Justin Bieber Drops 'F'-Bomb, Walks Out of Deposition

The embattled popstar, 20, was grilled Thursday in a lawsuit alleging he instructed his bodyguard to attract photographer Jeffrey Binion and take his film card.

Bieber, who flew into Miami late Wednesday night for his deposition, was evasive when questions were asked regarding his and his bodyguard's attacks on photographers in different cities around the world, a source close to the case tells PEOPLE.

"When Binion's lawyer Mark DiCowden took Bieber to task regarding these attacks, Bieber stated that he simply couldn't recall the occasions," says the source. "Bieber appeared to have selective amnesia, used constant facial gestures and dropped the F-bomb during the deposition."

Bieber left the room when Binion's lawyer asked him about an incident with his bodyguard and a photographer when Bieber and Selma Gomez were together, the source says.

"This was a hot button topic, and he flipped out. He didn't answer and left the room," says the source. "His lawyers said this was harassment and advised him not to answer."

The six-hour deposition took place in Bieber's Miami Criminal attorney Roy Black's office. Black could not be reached for comment. DiCowden also had no comment.

This is just one more bump in the road for the singer, who is involved in several legal battles.

In January, he was arrested im Miami Beach and charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving without a valid driver’s license. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and is awaiting a trial date.

That same month, Bieber voluntarily returned to Toronto and faced an assault complaint made by a limousine driver who had transported the singer and some of his friends from a nightclub to a hotel in the wee hours of Dec. 30. According to reports from the police, the assailant fled the scene at the time.

According to reports, Bieber was charged with assault and is scheduled to appear in a Canadian courtroom on March 10.

"I don't give a f*** what they say ... I'm happy with the man I'm becoming."
Lets here it from the in-house expert ,Mr. Humble:
Since when is it an F bomb? You hear it all the time in movies and TV. We have sunken to new lows and the entertainment industry is leading the way!

Ugh...he's SO freaking smug in these pictures, like he doesn't have a care in the world. I really hope the judge humbles him and deflates his ginormous ego by giving him some time and also implements a mandatory stay in rehab so he can get the help he needs and get it together. Bieber seems to think he can walk on water and sooner or later, he's going to hit rock bottom and struggle to keep his head above water.

Unfortunately I've spoken with several Canadians and they'd prefer it if he stayed here.
Not all young people  let talent go to their heads .

I recently heard a concert in which Daniil Trifonov played the Rhapsody of Rachmaninoff. He is about 3 years older than Justin Bieber. That's definitely where the similarity ends. Daniil Trifonov is incredibly talented, has worked extremely hard, and has devoted his whole life to music, which he loves. Justin Bieber is a spoiled brat with a small, dim talent who is famous for his bad behavior. I guess some children can handle the gift and others squander it.
