Justin Bieber : DUI Case on Brink of Plea Deal

Justin Bieber is about to score a very sweet plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI case ... TMZ has learned.
Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... prosecutors have backed off the DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a license charges, and they are working out a deal with Bieber's lawyers for the singer to plead no contest to reckless driving. The 3 charges will be dropped.
And this is the critical part ... prosecutors have backed off their demand for random drug testing ... something Bieber's lawyers would NEVER agree to for obvious reasons.
Bieber would not be entirely out of the woods ... he would be placed on probation -- it appears for 1 year -- which means he'd have to keep his nose clean.
We're told the deal could be finalized in days.

Witchy sez : Money talks and bullsh*t walks :

Once again celebs showing cops, prosecutors and judges .you do not f**k with them when they break the law.The justice system is a flat out joke.
Oh I get it: sounds like the prosecutor came to the Biebs and said, "oh ummm I've always wanted to be a singer, will you listen to my demo tape?" And Biebs is all like, "yes you can be the opening act on my tour dude." And the prosecutor is all like, "charges dropped!" The corruption and preferential justice is so obvious.
I'm so sick of people paying their way to be above the law. And a "no contest" plea is absolute BULLSH*T.  HeHe

And she is right as always. That little punk gets away with too much. They all get away with too much. It's a good thing most of your kids are going to be lawyers( maybe all of them, for all we know)
Maybe they can bring about some changes.

    Luv you much

  3. The corruption and preferential justice is so frustrating. Here once again celebs are showing that cops, prosecutors, judges and the justice system is a flat out joke. For common people, finding a DUI attorney Los Angeles can be difficult and an expensive affair. There are lots of lawyers available out there and finding a helpful one can be quite a task.
