Tom Hanks , Kevin Spacey , Kristin Chenoweth , and Helena Bonham-Carter and Tim Burton were among Hollywood Royalty at a banquet Queen Elizabeth hosted for President Obama at Buckingham Palace this evening ( May 24th, 2011)
The Queen noted at the beginning , "We have enjoyed ... any number of what we call films and you might call movies," which she said have "enlarged and invigorated our common language although I think you will agree we don't always use it in quite the same way."
The British Monarch also recalled what a "pleasure" it was initially meeting the entire first family back in 2009 .
And President Obama sent regards from daughters Malia and Sasha who said , "we adored you even before you let us ride ia a carriage on the place grounds .
William and Kate who earlier in the day greeted the Obamas' were not at the dinner.
What a thrill to spend two night in a six-room suite at Buckingham Palace...way to go Prez .
