Prince William's cousin , Zara Phillips married  rugby star Mike Tindall in Edenburgh today.

The ceremony was held at Canongate Kick , while the reception will be not far from the church at Palace of Holyroodhouse .

Phillips wore a satin gown by Stewart Parvin , with Jimmy Choo shoes , a bouquet of cream-colored flowers and a silk cathedral veil.

Prince William & The Duchess of Cambridge Attend Zara Phillips Pre-Wedding Bash

Prince william and Kate Middleton returned to familiar grounds Friday as they attended William's cousin Zara Phillips; pre-wedding party in Edinburgh , Scotland .

Phillips and her rugby player fiance , Mike Tindall , threw an extravagant bash for friends and family on the Royal Yacht Brittania .

Prince Harry was also there , along with wild hat-wearers Princess Beatrice and Princes Eugenie.

The wedding takes place tomorrow ( July 30, 2011) at Cannongate Kick church ... followed by a reception at Queen Elizabeth Place Holyroodhouse .

Crystal Harris May Have Planned to Ditch Hef at the Altar

There are questions surrounding the split of Harris and Hefner because it took place five days prior to their wedding....Was Crystal Harris cheating on Hugh Hefner with Dr. Phil's son, Jordan McGraw?....Is anyone surprised she ( 25) doesn't want to  marry someone old enough to be her great grandpa (85) ?

This much we know for certain: Playboy couldn't have timed its latest cover any worse. Take a look at the name by which it refers to Harris on the cover. Seriously, though, what really happened between the couple?

Crystal was a guest on Ryan Seacest's radio program  and said there was no big falling out: "It was mutual between Hef and I, there was no fight, we sat down and we talked about it." And while the break-up might seem sudden to us, Harris said she realized Hef's "lifestyle" of having "multiple girls around" just grew to be too much for her. The decision was a long time coming. "For a while I've been having second thoughts about everything. I haven't really been at peace with myself lately. I didn't think it was really fair to him... They were gonna air a show on it. It was al happening too fast for me."

However, a source says Harris was plotting to make her own show of the nuptials: this insider tells The New York Post that Crystal was angling to be paid $500,000 in order to literally walk away from Hef during the wedding! "Crystal wanted to ditch Hef at the altar," the mole claims. "Her plan was to walk up the aisle and say she couldn't go through with it. The wedding was to be filmed for a reality special, and her refusal to marry him would be a sensation. She was looking for a tie-in deal of around $500,000 for the exclusive 'I ditched Hef at the altar' interview."

But there was allegedly no major offer for this scheme and Crystal chose the traditional means of breaking up instead. Do we buy such a plot? Who knows. All we can say is that Harris' debut single, "Club Queen," was released on iTunes this week. Looks like someone sure knows how to create publicity for it.

File this under bad ideas ; Before Von D  called off her wedding to Jesse "American Sweetheart" James , Kat Von D decided to get a tatto of  'His Face'  underneath her left armpit .

The tattoo artist with the slacker-girl voice debuts her James homage .... a recreation of James  fifth grade photo  ... on Thursday's premiere of  L.A. Ink   "on TLC. Von D freaks out while revealing the love tat to James , who seems pleasently surprised by not overwhelming overjoyed . "You're crazy" he says , sounding like an awkward-and- screechy "Beavis and Butthead ." Then he kisses Von D and says , "I love you."

To which Von D responds ; " I thought you were gonna tell me you're breaking up with me . Just kidding ! You like it ? It's really hurting a lot ."

Von D  thought their love would last forever  , so Von D got a  tattoo of then-fiance Jesse James as a young boy under her arm . While the artwork will last a lifetime  ... their relationship ended  July 20.

Amy Winehouse : Cremated As Friends , Family Say Farewell With Humor

Family , friends and music execs said goodbye to Amy Winehouse today , where the singer was remembered in a private funeral before being cremated , approximately 150 people attended the service at Edgewarebury Cemetery , including close associates like Kelly Osbourne and Mark Ronson, as well as Winehouse's boyfriend Reg Traviss.

The late singer's father , Mitch , delivered the eulogy that was decribed poignant  but humorous , and many funny remembrances of his daughter's childhood.

"Goodnight my Angel," he said in front of the mourners , "Sleep tight," Mommy and Daddy love you ever so much."

The service , conducted partially in Hebrew in honor of Winehouse's Jewish heritage , concluded ,  after an hour with playing of  Caroline King's  "So Far Away." 

Afterward , the 27-year-old was cremated at the Golders Green Crematorium  as her grandmother had been ,

Amy Winehouse Dead : Singer Found Dead At London Home

Troubled , Grammy-winning singer Amy Winehouse has been found dead in her north London home, Sky News is reporting . The Daily Mail reports that policw have confirmed the passing .

In a statement , the  London Metropolitan Police said , "Police was called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05hrs. today Saturday 23 July , following reports of a woman found deceased . On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene . Enguires continue into the circumstances of the death . At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained."

A suspect drug overdose  took the life of the singer , Nick Buckley of the Sunday Mirror Tweeted.

Amy Winehouse  battled drug addiction for years , having most  recently checked back into rehabilitation in May.

Winehouse entered treatment in late June 2007  for drug problems, including admitted herion use .

Eariler in the day , Tim Gatt of  Sky News  tweeted a staement from her manager saying that she was caceling upcoming performance , writing , "Amy Winehouse is withdawing from all scheduled performances . Everyone involved wishes to do everything they can to help her return to her best and she will be given as long as it takes for this to happen."

Amy  performed  in a surprise appearence at the  iTunes Festival July 20th.

Winehouse has had previous near-death experiences , including the one her ex-husband , Blake Fielder-Civil , decribed in detailed back in 2009 .

"I knelt over her as she kept on fitting  . But then suddenly she just passed out and stop breathing ," Blake told the Sun (via NME) . It was the most frightening thing I had ever seen . I felt sure I was watching her die right in front of me . I didn't know what to do or how to save her . I held her to me  ... and I thought she was dying in my arms . But somehow I managed to open her mouth and breathe air down her throat."

In January , 2010 she pled guilty to  assaulting a theater stage manager.

In 2008 , after some confusion , a spokeperson for Winehouse  contirms that  she had  "early signs of what would lead to emphysema."

[UPDATE]   Sky News Home Affairs Correspondent Mark White  reports that  sources confirmed that Winehouse died of a drug overdose

[UPDATE  2]  In a statement to  Just Jared , Monte and Avery Lipman of Universal Republic Records , said : "We are deeply saddened at the sudden loss of such a gifted musician , artist and performer . Our prayers go out to Amy's family , friends and fans at this difficult time."

[UPDATE 3] Scotland Yard told Radar Online.com that an autopsy on  Winehouse will be performed on Sunday.

The postmortem has not been scheduled yet but it is unlikely to take place before tomorrow . In the case of a murder it can be done within hours but this is not the case so tomorrow or even Monday is more likely in these circumstances.
