Henry Cavill and Kaley Cuoco are a new couple, PEOPLE has learned.
"They were both single and started dating recently," says a source close to the Man of Steel star and Big Bang Theory actress.
While Cuoco, 27, and Cavill, who split from his girlfriend, Fast & Furious 6 star Gina Carano, in early May, have yet to step out publicly, they're enjoying getting to know each other.
"It's just the beginning stages of a relationship and they're having a great time," says the source.
As for what the hunky actor looks for in a partner, Cavill, 30, told PEOPLE in June, "What really matters is that people be themselves. If women are confident and happy, they are going to attract someone who is like minded rather than trying to be something else."
"That's very important, to love yourself and be happy with who you are," he continued. "That quality is incredibly sexy and incredibly attractive."
