Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie "are like prisoners," Matt Damon told the German TV channel Tele 5 this past weekend.
Damon added that Jolie and his 'Oceans Eleven' c o-star (Brad Pitt) "Can't just go someplace . If they go for a walk , it turns into an international incident."
Damon said he doesn't have to deal with the insanity that other actors do because "I married a woman who isn't an actress , and we live in New York ... as long as we don't show up in typical tourist spots , we can walk the streets without being noticed ."
Damon and his wife Lucianna Barroso have been married since 2005 , and have four daughters.
