MJ"S Kids Give Away $10,000 To Honor Dad

Michael Jackson's  children definitely have the bug  ...the one that make you give away large sums of money ...because they just helped  make a $10,000 donation to one of MJ's favorite charities  .

Earlier this week , Prince ,paris and blanket presented a ckeck for $10K to the L.A. Housing Corporation ...a group that provides shelter for homeless families  . Sources say Michael used to take his kids to volunteer with the group .

Sources said the massive chunk  o'change  came from grandma Katherin e Jackson's memorabilla  biz .

MJ heirs made the donation on behalf of his  Heal the World Foundation . All three of them joined the group's  Youth Board of Advisors last year.

Warner Bros: To Pay 'Two and a Half Men' Crew

Warners  Bros. will open it's corporate wallets and pay the crew of "Two and a Half Men" for  four weeks they would have worked for the remainer of the season ...TMZ has learned .

Members of the crew  says  ... they were told "Men" creator Chuck Lorre  spearheaded the move  , got Warners Bros. on b oard and as a result more than 100 people will b e getting their paychecks .

Member of the crew  estimate they will  collectively get around $2 million for the four  weeks of work .

One crew member  says  , he and his colleaques are "ecstatic."

Warners Bros. ...had n o comment .

Charlie Sheen's 22-year-old porn star pal Kacey Jordan  and lifelong friend Sean Penn have both spoken to GQ magazine for a striking long form piece that digs deep into what make Charlie Sheen tick.

Openin g up to GQ writer Amy Wallace in February , Sheen recapped his widely reported   36-hour- coke fueled porn star party . "In regards to this whole recent odyssey . Lindsay Lohan : Friend Says Lilo Is "Terrified" Of What Lies Ahead

Judge Keith L. Schwartz  left little doubt in court Wednesday : Lindsay Lohan is going to jail  if she averte a trial and resolves her felony grand theft case in his courtroom , a declaration that has left the actress quaking in her designer boots .

"I'm not sure if she can survive this ," a friend of Lindsay says . "She is so terrified and frightened that  we all fear her addiction will kick in again to help numb her fear."

Danette Meyers , the deputy DA in the case, tried to cut a deal with Lindsay's lawyer , Shawn  Chapman Holly , offering  her eight months in jail and probation , but Holly rejected  the offer as she would not  accept any hard time for her client.

When Lindsay faces Judge Schwartz again on March 10 , she'll need to decide whether she's taking a deal and pleading guilty or mov ing closer to an actual trial.

"I get the impression you are n ot going to accept the DA's offer,"  Judge Schwartz said . "That's the feeling I get."

A judge not associated with this c ase says Lindsay made a huge mistake by not accepting the often.

"Lindsay's preliminary hearing and probation violation case will now be heard at the same time ," a source said. "So even if Lindsay is found not guilty of stealing she will  be found guilty  for her probation violation and sent to jail .

Just a thought : Lindsay should be terrified . She's gonna face some humility and reprecussions for her behavior  finally . She's spoiled , pampered , who never been held accountable  for her  bad behavior  and it's a tough lesson  to learn . Maybe it's what it will take to save her from herself ... what would make it nice is Judge Schwartz  should throw Michael and Dina Lohan in a cell next to Lilo to keep her company .

Charlie Sheen :I'm On A Drug -- It's Called "Charlie Sheen"

Charlie Sheen explains to Andrea Canning in  his up-coming "20/20" interview  that the reason he's speaking up now is "there's some wrongs to be righted  , and there's some stories to tell that people need to  hear my side .

Sheen , who has already ranted day after day on  radios shows , taped his first interview over the weekend .

I have one speed , I have one gear . GO ! And I dare you to keep up with me . Sheens tells Canning while , at times , flanked by his two girlfriends .

In addition to addressing the production shut-down of "Two and a Half Men" and his very pub lic feud with the show's creator an d executiv e producer , Chuck Lorre , Sheen announces , "I am on a drug ....it's called Charlie Sheen  .

The full hour -long interview will air Tuesday on "20/20" as well as on "Good Morning America" Monday and Tuesday . Portions will also be on the networks website .

Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh: Married!

Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh are now husband and wife, just two weeks after his divorce from Camille Grammer was finalized. Congratulations, we think! The pair exchanged vows during an afternoon ceremony at the Longacre Theater in Manhattan, where he starred in the Tony-winning La Cage aux Folles.

This is the first marriage for Kayte, 29, and the fourth for Kelsey, 55. After 15 days of legal freedom, Kelsey Grammer is spoken for again! "Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh were married today at a private ceremony for family and friends," the actor's rep said in a statement.

Kelsey, whose split from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer was chronicled all season on that program, is not looking back. "I've never been happier in my life," Grammer said of his new life with Kayte Walsh, a British flight attendant. "I'm extremely happy." Following today's ceremony, the newlyweds and guests headed to the reception at the Plaza Hotel, where the festivities will go until 2 a.m.
Somehow we doubt Camille will be in attendance, but that shouldn't stop her from commenting on the event ad nauseam to gain sympathy/publicity.

Brooke Mueller : Moves Back In With Charlie Sheen "OMG"

Charlie Sheen's  estranged wife  Brooke Mueller has moved back in with him  -- but  it's ony a temporary arrangment .

Mueller has taken Charlie up on his offer to buy her a multimillon dollar house in Mulholland Estates , the gated communiity where he resides  , so that he can be closer to  his toddler twins , Max and Bob .

While Sheen has made the offer on the home , the purchase of the nearby house is not yet a done deal.

Sheen's estranged wife and his boys are staying with him until (what they hope is ) their new place is ready .

Mueller maintaina that she and the "Two and a Half Men" star is just friends , and that the move is in the interest of their sons .

George Clooney : Says He's Done "Too Many Drugs" To Be A Politician

George  Clooney may be politically  active , but the actor who has been talked about as a possible candidate says, "I didn't live my life in the right way for politics , you know .

He tells Newsweek , "I f**ked to many chicks  and did too many drugs  , and that's the truth."

Uh , sounds like he's perfect for politics .

Still , Clooney says a good politican  gets all the skeltons out early , noting he "would start at the beginning  by saying , "I did it all , I drank tthe bong water , now lets talk about issues ." That's gonna be my campaign slogan : "I drank the bong water ."

Clooney , however , spends less time focusing on the U.S. politics than he does Sundan  where he's devoted considerable effort drawing attention to the war torn region .

About the relief workers in that area  , Clooney says ,  "These guys have a day job that pays them nothing  and  is dangerous  . My day job pays very well  and the worst thing that happens is you get some bad food fron craft service .

Liam Neeson's Unknown Tops US Box Office

 Liam Neeson, right, co-stars with Frost/Nixon actor Frank Langella in Unknown Liam Neeson has proved himself as an action hero again after his thriller, Unknown, went straight to the top of the North American box office chart. The film, which according to studio estimates took $21.8m on the weekend, follows the success of his 2009 action hit Taken.

 Unknown tells the tale of a botanist who comes out of a coma to find that another man has taken his identity.
Warner Bros' head of distribution, Dan Fellman, said Neeson was "the new man" when it came to action heroes. "He's stepped up to the plate," he added. "Put him in the right role and he's every man's action star."

Take A Look At The Royal Wedding Invitation !! Real Or Fake ???

In case you are desperately won dering what an invite to  Prince  William and  Kate Middleton 's wedding  would look like  , wonder no more !

We got the photo and the deets to go along with it .

Well, it looks pretty much how you'd expect  ; 10 in . by 6 in. thick white cardboard , gilded edges  and of course , gold lettering.

On the very top you see Queen Elizabeth's  emblem in gold . The invitations , sent in the Queen's name  , read , "The Lord Chamberlain  has been commanded by the Queen to invite" the guest to the marriage at Westminster Abby at 11 a.m. on April 29.

A whopping 1,900 invitations were sent , ranging from kings to charity leaders  , to close family and university friends , old schoolmates and prime ministers around the world . Everyone you could imagine , in fact , except  for the Duchess of York .

And in case you're wondering what people are expected to wear to this event , male guests are asked to wear military uniform , a tailcoat of business suit . As for the ladies , well , look ladylike .

Duchess Sarah Ferguson : No Invite To Prince William's Wedding

Duchessn of Yoek Sarah Ferguson didn't quite make the c ut of the 1.900 people invited to Prince William  and Kate Middleton's wedding on April 29.

This past week , nearly  2,000 invites were sent out to dignitaries , friends and relatives , it has been  confirm that Ferguson , who was married to William's uncle , Prince Andrew  , was not among the recipients .

Her two daughters , princesses Beatrice and Eugenie , however , are expected at their cousin's  nuptials .

Fergie , a one time Weight Watches spokewoman , is currently working on a documentary to air on Oprah Winfrey's OWN  network.

Larry King Claims Piers was Over-Sold to US TV Audience

Former long-running CNN talk show host Larry King has claimed his successor Piers Morgan, was "oversold" to US television audiences. "I don't want to be horrible about him, I think he's a fine broadcaster," King told BBC Radio 4's PM programme. After it was announced that the former newspaper editor would be replacing King last year, a huge advertising campaign began to publicise the show.  "I think they might have been better off starting quietly," King said. King bowed out in December after presenting his CNN talk show for 25 years.

Morgan made his debut in January with Oprah Winfrey as his first guest. Critics gave a mixed reaction to Morgan's first show with the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper calling him "enthusiastic and effusive". Hank Stuever from The Washington Post, however, said the show "turned out to be a fawning and completely unnecessary interview". King said he had not watched many episodes of the show, but added that from what he had seen, Morgan seemed "fine".  He added: "I think one of the problems they did was over sell it. He was going to be dangerous, he was going to be water cooler talk."

King told host Eddie Mair: "He's good but not that dangerous. I think they might have been better off starting quietly and that's not Piers' fault, or maybe it is, I'm not inside anymore.  "He's certainly not bad. He's certainly an acceptable host. He asks good questions, maybe he interrupts a little too much at times. I think he may have been oversold."
 
That's mild compared to what some people are saying.  I've heard 'pompous', 'arrogant' and 'know-it-all' in connection with Morgan.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson's Late Night Out

Whether they are just friends or something more , Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have been spending a lot of time together lately .

The pair was at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood late last n ight and left together after 2 a.m.

Ronson tweeted this morning  , "watching  gray's anatomy  - my favorite show  @lindsaylohan sleeping next to me  ...should I wake her up to let her know her mom is going to be Good Morning America ?

Lohan , who moved into a condon next to Ronson  after leaving rehab in January has said in the past she  "loves" her .

Just a thought : Lindsay Lohan seems to be back to her old habits .  WHY???

Oprah Winfrey : Dead Baby Found At Oprah's School For Girls In South Africa

The body of a newborn baby was found at the Oprah Winfrey's Leadership  Academy for girls outside of Johannesburg , South Africa .

A 17-teen-year=old student at the school gave birth to the infant , which was discovered in a plastic bag .

Police is investigating the case .

It has not been determined whether the baby died of natural causes or was killed  .

The mother is currently being treated at a nearby hosiptal .

A rep for Oprah says they're not commenting right now on the situation.

New Spider-Man Film Gets Amazing Title

Andrew Garfield will play the web-slinging superhero in the new film The Amazing Spider-Man will be the title of the latest instalment in the comic book-inspired superhero series, to be released on 3 July 2012.
The movie, currently being made in 3D, stars The Social Network actor Andrew Garfield in the title role.
Marc Webb's film explores the formative years of Peter Parker, previously played on screen by Tobey Maguire. Welsh actor Rhys Ifans will play the villain, while US actress Emma Stone will portray leading lady Gwen Stacey.

Webb, whose background is in music videos, enjoyed box office success in 2009 with the romantic comedy (500) Days of Summer. Martin Sheen and Sally Field will also appear in the film, one of whose writers - Steve Kloves - worked on the Harry Potter.

Mickey Rooney Granted Restraining Order Against Stepson

US actor Mickey Rooney has been granted a temporary restraining order that requires his stepson to stay at least 100 yards away from him and his home. Lawyers for the 90-year-old star allege that Christopher Aber, 52, has been "verbally abusive" to him. Court documents claim that Mr Aber "threatens, intimidates, bullies and harasses" the former child actor. Rooney is "effectively a prisoner in his home", the order - approved by a Los Angeles judge on Monday - states.

Mr Aber is the son of Rooney's eighth wife, Jan Chamberlin, whom he married in 1978. According to court documents, he has allegedly deprived Rooney of medication and food and has confiscated his passport and other identification cards. "Mickey is extremely fearful that Chris will become physically threatening against him and may even attempt to kidnap Mickey from his home," the actor's lawyers said. Rooney also accuses Mr Aber of forcing him to make personal appearances and sign financial documents without reading them. "All I want to do is live a peaceful life, to regain my life and be happy," Rooney said in a statement.

The actor, who rose to fame as a child star in the 1930s and 1940s, received an honorary Oscar in 1983 "in recognition of his 50 years of versatility".

Zsa Zsa`s Husband Sells off Her Fur Coats

  The husband of ailing, 94 year-old Hollywood star Zsa Zsa Gabor plans to sell her fur coats in an auction on his website, saying the cost of storing them is too expensive and he needs the money. Frederic Prinz von Anhalt told Reuters that he pays for 14 of his wife's coats to placed in cold storage, and all will go on sale. Twelve are furs that Gabor stopped wearing years ago when asked to by the animal rights group, PETA, and given her current, bedridden status, she will never wear them again.

"I need the money and I need the cash," von Anhalt told Reuters on Tuesday. "And it (the storage) doesn't make sense because my wife is not going to wear them." He said the cost of caring for Gabor is very expensive with round-the-clock home nursing care, and added that he has spent some $200,000 on medical equipment alone. The coats' storage, he said, cost $1200 a month. Late last month, Gabor and von Anhalt also put their Bel Air mansion up for sale.

Gabor, an actress who gained notoriety as much for her string of wealthy husbands as her acting, broke her hip in a fall in July 2010 and has been in-and-out of a Los Angeles hospital since then. Earlier this month, she was treated for a lung infection and in January, she had her right leg amputated due to a gangrene infection.

Von Anhalt, Gabor's ninth husband, said the actress is doing as well as can be expected given her condition. He said she has lost much of her memory, but occasionally she can offer up a smile.

In 2007 Von Anhalt was found by police in the back of his Rolls Royce, completely naked. It was parked behind his country club, where he claimed he was approached by two women who wanted a picure taken with him. He got out of the car to comply and one of them pulled a gun and stole his money, jewellry and clothes.
He purportedly had a ten year affair with Anna Nicole Smith and was one of the men claiming to be the father of her baby.

He hopes the sale of Zsa Zsa`s furs might raise as much as $100,000. He expects to hire an auctioneer within a week. More information can be found at his website, princefrederic.com.

Unfortunatinely . Nielsen doesn't report such intimate demographic details  . but ladies of all backgrounds are a big  reason Two and a Half  Men won't die even as its own creator suggests Sheen has a death wish . (To be fair , it was previously noted  -- Men aren't exactly innocent here , either.)

Monday night episode  -- Monday's # 1 show , natch , with about 14.5 million viewers overall   -- drew it's strongest numbers , by far , among good-time girls over 50.

At the other end of the scale ...Two and a Half Men was the top rated broadcast show among teen girls ...beating the Bachelor ... 90210 and Gossip Girl .

Two and a Half Men Implies That Charlie Sheen Is On A Death Run

The executive producer and co-creator of  'Two and a Half Men' ,Chuck Lorre , is speaking out again about his wayward star , Charlie Sheen , via the  unique medium   of the vanity card .

Following  Monday night's airing of two Chuck Lorre-produced  shows (Men and Mike & Molly) , vanity cards penned by Lorre appeared on screen  , the first of which  explicitly addressed the Charlie Sheen chaos vortex  , and the second of which seemed to refer to Sheen's  troubles without mentioning him by name .

However , there was no castigating  , no chastizing and no shaming in these statements , nor was there an intervention-style supplication begging the star to get help .  Read for yourself what Lorre said , and decide if you think Lorre might be deflecting the situation a bit  .

Lorre has a  default vanity card that he posts when he doesn't have anything else to write about , which he credits with granting  "freedom from the obessive and relentless need to end each vanity card with a joke." He certainly ended the above two Valentine's Day cards with a punchline  , but does his reliance on humor seem to easy ? Is there some other aspect of the situation you think he should speak out about ? Or is he going to far as he dares without topedoing his entire show  and thus sending the hundred-plus employers of the series straight to the breadlines ? What kind of message is appropriate for the somewhat passive =-aggressive split-second medium of the vanity card ?

Roseanna Barr : Goes Nuts On Camera

Roseanna Barr is coming back to TV - but not as you may think .

The sitcom icon will have a new reality show on lifetime that follows her attempts to operate a 4-acre Macadamic nut farm in Hawaii with her boyfriend Johnny Argent .

Yep , you read that correctly .

According to press materials , Barr "uses a take-no-prisoners approach  in shaping a Utopian dream for herself  and her love ones ."

Roseanna Barr is an undeniable force of nature  and the idea of following her in this unique premise excited us from the "get-go ," Lifetime said in a statement .

"Roseanna is  brutally funny and our audience will relate to her decision to go on this adventure  and create an entirely new life for herself.

Lifetime has ordered 16 episodes for broadcast sometime later this year.

Lindsay Lohan : Bad Jewelry = Good Defense to Felony

Lindsay Lohan's bad taste in jewelry c ould be the key to her denfense , because according to TMZ's research , the necklace in question may not have enough value to constitute felony grand theft.

In order to charge a defendant with a felony  , the item in question must have a fair market value of more than $950.

Kamofie & Company was selling the necklace for $2,500 . But TMZ checked with three prominent jewelers in L.A. and they claim the price tag is grossly infated.

The jewelers asked not to identify their stores by name , but here's their assessment of the item . TMZ gave them information from the necklace designer , who told TMZ it was comprised of 8.84 carats of natural , untreated  yellow diamonds .

-- A Santa Monica jeweler   said the necklace is  "a dime a dozen" and he wouldn't think of selling it for more than $1,000 .

--A downtown L.A. jewelry says if the item is retailing for $2,500 , it means "the stone is cheap," adding , "it's most likely an industrial-type diamond ,  not gem quanity ." He says the necklace is worth no more than $900.

--A San  Fernando Valley jeweler says , "I don't believe this necklace  has 8 carats of diamonds . It's so thin ." She says the chain would sell in the jewelry district of downtown L.A. for $800 tops -- and probaby less.

Under California law , if the necklace is worth $950 or less , Lindsay could be charged with petty theft , a  misdemeanor.  The maximun penalty is 6 months in L.A. county jail -- with jail overcrowding she's looking at a short stint.

If Lindsay's lawyer , Shawn Chapman Holly can convince the judge that the necklace  is cheap . Lindsay could dodge the biggest bullet yet.

Elizabeth Taylor : Hospitalized For Heart Failure

Elizabeth Taylor , 78 , is being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles  after suffering from congestive heart failure  earlier this week .

Taylor's publicist says , "Her family and close friends are appreciative of the warm support and interest of her loyal fans  but have asked  that people respect her privacy and allow her her medical team the time and space to focus on restoring her back to health."

The style icon underwent surgery for her heart condition  in 2009 , and she frequently updated her fans  via twitter   about her condition  . So far , the two time Academy Award winner hasn't posted anything about her current trip to the hospital .

"The (health) issue is being addressed  ," her  publicist's statement continues  . "She is currently being kept in the hospital  for monitoring .

In a recent Harper's Bazaar interview  with the superstar-fan Kim Kardashian , Taylor opened up about her many husbands , jewels and philanthropic work .

"I never planned to acquire a lot of jewels or a lot of husbands ," Taylor told the 30-year-old  Kardashian  sister . "For me , life happened , just as it does for anyone else . I have been supremely Lucky in my life in that I  have known great love .I am temporary custodian of some incredible and beautiful things . But I have never felt more alive than when I watch my children delight in something  , never more alive than when I have watched a great artist perform , and never richer than when I have scored a big check  for  AIDS."

Get well soon , Ms. Taylor . I hope you are writing a book , would love to read your life story in your own words.

Jamie Foxx : In Fight At 'Usher' Concert

Jamie Foxx got in a fight at  an 'Usher' concert last night in Hollywood .

A fellow audience  member sucker punched Foxx while he was hanging out in the lounge area of the performance venue Avalon.

The  Oscar-winner defended himself , slugging his attacker before security guards broke up the scuffle .

Foxx was not hurt.

Claim : Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in "Vicious" Battle Over Money

                                            Good grief !

Somehow the  National  Enquirer   manages to out-ridiculous itself this week with yet another desperate bid to convince readers there's trouble between Angelina  Jolie and Brad Pitt .

The alleged culprit this time ??   Money !  

Their "love affair is hanging by a thread," claims the  Enquirer's  'insider,' noting that squabbles over cash have led to their most vicious blowup ever !"

Supposely , Pitt is demanding that the family reduce costs while Jolie sees his push for lifestyle cuts as "selfish  and petty," according to the source.

How bad has it (allegedly)  gotten ?

Well, even though the  Enquirer admits the couple has  "an estimated $259 million fortune," the tabs source claims Pitt fired the kids French tutor and another employer saying , "I can't afford you anymore."

Uh-huh.

So after reportedly accusing Jolie of  "wasting their fortune," Pitt flew  from Los Angeles to Paris  "in a rage" to check on their estate , Chateau Miravel , which "he's threating to sell" to raise cash for the couple .

Since returning to the United States , of course , Pitt and Jolie  "are maintaining an uneasy truce for the sake of the kids , "but  another  "blow-up" could be imminent .

In other words , for the 4,947th time , a tabloid in sists Pitt and Jolie only look happy  for appearances' sake ... but that behind closed doors it is , to use the  Enquirer's phrase  ,  "World War III."

This is just plain silly . The only battle here is the eternal one waged between the magazine and reality . Be assured , the quarter -billion dallor couple is not going broke , and their relationship is perfectly fine.

Miley Cyrus Talks Bong Video : "I've Never Claimed To be Perfect"

The last year has brought it's fair share of trouble for Miley Cyrus , from the bong-smoking video to her parents split , but it seem the 18-year-old  pop princess has come out unscathed and with some new perspective on her life.

"I've never , ever claimed to be perfect," the erstwhile  Hannah Montana tells Marie Claire (via Huffpo). "I mean since I've started the show , I've always said , I', gonna make mistakes ." I know this, and I think that is one of the reasons why people related to me . Why kids related to me.

Prior to her turbulent turn into adulthood , Cyrus was no stranger to scandal  , somehow finding enough time inher already jam-packed schedule to pose for some allegedly racist pictures ; engage in some mildly sexy , PG-13 style phonre photography ; show the Teen Choice Awards audience a kind of dancing most people need a stack of singles to see , and yes , even diss Jay-Z.

What might have been impossible struggles for another star have seemed to roll off Cyrus' back , showing the world that at the heart of every teen queen is just a teen.

In the new interview , Cyrus opens up about bec oming a woman under Hollywood's harsh spotlight , part of which involved her now-famous salvia video. While the star doesn't fault her peers for doing the same things she's done  , she says her videotaped  session of tripping was a poor choice , considering her high-profile life . What may have truly been the last vestige  of Cyrus' childhood , her parents' seemingly rock-solided 18-year marriage , came crashing down just weeks before her 18 birthday .

Despite the personal and professional troubles that have plagued the young star over the course of her career , she remains optimistic about the future , hoping to "spread love and change the world in2011."  Now that's the best of both worlds

Just a thought : Why don't people actually be a parent and raise their own kids  up with some morals ? Do your job and don't expect  others or an 18-year-old to teach them right from wrong . She/he doesn't owe you or your kids anything other than some decent music ...nothing more...nothing less... after all she/he is just an entertainer .

Judge to Lohan : "Don't Push Your Luck" ;Star Taken Into Custody

Lindsay Lohan pled not quilty  to a felony charge of grand theft in  court today .

The actress must return to court on February  23 for a preliminary hearing .

In light of the recent allegetions  , prosecutors reguested that Lohan's probation be revoked .

Judge Keith Schwartz did not mince words  with Lohan. He explained , "you're  in  a different situation now  [with a felony] .

Judge Schwartz  warned Lohan , "you need to follow the laws just like everyone else ...You are no different  than anyone else ...so please don't push your luck."

The judge told Lohan  , if  she violates the law in the interim , "I will remand you and set no bail."

He sat her bond at $20,000  for this infraction , and revoked her probation stemming from her DUI arrest setting bail for that at $20,000 , bringing Lohan's total bail to $40,000 , which she will post shortly .

Lohan has been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice , California last month.

After the District Attorney's office informed the judge that the owners of the store had been alarmed after receiving flowers from Lohan's camp following the incident  , Schwartz told Lohan that neither she nor her associates  can (should) have any contact with the owners .

Throughout the proceeding , which lasted less  than ten mintues , Lohan sat quietly next to her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley.

Report : Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged With Felony Grand Theft Tomorrow

Lindsay Lohan will reportedly be charged with felony theft tomorrow.

The actress is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. , after the felony count is filed at Airport Court in Los Angeles , according to TMZ.

A source close to  Lohan tells Gossip Cop the star maintains that the alleged necklace swipe is "just a lie," that she's "working on her program and doing great in recovery."

The reported charge was expected after the actress was accused of stealing a $ 2,500 necklace from a jewelry store .

If  Lohan is convicted , she could face up to three (3) years in the  state prison.

Is Prince Harry Finding True Love , Too ?

It's a problem they're both used to :  Prince William's  megawaytt smile and golden-boy looks often ov er-shadow  his more re bellious younger brother  , Prince Harry .

While the world count down the minutes until William and Kate Middleton's April 29 wedding , Princess and Prince Charles second-born boy (who's had a history of partying until his cheeks are redded than his hair ) might be finding some long-term lovin', too .

An eyewitness at London's exclusive Beaufort House tell E! that both Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy were at their establishment on Saturday night.

"They came separstely ," says the eyewitness . He came with some other guy friends and she came with her girlfriends  . They looked like they were all having a great time."

Chelsy is wilder than Kate Middleton , for sure -- she smokes and like the club mucho . She  and Hary were together  for several years before they had a sudden break-up last November  , but the royal gossip is that the young prince has finagled Chelsy an invite to his brother's wedding.

This would make a lot of sense , because , remember , Prince Harry's a pretty wild partier himself , and if he needs to behave on his big bro's day , he at least wants somene around who he can have a good time with  .  Dude likes to throw  'em back, for sure -- so much so , William been worried about his hard-living brother several times in the past .

But there's something elase that's a bigger -- and happier -- concern  : many in the younger  royal set expect Harry and Chelsy , who's also the complete physical antithesis to Kate , what with her curvy blonde knock-out cred -- to get back together  .

Maybe Harry's really ready to settle down .

While the eyewitness at Beaufort says she didn't see the ex-couple interacting  very much , other reports are saying the two left the bar together  . "I heard that ," says a source . "but I didn't see them leave together ."

The Brit source also tell E! that neither Davy nor Prince Harry are members of the private members-only club , but informs E! they must have a friend who is .

A  rep for Prin ce Harry declined to comment on his personal life -- as he's far too busy discussing that  of his  elder sibling .

Michael Lohan : Lindsay Didn't Steal , She Got The Necklace on Consighment

Lindsay Lohan's latest scandal revolves around a $2,500 necklace that she  was seen taking form a high-end jewelry  stoey near her Venice Beach home  , and although she couls face charles of grand theft , her tather calls it one big , "ridculious" misunderstanding .

"When Lindsay wants jewelry , she asks me and I buy it  .And if I think it's too pricy , she buys it ," Michael said  . "She gets so much jewelry on consignment and that's is exactly what happen here ."

Michael isn't buyin g reports that  the jeweler  and the police worked together for weeks to  craft a sting operation in order to catch the "Mean  Girls" star wearing a $2,500 necklace .

"If she  took something  , it would have been addressed at the end of the business  day."

According to RadarOnline.com , a police report was filed the day of the incident  , and that authorities purposely waited until she was photographed wearing the necklace.

A friend of the actress turned the necklace in to the Pacific Division of the LAPD Tuesday night .

Kamofie & Co. reported the necklace stolen on January 22 , roughly three weeks after the actress was released from three months of court-ordered rehab at the Betty Ford Center .

Just a thought : Time for Mr. Lohan to 'STOP'  enabling his daughter's behavior  by making lame excuses  . If it was a consignment  , it was only in Lindsay Lohan's mind  or the world of business would not have called the police the same day.

We imagine it's hard for a guy to let go of his man cave , even when he's already sharing a perectly nice husband-and-wife cave for fives years.

Bur apparently it was time for this sitcom actor  turned movie star to unload his four-bedroom home in Los Angeles' famed Laurel Canyon neighborhood.

If he doesn't want his bachelor pad to languish any longer  , perhaps this hottie should tweet  the listing . Surely one of his 6 million -plus followers  has $2.6 million in the bank !

Yup ,  Ashton Kutcher  is finally selling  the craftman home he bought in 2004 , a year before he swapped vows with  Demi Moore  and became a step-father of three.

Lovingly renovated by Kutcher  and his dad in 2008 ( a majorly adorable selling point , we think), the  3,235-squre-foot residence boasts hardwood floors , beamed ceiling  and a custom-built  two-story wine tower  that can hold 210 bottles . Along with the four bedrooms  and four-and-a-half bathrooms , there's a professional home theater .
