun in his bag at LAX this week ... telling TMZ the whole thing was just one big, innocent mistake.

As TMZ first reported, the "Dallas" star was busted Thursday after TSA agents found an unloaded 9mm Glock and a novelty police badge in his carry-on bag.

Scalia's rep, Steve Jaffe, tells TMZ the gun was a gift from a friend and the badge was a courtesy shield that was presented to him by former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani. He doesn't know how either ended up in the bag.

Scalia, who is represented by attorney Gary Jay Kaufman, was released after posting a $10,000 bond. So far, no charges have been filed.

Micheal Jackson : Death House Sold !!! ALMOST

The house where Michael Jackson died is in escrow and about to close ... TMZ has learned ... and the buyer was so anxious, he's moving in weeks before escrow is scheduled to close.

The buyer is Steven Mayer, a super-rich investment banker.

Our sources say the purchase price was somewhere between $17 and $20 mil -- it was listed for nearly $24 mil.

And this is interesting ... for some reason the seller is letting Mayer move in before escrow closes -- something real estate honchos think is high risk.

Mauricio Umansky at The Agency represented Mayer and the seller of the home. We reached out to him, but haven't heard back.

At any rate, Mayer loves the crib a lot. We hope he has better luck than Michael.

Natina Reed Dead : R&B Singer Killed After Being Hit by a Car

Natina Reed , a member of the 90s R&B group Blaque, was killed in Georgia last night after being struck by car. She was 32.

According to the Gwinnett Police Department, the driver of the vehicle that hit Reed called 911 at 10:30 PM last night. She was pronounced dead at Gwinnett Medical Center 29 minutes later.

A press release said that Reed "was in the roadway on Lawrenceville Highway near Hamilton Road when struck."

Police say the investigation is ongoing, but say the driver "was determined to be not at fault and there are no charges pending."

In addition to her singing career, Reed appeared in the 2000 film, "Bring It On." She was a protegé of the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.

Reed is survived by her 10-year-old son, Tren Brown, whose father is rapper Kurupt.

Skyfall....oo7 Meets a New 'Q'

In a new clip from James Bond's forthcoming big screen adventure "Skyfall"  007 meets with his new Quartermaster (played by Ben Whishaw) at London's National Gallery. If you'd ever wondered what the q in "Q" stood for, now you know. Ben Whishaw is Q in "Skyfall." (Columbia Pictures)
A rather grizzled-looking Bond (Daniel Craig) and the still wet-behind-the-ears Q sit and admire J. M. W. Turner's painting "The Fighting Temeraire" while exchanging introductions. The symbolism of the famous painting — which depicts the great warship Termeraire being towed off for scrap — is not lost on the secret agent, who appears to be going through a mid-life crisis of sorts in "Skyfall."
Watch the new "Skyfall" clip entitled "Quartermaster" below.

Whishaw's Q is certainly a departure from the previous incarnations of the character. MI6's master of gadgets and weaponry was a staple of the series until 2002's "Die Another Day," and was always portrayed by older actors. The 32-year-old Whishaw's appearance in "Skyfall" marks not only the debut of the Q character in a Craig 007 film, but also makes him the youngest incarnation of the character to date.

Tony Scott : Anti-Depressants - Prescription Drugs Found

Director Tony Scott leapt yo his death in August, leaving many behind scratching their heads as to what caused the esteemed director (and brother of Ridley Scott) to take his life. Now, an autospy report released by the LA County coroner's office may provide some clues about the final moments of the 68-year-old British director's life.

The report ruled that the official cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries and drowning. But it also showed that therapeutic levels of the anti-depressant mirtazapine and prescription sleeping pill Lunesta were found in Scott's system at the time of his death. Side effects of mirtazapine can include general symptoms of malaise, but more rarely, can result in severe mood changes and hallucinations, according to Mayo Clinic. Meanwhile, Lunesta is described as an eszopiclone medication used to treat insomnia .

Scott, the director behind such films as "True Romance," "Top Gun" and "Enemy of the State," jumped off the Vincent Thomas Bridge on Aug. 19 in Los Angeles. He left notes for friends and loved ones in his car, but did not indicate a cause for his actions. His death has officially been ruled a suicide by the coroner's office.

Will Smith : Cops Sweep House for Michelle Obama Shindig

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith got a visit from L.A. County Sheriff's deputies Monday, who were there to secure the property for a little lunch the Smiths are throwing for the First Lady of the U.S. of A.

Will, Jada and Salma Hayek are hosting the $2,500-a-head lunch for Michelle Obama this Thursday. That's the bargain basement price. If people want their pic taken with Michelle Obama, the price of admission goes up to $10k a couple -- the good news, that includes lunch.

Several units from the Emergency Operations Bureau of the Sheriff's Dept. showed up to sweep the grounds ... inside and out.

The Smiths live in Calabasas, behind a massive gate with a long, winding road that leads to the main house. Sheriff's deputies -- along with Secret Service -- were everywhere, looking for possible security breaches.

How Honey Boo Boo is Really Doing

The spotlight may love Honey Boo Boo, but apparently the 7-year-old reality star is growing tired of living life under it.

In an interview with HLN's Dr. Drew, Alana Thompson, the star of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," awoke from pretending to be asleep to declare that she doesn't like being on TV. Why? "Because fans come up to me and I hate it," Alana said.

Alana and Mama June, who's also known as 'Coupon Queen,' did a media blitz on a recent trip to Los Angeles. The duo stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" where Alana proclaimed Barack Obama as her pick for president , responded by a viral Christopher Walken video and filmed at Lisa Vanderpump's Villa Blanca. It was there where Honey Boo Boo met "The Real Housewifes of Beverly Hills" scene-stealer , Giggy.

Watch the clip below. The full interview airs Tuesday, October 23 at 9 p.m. ET on HLN.

You can take a pig out of a pen, give him a bath and put a ring in his nose and he is still a pig. He will still go right back to the mud, rooting and grunting and peeing on himself. It is what it is.

And Momma June is living vicariously through her child...but maybe Mama June lives through McDonalds . HeHe

Jay Leno Crazy Motorcycle Crash

Video footage of a motorcycle accident that nearly wiped out Jay Leno has surfaced ... one year after the crash -- and now, it could prove the WRONG PERSON was blamed for causing the collision.

Leno and the motorcyclists involved in the collision were taking part in a charity benefit called the "Love Ride" last October when the accident occurred on an L.A. freeway.

You can see in the tape -- recorded via helmet cam -- a bike with two riders speeds up from behind and slams into another motorcycle, causing a massive wreck that nearly takes out Leno ... who was riding just feet away.

The woman who captured the crash on camera -- Christina Silva -- was subsequently blamed for the crash and was banned from participating in this year's "Love Ride" ... but she insists the video shows she did NOTHING wrong.

In fact, Silva tells us the people who pointed the finger at her were the two riders who rear-ended the other biker. It's unclear why they feel Silva is at fault.

Christina tells us she has decided to release the tape to clear her name. It's unclear if the people who run the "Love Ride" have seen the footage.

Tony Scott Death Report : Sleeping Meds and Anti Depressant

"Top Gun" director Tony Scott had multiple prescription drugs in his system when he lept off an L.A. bridge to his death ... including a sleeping aid and an anti-depressant.

According to the L.A. County coroner's office ... the toxicology tests showed Scott had therapeutic levels of Lunesta and the anti-depressant Mirtazapine in his system at the time of his death.

We broke the story ... Scott -- who directed a slew of Hollywood classics -- died on August 19 after jumping off the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro.

Lindsay Lohan's Siblings : Our Dad is a Liar

Michael Lohan's OTHER children have a clear message for their dad -- he needs to stop spreading lies about Lindsay and their family ... because they want nothing to do with him.
TMZ spoke to Michael Jr., Ali and Cody Lohan about their father's recent antics, specifically his LiLo "intervention" -- and they tell us, it's just a desperate attempt to destroy their family.

Michael Jr. says, "I think it's unfortunate that the public had to be unwittingly invited into the lives of my family members due to my father's lies" -- then adds he and his siblings no longer associate with their dad.

Ali tells us ... Michael's recent attacks against Dina Lohan were the last straw, saying "Please stop waging your own personal war against my family. We don't need you to intervene because we can take care of ourselves without you, as we have been all these years."

Lindsay Lohan : Her Whole Team Wanted Intervention

Michael Lohan was NOT ALONE in orchestrating an emergency intervention on Lindsay Friday -- and TMZ has seen emails proving that her ENTIRE team, including her lawyers and her manager ... were 100% on board.
The emails are between Michael, Evan Hainey (LiLo's manager) Dave Feldman (entertainment lawyer) and Shawn Holley (criminal defense lawyer). The emails were sent between Sept. 23rd and Oct. 18th (the day before Michael's intervention).

Michael emailed Evan and Shawn on Sept. 23rd, claiming he had been informed by several people Lindsay was "drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day" adding, "I have seen the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau."

Michael continues, "She is AGAIN, taking pills to keep her up and to sleep (adderall)!! I even know that she is and was drinking during work as far back as Liz and Dick!"

Michael then pleads, "I am asking you to PLEASE PLEASE find a way to get her to LA toward the end of the first week of October or the beginning of the second so we can do an intervention and FINALLY end this madness!"

LiLo's manager Evan responds the same day to Michael and Shawn, "I am hearing the same things." Evan continues, Lindsay will fly back to L.A. Oct 15th -- and they should plan an intervention for that week.

Lindsay's lawyer Shawn responds unequivocally, "Let's do it."

On Oct. 12th Michael and LiLo's entertainment lawyer, Dave, sent multiple emails to each other -- planning a conference call with a well-known interventionist, named Earl Hightower.

Then on Oct. 18th (the day before the intervention) Michael sent an email to Evan ... revealing a plan to confront LiLo at her Bev Hills home.
According to text messages from Oct 19th, which we have also seen, the group decided Michael would confront LiLo FIRST ... and everyone else would show up afterwards.

TMZ broke the story ... the emergency intervention floundered -- Michael showed up to Lindsay's pad, but she turned him away and called the cops ... which put a kabosh on the whole thing.
