Slyvester Stallone : Opens Up about His Son's Death

One month after the shocking death of his son, Sylvester Stallone is opening up about the tragic loss for the first time. The "Expendables" star appeared on "Good Morning America" Tuesday morning (along with co-stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham and Dolph Lundgren) to promote his new action flick. But he also deftly fielded questions about his son, saying:

"It's tough. It's very, very tough. But if you have good friends and your family's support, it's just something that's a horrible situation. But time hopefully will heal and you try to get through it but it's something that is a reality in life."

Stallone, 66, appeared sad but matter-of-fact. He added that it was "important to get back and try to start reliving your life, otherwise you can go into a spiral."

Thirty-six-year-old Sage Stallone, who co-starred with his famous father in 1990's "Rocky V," was found dead in his Los Angeles home on July 13 after a suspected drug overdose.
