Mel Gibson is again in L.A. court working out custody and visitation issues with Oksana Grigorieva over their daughter Lucia , confirms a source close to the actor.
A source said , "Gibson is meeting with Judge Scott Gordon in the hopes of getting close to an equal amount of time as Grigorieva has with the little girl .
We will update when a decision is made as to whether Gibson is awarded more time with Lucia .
The former lovers have sparred in court over a variety of issues , including Grigorieva alleging that Gibson hit her in January 2010 as she held their daughter in her arms.
Okay folks , here we go again... old 'Mad Mel' is back in the news . HeHe
Lets assume he really hit Oksana - why do they let him near the baby girl (the courts)? OK, he is the father but he obviously has issues. Maybe this is a way to get back at Oksana like David Caruso did with Liza Marquez (he served her with custody papers the day she left the hospital after giving birth to her second child).

Agreed ... Mel or David is not considered men in my book (just my humble opinion).

Oksana is no Liza .
Oksana has been around the block a few times and knows how to play the game . Remember Timothy Dalton ??
Liza was a newbie to the game .
