Mel Gibson filed for a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his seven-month old daughter, RadarOnline reported. According to the website, the actor filed the paperwork under seal today (June 24) at the Los Angeles Superior Court.The documents list Mel Gibson as the plaintiff and Oskana Grigorieva as the defendent, RadarOline reports the documents were served to Grigorieva at her home last night.
Through the papers are sealed and can't be released to the public, it's reported the complaint is about three (3) main issures and the movie star's access to his young daughter.
Gibson and Grigorieva broke up in April after dating for little over a year. The break up was allegedly amicable, though at the time Grigorieva was quoted as saying, "We have split up, suddenly and recently... unfortunately, we cannot give you a reason. But you will find out everything quite soon.
They made their first appearance as a couple only a few weeks after Gibson's wife of over 30 years filed for divorce. Gibson has seven (7) children from his marriage in addition to Lucia and Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, from a previus relationship with actor Timothy Dalton. Stay tuned, the Gibson saga continues.

But they forgot you were with him through the lean times and the fat times. Oh yes, Oksana says the split was amicable...I guess you could call it that.She had what she wanted so what was the use in pretending any longer than necessary to be enjoying sex with a drunk.
