One picture (see right and below) shows the teen superstar striking one of Dean’s most iconic poses.
"This is James Dean inspired. Don’t ask me if I smoke ciggys cuz I don’t," wrote Bieber.
Dean, of course, was a pop culture icon in the 1950s, best known for starring as the misunderstood, rebellious teen in Rebel Without a Cause – but his career was cut short by a fatal car accident in 1955.
A movie about his friendship with Life photographer Dennis Stock is currently in production with Dane DeHaan and Robert Pattinson .
