Lindsay Lohan will reportedly be charged with felony theft tomorrow.
The actress is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. , after the felony count is filed at Airport Court in Los Angeles , according to TMZ.
A source close to Lohan tells Gossip Cop the star maintains that the alleged necklace swipe is "just a lie," that she's "working on her program and doing great in recovery."
The reported charge was expected after the actress was accused of stealing a $ 2,500 necklace from a jewelry store .
If Lohan is convicted , she could face up to three (3) years in the state prison.
