Conrad Murray : Found Guilty ... Taken To Jail ... No Bail

Dr.Conrad Murray was just found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

The seven-man , five-woman California jury announced it's decision moments ago .

Dr. Murray sat stone-faced during the decision , which was greeted by a little cheering  in court and a loud celebration outside the courthouse .

Among those who let out a brief yell in court , much to the judge's dismay , were Jermaine and Randy Jackson . La Toya Jackson and family friend Kathy Hilton wept .

Michael Jackson's parents , Joe and Katherine Jackson , remained silent .

Murray's mother and daughter , on the other hand , wept when the decision was read .

The verdict comes after  a six-weeks-long trial that included testimony from 49 witnessesand hundreds of pieces of evidence concerning Jackson's 2009 death , cause by a lethal dose of propofol .

Dr. Murray will be sentenced on November 29 . He faces up to 4 years in jail .

The judge remainded Dr. Murray immediately into custody without the possibility of bail.

Murray was then handcuffed and lead out of court .

No one can exactly know what happened in Michael Jackson's life  ... the true sad fact is that he's gone . Do you agree with te verdict ?

  1. Really what it comes down to is whether or not Jackson administered the lethal dose to himself . If he did Murray is still responsible , he was Jackson's doctor ,If Murray administered it , he's guilty .

I didn't really follow the case , so I don't know any specifics on 'HOW' they determined he is the one who administered the dose .

But either way , this case was mishandled and turned into kind of a circus.

  2. There is no law against administering propofol, but the prosecution's case rested on the argument that Dr Murray was grossly negligent by doing so outside a hospital setting and without the proper monitoring equipment.
Defense dropped the argument that Jackson drank the propofol, mid-trial. They never proved how he could administer it to himself intravenously. Ridiculous defense anyhow.
    How's it goin Bill?

  4. Taking propofol by mouth wouldn't help Michael to sleep , it has to be taken intravenously to have an effect on him .

I too hope the family can find closure , especially the kids .
    The Jacksons' well that's anyone's guess .

Jeannie , it's going better each day , getting closer to payday , I think I've been a very good boy .
