Cops : Lindsay Lohan Allegedly Assaulted in Hotel Room

 Lindsay Lohan was assaulted in a New York hotel room on Sunday morning, the police confirm to Gossip Cop.

After a night out at the New York hotspot 1Oak, Lohan invited a 25-year-old male she met named Christian LaBella back to her room at the W Hotel with a group of others.

At a certain point, we’re told the two had an argument over photos LaBella took of Lohan on his cell phone, and when she tried to grab his phone, the suspect allegedly threw the actress on a bed, leaving her with scratches.

Lohan told the cops after that LaBella choked her and pushed her to the ground.

A friend of hers came to her aid, and Lohan then pulled a fire alarm for help, prompting LaBella to flee down the hotel’s stairs.

The police fortunately were there on time to apprehend him.

We’re told LaBella has been charged with two counts of assault and two counts of harassment.

Lohan’s rep tells us that while "she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized."

"Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation," adds her spokesman.

 Lindsay Lohan is on the other side of an arrest for a change and she wants to see the guy who allegedly attacked her early this morning prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

According to our sources, Lindsay is telling friends she is still in shock over what went down this morning at her hotel room in New York. We're told she is sticking to the story she told cops -- that the man, Christian LaBella, attacked her after she confronted him for taking pictures of her and her friends.

We're told Lindsay feels the guy befriended someone in her group last night with the express purpose of getting to Lindsay. According to our sources, that friend didn't come back to the hotel ... but LaBella tagged along anyway.

Our sources says Lindsay saw the guy recording her with his phone and when she grabbed it ... she saw he had taken over 50 photos and videos and had been emailing them to friends.

According to our sources, Lindsay is not badly hurt -- no bruises, but a few scratches -- and plans on cooperating with police fully so LaBella can prosecuted for the alleged attack.

The grass is always greener when you're not the one being accused of a crime.

Alleged Attacker no Stranger to Celebs

Christian LaBella, the guy arrested early this morning for allegedly assaulting Lindsay Lohan, has several prior interactions with celebrities ... and he's posted all about it on Facebook page.

LaBella was busted early this morning after he allegedly attacked Lohan following a dispute over a picture he took of the actress on his phone.

LaBella's Facebook page shows a guy who certainly enjoys taking pictures with celebs -- he's got pics with the likes of Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner (see above) and Joe Francis. He's also posed for pics with politicians Herman Cain and VP candidate Paul Ryan.

LaBella also says on his Facebook page that his aunt is Heather McDonald from the show "Chelsea Lately."

LaBella was arrested following the alleged run-in with Lohan on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment.

Lindsay Lohan  called the police early this morning after she claims she was assaulted in her New York City hotel room by a man she had just met ... sources close to LiLO tell TMZ.

According to our sources, Lohan told police she met the man at 1 Oak, a nightclub in Chelsea. Lohan said the two got into an argument later on in her hotel room after Lindsay noticed the man had taken photos of her on his phone.

A few of Lindsay's friends were in the room at the time the photos were taken.

Our sources say Lindsay told police she confronted the man about the pics and he threw her on the bed causing scratches on her hands. We're told Lindsay ran out of the room, but returned later. When she did, Lohan claims the man attacked her, choked her, threw her to the ground, and climbed on top of her.

According to our sources, a friend of hers was able to pull the man off her. Lohan claims she pulled the fire alarm to signal for help and cops were able to arrive in time to arrest the man.

Law enforcement sources in NY tell TMZ the man was idenitifed as Christian LaBella. He was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment.

Lindsay' rep, Steve Honig, tells TMZ "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation."

What else can happen  to Lindsay Lohan ... this young woman is headed for a total train wreck .

Justin Bieber must have come down with a real severe case of Bieber Fever last night in Glendale, AZ ... because in the middle of his concert ... he PUKED ON STAGE!!!

The show was the first on his new "Believe" tour and even though he was forced to leave the stage twice due to illness, the show went on.

Bieber apologized to the crowd for being sick, but the crowd didn't seem to mind too much and cheered him on throughout.

Justin Bieber kicked off his "Believe" tour on Saturday night in Glendale, Arizona, and must have had his own case of Bieber Fever — or something like that — because he vomited on stage.

Arnold Schwarzenegger : I Inflicked Temendous Pain' on Maria Schwarzenegger

Opening up for the first time since his marriage collapsed with the revelation that he fathered a child with a housekeeper, Arnold Schwarzenegger acknowledges how badly he hurt wife Maria Shriver and their family.

Promoting his upcoming book on Sunday night's 60 Minutes on CBS, the action star was asked by correspondent Lesley Sthal, "Was this just the most unbelievable act of betrayal to Maria?"

"I think it was the stupidest thing I've done in the whole relationship," Schwarzenegger, 65, replies. "It was terrible. I inflicted tremendous pain on Maria and unbelievable pain on the kids."

In Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story, Schwarzenegger writes about the affair with Mildred Baena that produced a son , Joseph, now a teenager, and reveals another affair during his 25-year marriage. He says Shriver, who filed for divorce in May 2011 , has not read the book.

"She knows that it's about my whole life and that I would not write a book and kind of leave out that part and make people feel like, 'Well, wait a minute. Are we just getting a book about his success stories and not talk about his failures?'" he says. "I wanted to write a book about me."

Johnny Lewis : Sons of Anarchy

 

"Sons of Anarchy" creator Kurt Sutter -- who also plays "Big Otto" Delaney on the show -- isn't one bit surprised by Johnny Lewis' death yesterday ... claiming the actor had long been on a "destructive path."

Sutter posted a statement on Twitter this morning about Lewis' death, calling it "a tragic end for an extremely talented guy, who unfortunately had lost his way."

Sutter wrote, "I wish I could say that I was shocked by the events of last night, but I was not."

He added, "I am deeply sorry that an innocent life had to be thrown into his destructive path. Yes, it's day of mourning, but it's also a day of awareness and gratitude. Sadly, some of us carry the message by dying."

As we reported, Lewis was truly on a "destructive path" before his death -- being  convicted of several violent crimes  before allegedly murdering his landlady yesterday.

Johnny Lewis -- the "Sons of Anarchy" actor suspected of murdering his landlady Wednesday before falling off a roof to his death -- was convicted of several violent crimes in 2012 ... TMZ has learned.

According to official records, Lewis committed felony assault with a deadly weapon on January 3rd. The records don't specify the details of the crime, but they do show he was subsequently ordered to complete a rehab program for "treatment of mental health and/or drugs and alcohol."

The records also indicate Lewis was arrested on February 10th. Law enforcement sources tell us, he sucker-punched a man on his way out of a yogurt shop for no apparent reason.

Eight days afterwards, on February 18th, Lewis was arrested again for burglary. According to law enforcement sources, he had tried to break into a woman's house through a window, claiming he was looking for a friend ... but when the woman called cops, he took off.
Lewis was convicted of felony assault following his January arrest, and sentenced to a year in county jail. Lewis was also convicted of battery and burglary following his February arrests, and sentenced to 303 days in jail for those two crimes.

It's unclear exactly how many days he served and whether he spent the majority of his time in jail or in rehab. Lewis was ultimately released from jail SIX DAYS AGO on September 21st.

(FYI -- The mug shot for Lewis' felony assault arrest is unavailable because the LAPD doesn't release mugs.)

7:08 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops believe Johnny was on drugs-- either PCP or meth -- at the time he allegedly killed a woman and then fell to his death.

Sources tell us ... after allegedly killing the 81-year-old woman, Johnny had fought with two men for 3 to 4 minutes ... hurting at least one of them

We're told Johnny initially used a 2x4 to attack the men ... and then used his bare hands.

Law enforcement sources say the men he fought with say Johnny showed "super-human strength" and was "phenomenally strong."

We're told Johnny tried to break into the house of one of the men ... and it took 3 people to hold him back.

One source tells TMZ ... Johnny had gone to a neighbor's home to introduce himself earlier in the day.
Neighbors tell us Johnny had lived in that house before, moved away, and then came back.

Neighbors who knew Johnny say he was a "nice guy."

Johnny Lewis -- who had big roles on "Sons of Anarchy," and "The O.C." and once dated Katy Perry -- was found dead yesterday ... and his body was discovered at the same L.A. property as an 81-year-old woman he's suspected of murdering ... TMZ has learned.

According to our law enforcement sources, 28-year-old Lewis was found in a driveway Wednesday morning in the Los Feliz neighborhood -- and the elderly woman who owned the home was found dead inside ... the victim of a homicide. Investigators say they believe Lewis beat the woman to death.

According to multiple reports, neighbors heard the 81-year-old woman screaming ... and then saw a young man outside her home attack 2 other people with a piece of wood ... before he climbed onto the roof and fell to his death.

Lewis was renting a room from the 81-year-old victim.
Law enforcement sources tell us Lewis is the sole suspect in the woman's murder, and they are not looking for other possible suspects.

Lewis dated Perry back in 2006 -- and attended numerous Hollywood events together.
Lewis played Kip 'Half-Sack' Epps on "Sons of Anarchy" for 2 seasons, and also had one-off roles on "Criminal Minds" ... "Bones" ... and "CSI."
　



Ben Stein : Hillary Clinton Should Retire

 

Hillary Clinton should take FULL BLAME for the murder of J. Christopher Stevens -- the slain U.S. Ambassador to Libya -- and should resign from her position as U.S. Secretary of State ASAP ... this according to Ben Stein.

Stein -- who went to law school with Clinton at Yale and was a member of President Nixon's staff -- was at LAX yesterday ... when he told us, "It was her fault ... and he didn't have adequate security."

52-year-old Stevens died on Sept. 11 during an attack on a U.S. compound in Libya. Clinton now says the U.S. believes the attack was perpetrated by Al Qaeda.

Stein added, "She's in charge ... if she screws up, she should resign."

 

Andy Williams : Dead at 84

Legendary singer and TV host Andy Williams has died.

According to his rep, Williams passed away last night at his home in Branson, MO after a year-long battle with bladder cancer. He was 84.

The "Moon River" singer -- who recorded 18 gold and 5 platinum certified albums -- is survived by his wife Debbie and his three children, Robert, Noelle, and Christian

He hosted "The Andy Williams Show" from 1962-1971. He also hosted the Grammys from 1971-1977.

Fiona Apple desperately regrets her hash and weed arrest last week -- because the drug bust is taking ALL the spotlight away from her new album ... and she bitched about it last night ... on tape.

Lindsay Lohan Taken to Hosiptal with Respiratory Ailment

 

 Lindsay Lohan was taken to the hospital in New York on Sunday night with a respiratory ailment.

The actress is said to have been telling associates she’s recently had a case of "walking pneumonia," which some outlets to get out of work.

Late Sunday, however, her condition was severe enough that she was taken to Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Her rep tells Gossip Cop she was having a problem with her asthma, and "was treated and released, and is doing fine."

Another source, however, says it was actually a "chest infection but, because of her asthma, they wanted to be safe."

"She thought she got rid of it before she left for Altanta to shoot Scary Movie, but obviously she didn’t get enough rest and it came back," says our insider, noting that "she’s on antibiotics" and her hospital trip was "more precautionary" than an emergency.

Vadim Gluzman :Max Bruch's "Violin Concerto No.1" in G minor

 





Vadim Gluzman will be sharing his life's devotion with audiences at the opening night of the Shreveport Symphony's 2012-13 season. An acclaimed violinist, Gluzman will perform Max Bruch's "Violin Concerto No. 1" in G minor.
"It's one of those universally adored pieces by musicians, by everybody. I've yet to meet a person who doesn't like Bruch," Gluzman said. "I think it's one of those irresistible masterworks. I've been playing it since I was a boy."

Gluzman, 39, truly has devoted his life to music. Born in the former Soviet Union, he expressed a desire to play music at an early age and soon his reluctant family agreed to allow Gluzman to enroll in a school for musical arts. He was 7 years old.

"That was the end of my childhood," he said. "There was no fooling around. The moment you were accepted into the school you were a musician. There was no joking. Nothing but the best was expected of us and we were pushed to no limit."

Gluzman moved to Israel in 1990 and has since appeared with major orchestras around the world, including the Chicago Symphony, London Philharmonic, Israel Philharmonic, London Symphony and the San Francisco Symphony.
Gluzman's recent recording of Bruch, which he will perform Saturday, received the Diapason d'Or de L'Annee award in Europe.

"To open with Vadim Gluzman is exciting for us because he really is on the ascent in his career," said Michael Butterman, music director for the Shreveport Symphony. "He received the European equivalent of a Grammy for his recording of the concerto he will be playing for us."
Back to an eight-concert master series, the upcoming symphony season will host a variety of shows that will unite the familiar with the unfamiliar

What we try to do with our concerts is surely present some of the great time-tested masterpieces but also to freshen the experience with things that hopefully will be new discoveries for people," Butterman said.

In October, the Symphony will collaborate with Moonbot Studios in Shreveport for a screening of the Oscar winning animated short film, "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore." The Symphony will perform the world premiere of a newly commissioned orchestration of the film's score.
In an unusual twist, the first performance of 2013, "Rhapsody in Blue," will combine classic symphony with today's popular music.

"We have a beat boxer joining us in January," Butterman said. "That's a concert all about rhythm. We're bringing something totally unique and different."

Lindsay Lohan might have  some vehicular issues   to deal with, but she is moving right along with the production of her Lifetime movie, "Liz & Dick."
Now, fans can feast their eyes on  the first trailer for "Liz & Dick," featuring Lohan the first trailer for "Liz & Dick,"  as screen legend Elizabeth Taylor. Lifetime posted the debut trailer on its official YouTube channel on Thursday. During the clip, captions that could apply to either Lindsay or Liz ("infamous," "scandalous" and "dangerous") pop up on screen.
The Lifetime made-for-TV movie documents the torrid love affair of Taylor (Lohan) and Richard Burton (Grant Bowler) as they "drink, fight and fornicate." The two met on the set of "Cleopatra" and fell passionately in love. They quickly became one of the most photographed couples in the world, with paparazzi documenting their every move.
"Lohan and Bowler  , not only do they look like Taylor and Burton,"  but their acting together and chemistry really says to you that Liz and Dick live again. You can see it, sense it and feel the chemistry," producer Larry A. Thompson told The Hollywood Reporter during the production's first week of filming.
The promotional poster for  "Liz and Dick" was revealed on Thursday , showcasing  Lohan "with wavy raven locks, bright red lips and lots of jewels.
When Lohan was was first cast as Taylor, she voiced her adoration of the Hollywood icon.
"I have always admired and had enormous respect for Elizabeth Taylor," she said, according to People magazine. "She was not only an incredible actress but an amazing woman as well. I am very honored to have been asked to play this role."
Most recently, Lohan shot a comeo scene with Charlie Sheen in "Scary Movie: 5." Lohan and Sheen can be seen in bed together Lohan and Sheen can be seen in bed together  in the promotional photos.
"Liz & Dick" is scheduled to premiere on Lifetime in November.

Honey Boo Boo : TLC Stars Reportly Want Big Salary Raise For Season 2

You better "redneckognize." The cast of TLC's new hit series "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" reportedly want a big salary raise come Season 2.

Seven-year-old pageant star Alana Thompson and her family are allegedly in talks to return for another season of the TLC reality show, but want to renegotiate, according to The Hollywood Reporter."Honey Boo Boo" and family is reportly asking for a pay raise , bumping up their salary to $10,000 per episode.

THR reported that the "Honey Boo Boo" stars will likely snag an $8,000-per-episode salary after negotiations with the network conclude.

The magazine previously reported that the "Honey Boo Boo" family was earning between $2,000 and $4,000 per episode , totaling $40,000 for the 10-episode season. However, June Shannon , Known on the show as "Mama June ," Laughed at the report and made it clear to TMZ that she and her family are already making much more.

"Honey Boo Boo" has definitely scored big in the ratings (according to a press release from TV by the Numbers):

John Travolta : His Take On Celebrity Privacy

 

LONDON — John Travolta says privacy laws should shield celebrities from the kind of exposure suffered by Kate Middleton.

Gossip magazines have published topless pictures of Prince William's wife taken during a private holiday.

Travolta, who has faced unwelcome scrutiny of his own private life, told the BBC that it is the "worst time to be famous."

"There is a right to privacy whether you're famous or not famous, and I feel that anyone being invaded at that level is unfortunate and there should be a law, no one would like that," he said in an interview broadcast Friday.

Travolta plays a corrupt cop in Oliver Stone's drug-war film "Savages," which opens in Britain on Friday.

It's his first film since 2010. Recently he has been in the headlines for his private life, including a discredited – but widely reported – lawsuit claiming he had groped two masseurs.

Travolta, who has been one of Hollywood's best-known faces since he starred in "Saturday Night Fever" in 1977, said he almost retired from acting after the death of his 16-year-old son Jett in 2009
He said that after his son's death from a seizure he'd "thought of retiring at one point because it felt like too much."

'Dark Knight' Shooter : No More Orange Hair

 James Holmes is orange no more ... the "Dark Knight" shooter appeared in court this morning WITHOUT the bizarre dye job he was sporting on the night of the massacre in Aurora.

Holmes -- a natural brunette -- appeared in court for a hearing about a notebook he sent to a psychiatrist at the University of Colorado before the July shooting ... wearing a buzz cut.

Prosecutors have argued the notebook contains crucial information about Holmes' state of mind before the shooting -- but Holmes' defense attorneys said the information is protected under doctor-patient privilege, and shouldn't be released.

Prosecutors gave up their fight for the notebook today, saying they didn't want to delay proceedings any further.

[UPDATED] New York Post : Kato Kaelin say O.J. Simpson Killed Nicole

 



 Kaelin now tells TMZ that over the years he’s expressed his belief that O.J. Simpson killed Nicole, but says he did not tell the New York Post, "Yes, he did it."
Gossip Cop reached out to Cindy Adams, who wrote the piece in question, and she acknowledged that while she did not speak directly to Kaelin, she maintains, "He said it."
[ORIGINAL STORY]Kato Kaelin says O.J. Simpson killed his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.
The shocking declaration comes nearly two decades after Kaelin, O.J.’s house guest when the murders were committed in June 1994, served as a star witness for the football legend’s defense team in the subsequent trial.
The statute of limitations has now passed… so I can now say… yes, he did it," Kaelin tells the .New York Post .
Simpson, of course, was acquitted of the two murders, although he was later found to be responsible for the deaths in a civil trial and is currently incarcerated on separate charges.
Asked why he didn’t reveal what he believes to be the truth during the 1995 murder trial, Kaelin explains, "I was too scared. I was terrified."
He adds, "People hated me. I’ve been spat upon. They threw gum in my coffee.

'Innocence of Muslims : Actress 'SUES PRODUCER" -- I Was Duped Into Movie

One of the stars of the anti-Islam movie "The Innocence of Muslims" -- which has sparked violent protests around the world -- is now suing the producer, claiming she was duped into acting in the "vile and reprehensible" film. Cindy Lee Garcia filed the lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court against producer Nakoula Basseley Nakoula -- aka Sam Bacile -- claiming at the time of filming, she believed she was acting in a "historical Arabian Desert adventure film." When the film was released, Cindy says it had been "changed grotesquely" to "make it appear that Ms. Garcia voluntarily performed in a hateful anti-Islamic production."

 

Garcia has claimed her voice was dubbed in the movie to include lines that insulted the Muslim prophet Muhammed, which she never uttered. After receiving numerous death threats since the film's release, Cindy claims she's been forced into hiding. She says she has also been fired from her job as a result of the film. In addition to the film's producer, Cindy is also suing Google and YouTube, demanding a court order requiring them to pull the film from their servers. Cindy claims Google/YouTube have already refused to do so. Cindy is also seeking unspecified damages from Google, YouTube, and the producer. Google, YouTube, and the producer have yet to comment on the lawsuit.



'Real Housewives' Star could be Liable In Lindsay 'Accident'

One of the ladies from "Real Housewives of Miami" did a really stupid thing ... she sold the car that Lindsay Lohan was driving this morning when she allegedly struck a pedestrian ... but the registration hasn't been changed, and now she could be on the hook if the alleged victim sues.

Here's the deal -- sources tell TMZ, the Porsche Cayenne Lindsay was driving this morning when she allegedly hit a pedestrian belongs to an artist named Domingo Zapata, a close friend of Lindsay's. We're told ... roughly 2 months ago Domingo bought the car from Karent Sierra, the "Real Housewives of Miami" star who is also Domingo's dentist. But the registration hasn't been changed.

Under New York law, if the owner of a car gives express or even implied permission for someone to drive and that person gets in an accident that causes property damage or injury, the victims can go after the owner.

As for whether Karent gave express or implied permission ... that's ultimately up to a judge, but if she handed Domingo the keys without telling him no one else could drive it ... she could be screwed.

Lindsay Lohan : Arrested in NY After Allegedly Hitting Pedestrian With Porche

Lindsay Lohan was arrested in New York early Wednesday for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with her Porsche and leaving the scene of the accident, Gossip Cop has confirmed.

The actress allegedly struck an unidentified man at low speed while trying to park near the Dream Downtown hotel in Manhattan.

Lohan and her entourage quickly checked the vehicle for damage and then went into the hotel.

Police were later summoned to the scene, and the star was arrested as she left the building around 2:30 a.m.

Lohan was taken to the local police precinct, charged with a misdemeanor for leaving the scene of an accident, and released with a desk appearance ticket.

The actress will appear in court at a later date.

Cops do not believe alcohol was involved in the incident.

A rep for Lohan tells Gossip Cop: "While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue."

While the pedestrian was reportedly taken to Bellevue Hospital, surveillance video shows the starlet’s car only grazed — or possibly never even touched — him, reports TMZ.

Lohan’s arrest could represent a probation violation following her jewelry theft case.

Kate Middleton shouldn’t expect any sympathy from Donald Trump .

The "Celebrity Apprentice" boss has weighed in on the Duchess’ infamous topless photos, and says she only has herself to blame.

On Monday, Trump tweeted, "Kate Middleton is great– but she shouldn’t be sunbathing in the nude– only herself to blame."

He added, "Who wouldn’t take Kate’s picture and make lots of money if she does the nude sunbathing thing. Come on Kate!"

On Tuesday, Middleton and Prince William won an injunction banning the publication of the photos in France.

Just a thought : Nothing like blaming the victim. She had an expectation of privacy since it was a private place, not a public one. Trump is a chump.

You can like her or not, the couple went out of their way to have privacy, and the paps intruded. Period. What did someone say, look at the lens they used, still does not make it right. this would have been different if they were in a public place, like a motel, something like that. but they were on private property, and some idiot thought they would climb a tree? There has to be some sort of line....these paps knew this would make them some serious cash, so yeah, I'm glad they won the injunction, and are they fair game, yeah, but if you have to manipulate a situation to get a picture...then the paps are fair game, even the magazines who pay for the picture. You are using them for income yes?

The main thing going in their favor? They hold themselves as dignified, respectable people. Like them or not, they have earned the right to "their" privacy.

This is the man whose anti-Muslim movie -- "Innocence of Muslims" -- has triggered a wave of violence in parts of the Muslim world.

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula -- who produced the low-budget movie -- is seen here with Anna Gurji, one of the actresses in the film. The photo was shot this year, during production.

Nakoula, who lives in Cerritos, CA., got backing for the movie from hardcore anti-Islam organizations. The flick triggered violence in Egypt, Yemen, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Israel and the Palestinian territories.

U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens and 3 other Americans were killed in the violence.

Sarah Ferguson : Kate Middleton Topless Photos Scandal is "Despicable"

Sarah Ferguson , the Duchess of York, thinks the topless photos of Kate Middleton published in two tabloids are a "devastating" invasion of privacy.

Fergie, who was dogged by paparazzi during her marriage to Prince William's uncle Prince Andrew, and was caught in a nude photo scandal of her own back in the early 1990s, expressed sympathy for the Duchess of Cambridge.

"I have total empathy and sympathy for her. I have been there and know what it’s like," Fergie told the Daily Mail alluding to the 1992 photos of her sunbathing topless with another man while still legally wed to the Prince.

She went on, "Everyone is entitled to privacy. It is a devastating invasion of one’s personal inner space. It is deplorable, abhorrent and despicable."

"She is a beautiful young woman doing a great job for the country," Fergie added. "Why should she be stripped of that moment with her husband?"

As Gossip Cop previously reported, lawyers for Middleton and Prince William are actively trying to get an injunction against further publication of the photos, and are filing a criminal complaint against the photographer responsible.

Niecy Nash : My Brother's 'HEINOUS' Killer Did It Again

The man who shot and killed Niecy Nash's brother 19 years ago has allegedly killed AGAIN -- this time murdering his wife ... and the comedian says she's appalled that another family has been ruined by this "heinous" killer.

Robert Lee Heard was arrested Saturday in Shreveport , Louisiana for allegedly stabbing and killing his 35-year-old wife Demetra Doyle Heard.

In 1993 a 16-year-old Heard was convicted of shooting and killing Nash's brother, Michael Ensley, at a Reseda, CA high school. He was committed to a juvenile corrections facility until 2002.

Then in 2003, he was convicted of attempted first-degree murder and sent to prison ... but was released in 2011. That is until this weekend ... when police found his wife stabbed to death.

Nash tells TMZ ... "No family should have to endure the loss of a loved one at the hands of a previously convicted violent criminal."

Nash added,"I am deeply saddened to hear that the man who murdered my brother, Michael Ensley, has been charged with murder again."

And Nash went on ... saying "I grieve for every family who has been victimized by this heinous individual. My prayers and love go out to the family of Demetra Doyle Heard during this trying time."

[CLAIM] Arnold Schwarzenegger Alledgedly Wanted '20-year-old Honey' After Marriage Breakup

Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to spill all about his life and career in his upcoming memoir , "Total Recall," but first Newsweek is providing an intimate glimpse at the former governor’s recent trials and tribulations.

The magazine reveals new details about the demise of his marriage to Maria Shriver - mildred Baenariver , which largely stemmed from Schwarzenegger fayhering a child with the family housekeeper, Mildred Baena .

According to Newsweek, which conducted an interview with the governor in advance of his book’s release, "Schwarzenegger slept with the middle-aged Baena for the same reason that George Mallory said he climbed Mount Everest—because she was there. With Arnold, sex has always been about his willful assertion on the world. It is about taking everything he wants to take, touching anything he feels like touching, and going wherever he wants to go."

In the years after Baena gave birth — and son Joseph began to look more and more like his secret father — Shriver reportedly had questions about the boy’s paternity, but "every time Shriver talked to Schwarzenegger about it, he said it was not true," friends and family tell the magazine.

Newsweek also says tension between the pair increased during Schwarzenegger’s time in office, with the movie star becoming "consumed with the incredible rush of power and prestige that, according to one source, was almost like an addiction.

It was Jan 4, 2011, the day after his term ended, when Shriver confronted Schwarzenegger about the affair, and he confessed.

"To hear Schwarzenegger’s account, it was a civilized encounter, where manners trumped feelings," Newsweek reports. "But those who have felt the sting of Maria’s anger suggest the decibel level of her wrath was a hundred-fold higher."

Issues between the two reportedly arose further when they differed on how best to move forward and possibly save their marriage.

The magazine says that Schwarzenegger "could not understand why Maria could not just forgive and get on with things, and when Maria said she needed a trial separation and told Arnold to move out, family and friends say that he refused. It was his house, and he wasn’t budging."

Only when "Arnold refused to continue with therapy after the one session," writes Newsweek, "Maria decided she had no choice but to ask for a divorce ."

Newsweek reports that Schwarzenegger allegedly told a neighbor, "I think things will work out OK with Maria, but if they don’t, I’m getting me a 20-year-old honey."

He also allegedly declared, "I have the money, the power, and the plane, and I will have the friends."

Shriver "truly loved him. She was looking for a basis to go back, but he was incapable of giving it to her," says a Newsweek source.

But what Schwarzenegger has been left with is open to debate.

"Arnold’s always been alone," one former pal tells Newsweek. "It’s just that it’s more obvious, and maybe now even he recognizes something of his fate."

Gossip Cop reached out to a rep for Schwarzenegger about the claims made in the Newsweek article, but has yet to hear back

Kate Middleton & Prince William : Seeking Injunction & Damages Over Topless Pictures

Kate Middleton and Prince Williams' lawyers, who last week filed a lawsuit for "breach of privacy" against Closer magazine — the French publication that printed pararazzi photos of the topless Duchess — are scheduled to head to court again on Monday.

St. James Palace announced on Sunday that it would seek an injunction in France against Mondadori, the Italian media company that publishes France’s Closer and Italy’s Chi, to stop the further publication of the photos.

On Saturday, Italy’s Chi stated it intended to publish a 26-page spread on Monday , featuring dozens of the now-infamous long lens photos of Middleton in and out of a bikini.

The Chi cover features three pictures of the Duchess topless, along the headline, "The Queen is Nude!"

Chi editor Alfonso Signorini told the Associated Press, "I don’t see anything morbid or damaging in them. Chi pays attention to respecting people’s dignity. I don’t think they hurt Kate’s image."

Clearly, Middleton and Prince William feel differently, because they will also seek damages in Monday’s court filing against Mondadori, which is owned by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.

Gossip Cop also hears they may also seek criminal charges against the unidentified photographer or paparazzi involved.

Kate Middleton and Prince William are hanging out in the Solomon Islands today -- this, as the Palace vows to get an injunction against an Italian mag, that's threatening to publish more than 200 topless pics of the Princess.

The Italian mag plans to unveil the photos in a 26-page spread Monday. But the Prince's legal team is on an International hunt to stop the dissemination of the photos ... showing Kate and William sunbathing on a balcony in a remote area of France.

Kate and William touched down in Papua New Guinea today (above) -- another leg in their southeast Asian tour -- and looked happy and fully clothed.

American Idol : Judges List Official , Randy Jackson Survives

Randy Jackson's stay of execution is confirmed -- he will remain a judge on the 12th season of "American Idol" ... officially joining Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban.

As TMZ reported, "Idol" producers locked down Jackson after talks with Enrique Iglesias fizzled out.

Mariah was the first the sign her deal, with Minaj and Urban signing on the dotted line just in the last few days.

Natalie Wood Death : New Audio Recording Indicate Robert Wagner's Involvement

The mystery behind the death of Hollywood star Natalie Wood continues to unfold.

On November 29, 1981, the actress, husband Robert Wagner and Christopher Walken boarded a boat off the coast of Catalina Island, in California. Wood was famously found drowned in the water the next morning; the death was ruled as an accidental drowning.

Now never-before-heard audiotapes of Lana Wood discussing her sister's drowning have been obtained by CBS News. Biographer Suzanne Finstad collected the recordings as part of research for her 2001 book, "Natasha: The Biography of Natalie Wood." In the recordings, Lana says that boat captain Dennis Davern had called her while in a state of intoxication and claimed that Wagner had not helped Wood after he had accidentally pushed his wife overboard. Wagner is referred to in the recording as "RJ."

"He said it appeared to him as though RJ shoved her away and she went overboard. Dennis panicked and RJ said, 'Leave her there. Teach her a lesson.' Dennis said he was very panicky that he was sitting and RJ just kept drinking and drinking. And he'd say, 'Come on, let's get her.' And he said RJ was in such a roil mood, at the point, that he then shut up and was waiting for when, when are they gonna go to her rescue, until all the sound stopped."

The statement mirrors what Davern would claim at least 10 years later. In November 2011, the police reopened the investigation of Wood's death. The same month, a somber Daven appeared on the "Today Show" and publicly declared Wagner responsible for Wood's death.

"We didn't take any steps to see if we could locate her. I think it was a matter of, 'We're not going to look too hard, we're not going to turn on the searchlight, we're not going to notify anybody right now,'" he said.

In August 2012, the Los Angeles County coroner amended the late's actress's death certficate from accidental drowning to "drowning and other undetermined factors."

Prince Harry : Target of Taliban Attack that kill 2 U.S. Marines in Afghanistan

The Taliban has cited Prince Harry's presence as a motivating factor in an overnight attack on a coalition base in Afghanistan that left two U.S. Marines dead and other personnel wounded.
Camp Bastion, a British complex adjacent to U.S. Camp Leatherneck, was the site of the deadly insurgent assault, the latest violent incident in a wave of regional unrest following the release of an anti-Islamic film.
"We attacked that base because Prince Harry was also on it and so they can know our anger," a spokesperson for the organization told the Associated Press. "Thousands more suicide attackers are ready to give up their lives for the sake of the Prophet
A Ministry of Defense spokesperson says the violence occurred about a mile from the section where Harry, who turns 28 on Saturday, was located.
Two American marines were killed and other servicemen wounded by the attack, which featured mortar, grenades and small arms fire.
Last week, the Taliban publicly threatened to kidnap or kill the royal , known as Captain Harry Wales in the military.
As Gossip Cop has reported, the Prince is currently serving a four month tour in the region as an Apache helicopter co-pilot and gunner.

Kate Middleton Topless Pics : Royal Fam 'FURIOUS' Threatening Legal Action

Kate Middleton is furious over the release of topless pics taken while on vacation with Prince William in France ... and now the Royal Family is threatening to sue someone's ass over it.

The pics -- published by the French magazine Closer -- show Kate taking off her bikini top while hanging out with William last week at a chateau owned by the Queen's nephew, Lord Linley.

Moments after the pic went public, the Royal Family issued a scathing statement ... saying "Their royal highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner."

In the statement, the Royal Fam said the incident is "reminiscent of the worst excesses of the press and paparazzi during the life of Diana, Princess of Wales" ... who died in a car crash while fleeing from the paparazzi in France back in 1997.

The Royal statement continued, "Their royal highnesses had every expectation of privacy in the remote house. It is unthinkable that anyone should take such photographs, let alone publish them."

"Officials acting on behalf of their royal highnesses are consulting with lawyers to consider what options may be available to the Duke and Duchess."

"The Duke and Duchess remain focused currently on their tour of Singapore, Malaysia, Solomon Islands and Tuvalu on behalf of the Queen."

Closer magazine has a UK version as well, which IMMEDIATELY DISTANCED itself from its French counterpart, saying it would "like to make it clear that the two publications make entirely independent editorial decisions. In this respect the comments made by the Editor of the French edition which have reported in the media today do not reflect the opinions of Closer magazine UK."

"Closer magazine UK takes its obligations under the PCC Code extremely seriously and would never publish topless images of a member of the Royal family on its cover or otherwise."

This is the third time in less than a month a member of the royal family was caught in a photo scandal/ Prince Harry famously partied in the buff in Las Vegas and Prince Philip was caught in an upskirt moment when he wore a kilt (without underwear) to an event in Scotland.
