Brad Pitt: Angelina Jolie is a "Badass" For Getting Preventative Double Mastectomy

Brad Pitt opened up about Angelina Jolie's preventative double mastectomy at the London premiere of World War Z on Sunday night, telling reporters his fiancée is a "badass" for the brave way she handled her health situation.

Pitt told reporters, "I’m super proud of her. She’s a badass."

He added, "When she’s faced with a problem… she takes it by the horns and she learns her options and she makes her decision."

Pitt also revealed how he and Jolie informed their six children of their mom’s health situation, telling "Extra." "We have a policy in our family, no secrets."

"I mean, there’s an age of understanding, so you’ve got to present it in a way that is age appropriate, but we know our children very well," Pitt said, adding, "We want everything to be on the table and any questions they have, for them to ask."
