Jesse James : Beach Front Home For Sale "OUCH"

Now that he and soon to be ex-wife Sandra Bullock are headed to divorce court, Jesse James has put his Los Angeles home on the market. The Sunset Beach, 3,600-square foot Mediterranean-style Villa which he shared with Sandra Bullock in happier times, will be sold, along with a condo he owns down the street.(James is re-locating to Austin, Tezas)
Listed at $6,75 million, the Sunset Beach property was recently remodeled in 2002. Located right on the sands and a few miles from Newport and Huntington Beach piers, it's four bedrooms , each with it's own bethroom, are spread across two levels.
The design inside the house is pretty relaxed, nothing too glamorous except for gleaming hardwood floors and first-class view of the Pacific Ocean. Still, since we all love to peek inside celeb's homes,lets take a look around.
Speaking of views, they're best from the great room, ( third photo from top).Canterra stone floors and subdued furnishings give the place a rustic feel. Crown-molding and a grid ceiling adds character. Vintage suitcases, a natural-wood sofa table and potted palms bring to mind 'Old Florida.' There's a glass-enclosed patis off the room, containing a pool, grotto, waterfall. tiki touches and a waterslide.
The kitchen is well appointed, but not movie-star exciting. custom maple-wood cabinetry is crowned with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. A crescent-shaped granite slab divides The Great Room from the kitchen. An ornate iron staicase plays off the Mediterranean decorating theme.
Because of the sellers celeb status, the new owners will have to contend with an extensive surveillance system, complete with security cameras and professional quality audio and video systems.
Just down the street, also in Sunset Beach , is a three bed-room condo which James owns...asking price of $1.29 million....but that's a story for another day, so stay tune, updates as they become available....the Jesse James saga continues.
My spin :The best part about Celebrity break-ups , some really sweet deals in real estate hits the market. Is the free ride over for Jesse, I really hope so? I heard on the grapevine jesse was going to follow Sandra to Austin, Texas, run Sandra to your Manison in New Orleans or your estate in Atlanta, Georgia, the fool went to rehap for sex addiction, but one of his mistress told you he wasn't going to stop , Jesse just misses your money. I f Jesse James follow Sandra as he plans, he will not be welcome in her hometown and there's some pretty rough guys/gals there and they don't care who Jesse' s great-grandfather was.
