President Obama Saves FLOTUS From A Marilyn Monroe Moment

Chivalry isn't dead, ladies!

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama were in Austin, Texas on April 10 for a speaking engagement at the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library. While heading to and returning from the event commemorating the landmark Civil Rights Act, Michelle encountered strong gusts of wind that nearly blew up her black-and-blue striped skirt.

Thankfully, Barack was by his wife every step of the way and was able to save FLOTUS from a Marilyn Monroe moment. They seemed to laugh at the embarrassing situation, however, we would've been distraught at the thought of photographers' cameras going off.

We can only describe this as the most graceful (and stylish) way to avoid a windy wardrobe malfunction. Way to go, Barack!
Witchy has her say :

I like the hand on the hiney! I love the circle skirts, but they're bad on a windy day. They just look wonderful together, and the President is very gallant.

He really really respects women. In his public career, they've never caught him being inappropriate. Remember the photo they cropped to make it look like he was checking out another woman's backside along with a foreign official? Then they showed the long view where he was holding her hand to guide her down some steep stairs.

FOX headline for this story : "Obama Involved In Coverup!"

  1. This is just too cute . President Obama is a gentlemen . Had the chance of meeting him once at a rally down here , he was so gracious to everyone and Mrs. Obama is a very nice lady.
I also remember the picture where the media said he was gawking a lady rear end .

I like your FOX headline , they are always trying to cut the President down .
