"He was the only one who could get really genuinely relaxed pictures of my mother ," says Christopher .

An Ultra-private family , three generations of Taylors share warm , often surprising memories of the matriarch they loved .

While she was not a disciplinarian , Christopher says , "she wouldn't hesitate to call you out if you was being close-minded or intolerant or judgmental.

Alec Baldwin's MSNBC Show Ending

Alex Baldwin's MSNBC show "Up Late" is ending.
The New Post reported Tuesday that the host has been fired . A spokesman for Baldwin raised objections to the word "fired," but told the Post, "The show is not coming back . He had questions on whether he wanted to continue ."
MSNBC and Matthew Hilzik , Baldwin's personal spokesperson , also confirming that UP LATE will not continue on MSNBC." MSNBC added ,
This is a mutual parting and we wish Alec the best."
A spokesperson for MSNBC added , "Every episode of 'Up Late' has beaten CNN and the show has increased MSNBC"s audience in the time slot . Alec has been dedicated to developing "Up Late" and spent hours each week in production . He's got great ideas and has a collaborative relationship with the show staff."
Baldwin's hosting gig has been in question for over a week now , since the actor appearednto get angry at a photographer and call a "c..ksucking fag" . He was subsequently suspended from the network for two weeks .
In a blog post for The Huffington Post , Baldwin denied saying the anti-gay slur and also addressed the fate of his MSNBC show . It debuted just one month before the incident .
"Whether the show comes back at all is at issue right now ," Baldwin wrote.
The New York Post's Richard Johnson reported Tuesday that the rant , as well as his "diva-like behavior toward co-workers ," were to blame for Baldwin and MSNBC parting ways .

Dr. Conrad Murray says he and Micael Jackson were so tight , he would hold his penis for him .

In a bizarre , rambling interview with the Daily Mail , Murray says , "You want to know how close we were ? I held his penis every night to fit a catheter because he was incontinent at night ."

Murray went on to say , "He wore dark trousers all the time because after he went to the toliet he would drip for hours ."

And there' this mystery ... Murray says , Michael didn't know how to put a condom on , so I had to do it for him ."

Murray also discloses some of the things TMZ revealed years go ... that Murray believes Michael killed himself . Murray claims when he walked out of Michael's bedroom the day he died ,"I believe he woke up , got hold of his own stash of Propofol and injected himself . He did it too quickly and went into cardiac arrest."

And Murry suggests , MJ's kids have 3 different fathers and Michael isn't one of them . Murray says , "Michael told me he never slept with Debbie Rowe ."

And, Murray insists , Michael told him he had beed sexually assaulred by one of his doctors while under sedation.

And this bizarre comment . Murray sucgests Michae predicted he would die on Murray's watch . He says MJ once looked at him and said , "You know , for the rest of your life and my life our names will be inseparable ." Murray says MJ smiled and said , "I am clairvoyant ."

Debbie Rowe : MURRAY WILL BE DEAD ... I"LL BUY THE BULLET

Debbie Rowe is furious Conrad Murray trashed her in a new interview , and she tells TMZ ... she'll gladly buy a particularly lethal bullet to help end the doctor's life .
Rowe is "disgusted" bu Murray's comment ... that he and Michael used to joke that neither would want to have sex with her .

Rowe fired back to TMZ , saying she believes within 18 months , "A Jackson fan will shoot him dead , and I'll buy the bullet." Rowe added , "I wouldn't shoot him but I'd buy the bullet ... a hollowpoint ." FYI ... a hollowpoint bullet essentially eviscerates the target's insides .

And Rowe goes on , saying , "If I had a dog as ugly as him [Murray] I'd shave its ass and make it walk backards and put a wig on it ." And , she says , "It takes 2 to f**k and there's not enough alcool in the world."
Rowe , who raises horses on her ranch , says , "At least I can breed . He can't even write prescriptions anymore."

Rowe is also indignant that Murray is claiming MJ took his own life by injecting himself with the fatal dose of Propofol while the Dr. was out of the room . She says , "It's so disgusting he's trashing the dead . The jury sure didn't by his story ."

Katherine Jackson's lawyers think Conrad Murray is a coward who is trashing the man he killed for profit.

One of Katherine's lawyers tells TMZ , "Murray has refused to go under the OATH KNIFE and his attempt to expoloit Michael are despicable and disgusting ." Translation : He took the 5th because he's guilty as sin and now he's selling sordid stories about MJ to line his pockets .

Another sent Murray's attorney a scathing email , calling the doc "reprehensible."

But Murray's lawyer , Valerie Wass, guickly went on the counter attack , saying , "You and members of your clients's family have been bad-mouthing my client for a long time . I don't blame him for talking , especially after ... you tried to protray him as an awful person ."

Willie Nelson's Band Members Hurt In Tour Bus Crash

SULPHUR SPRINGS , TEXAS

Singer Willie Nelson has suspended his tour after three members of his band were hurt when their tour bus plowed into a bridge pillar in East Texas during rainy conditions .

The Texas Department of Public Safety says Nelson was not aboard in the weather-related accident around 3:30 a.m. CST Saturday on Interstate 30 near Sulphur Springs , 75 miles northeast of Dallas .

A statement posted on Nelson's website , hours after the accident , says this year's tour has been suspended indefinitely .

Trooper Sylvia Jennings says seven people was on the westbound bus , including the driver who was dealing with wet roads and high winds .

Two band members has miner injuries while a third was seriously hurt . All were transported to a Sulphur Springs hospital . Their names and conditions weren't immediately released .

Fox News continued to freak out about Oprah's comments about racists on Thursday.
Oprah recently said that she believes that "there is a level of disrespect for the office that occurs" because President Obama is black. Various Fox News personalities were simply outraged at the suggestion, and the hosts of "Fox and Friends" were no different on Thursday.

"Do you see racism when Harry Reid called President Bush a loser? Is that respect for the office?" co-host Brian Kilmeade asked. "Bill Clinton was impeached for his actions in the office? Is that racist?"

Steve Doocy said that Obama would never have gotten elected if the country was racist. "Are there racists out there? Absolutely. Is it a majority of people? No. A majority of the people, according to the polls, simply don’t like his policies," he remarked.

"And certainly throwing around racist accusations, calling someone a racist certainly for disagreeing when they are indeed not, would undermine racism when it does occur," Elisabeth Hasselbeck claimed.

Kilmeade said that all presidents have been criticized in the past.

"But this is someone as powerful as Oprah instilling fear in those that may come to critique policy under a cloak of racism when it may not be there," Hasselbeck reiterated. "So again, it undermines racism when it does occur."

President of Mexico CALLS OUT JUSTIN BIEBER

Sorry, I Never Met You The President of Mexico just laid el smack down on Justin Bieber -- calling BS on the pop star after JB claimed the two had met before his concert this week, but Justin claims it was all an honest mistake.

The drama began when Bieber went to Twitter on Monday and wrote, "just met some amazing Mexican beliebers and the Presidente of Mexico and his familia."

Problem is, he didn't meet El Commander in Chief Enrique Pena Nieto ... and Nieto's office went right back to Twitter to clear his name ... denying the meeting ever took place.

Sources close to Justin tell TMZ ... it was an honest mistake ... because Justin was told that he had a meeting arranged with the "President's family."

When Bieber met the group, which was surrounded by security and arrived in an official-looking motorcade, he was under the impression he was meeting the numero uno family.

Was Brittney Murphy Poison ???

Brittany Murphy's cause of death has come into question following a lab report that allegedly suggests the actress may have been poisoned.
Murphy died in 2009 at the age of 32. Her death, which was concluded to be accidental, was attributed to multiple drug intoxication, pneumonia and "iron deficiency anemia." Five months later,her husband , Simon Monjack , was found dead . The 40-year-old was said to have also died of pneumonia and anemia.

Last year, Murphy father , Angelo Bertolotti, sued the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office and the Los Angeles Police Department to get further toxicology reports, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He accused the departments of "failure to conduct toxicology tests on the specimens" of hair and attested "his daughter’s death was incorrectly determined to have been allegedly caused by pneumonia and anemia."

After Bertolotti filed the lawsuit, Julia Davis, a screenwriter who worked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and was working on a biography about Murphy, raised the possibilty of poisoning .

"It was highly disturbing to find out that they've neither tested, nor ever intended to test Brittany or Simon’s hair for toxins, poisonous substances and heavy metals," she wrote in a press release, obtained by THR. "These two deaths were simply written off to natural causes, but we don’t agree with this conclusion... The truth will eventually come out, we’ll make sure of it."

The lawsuit was dismissed , but Bertolotti reportedly secured the release ofMurphy's hair, blood and tissues for independent testing, according to the Examiner. He sent the samples to the Carlson Company in Colorado for analysis.

Results supposedly showed the presence of 10 heavy metals above the "high" level set by the World Health Organization.

"Since the autopsy narrative recorded a number of symptoms synonymous with poisoning, I requested testing for heavy metals/toxins," Bertolotti wrote in an email to The Huffington Post Monday. "My suspicions were confirmed. Ten heavy metals were found in abnormally high quantities (as much as 9 times over the 'high' limit designated by the World Health Organization). These types of heavy metals/toxic elements are commonly found in rat poison, pesticides, insecticides, etc. Since neither Brittany nor Simon would have willingly consumed any such substances, the lab concluded that they may have been introduced by a third party with criminal intent."

He has sent formal requests to the authorities "demanding" the deaths be "properly" investigated based on these recent results.

Bertolotti, it seems, wants to clear Murphy's and Monjack's names .

"Vicious rumors, spread by tabloids, unfairly smeared Brittany’s reputation," he told the Examiner. "My daughter was neither anorexic nor a drug junkie, as they repeatedly implied. Brittany and Simon were ridiculed by The Hollywood Reporter, when they complained of being under surveillance and in fear for their lives. I will not rest until the truth about these tragic events is told. There will be justice for Brittany."

After Murphy's sudden death, rumors circulated about anorexia, an accidental overdose and even suicide, ABC News previously reported. Mold was speculated to be a factor in the deaths, but Los Angeles County assistant chief coroner Ed Winter dismissed the gossip.

"At the time of their death, both of them were in very poor health. I don't think they ate correctly or took care of themselves. They didn't seek medical attention," Winter told ABC News, but he admitted the eerily similar deaths were "unusual."

UPDATE: The LA County Coroner responded to The Huffington Post's request for comment with an email Monday evening.

"The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has no plans to reopen our inquiry into the deaths. We stand by our original reports," Chief Coroner Investigator Craig R. Harvey said. "We have not been presented any [third] party lab test results for analysis, so we are unable to comment on publicized reports of private lab tests."  

George Zimmerman Choked His Girlfriend a Week Ago "WTF"

SANFORD, Fla. (AP) -- A prosecutor says George Zimmerman's girlfriend claims he choked her about a week ago but she didn't report it to police at the time.

The prosecutor told a judge about the allegation during a first appearance Tuesday on domestic violence-related charges of aggravated assault, battery and criminal mischief.

The judge set George Zimmerman's bond at $9,000 and ordered that he not possess guns or ammunition. He was ordered to stay away from the girlfriend's house and wear a monitoring device.

Zimmerman was taken into custody Monday after girlfriend Samantha Scheibe told deputies he pointed a shotgun at her during an argument.

In a 911 call, Zimmerman denied pointing a gun at Scheibe.

The 30-year-old former neighborhood watch volunteer was acquitted earlier this year of criminal charges in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin.

George zimmerman Arrested After Domestic Dispute With Girlfriend

George Zimmerman was arrested in Seminole County , Fla. , at about 1:30 p.m. , Monday .
It is unclear what charges Zimmerman , 30 , is facing , the Orlando Sentinel reports . The arrest occured shortly after a domestic disturbance dispute involving Zimmerman's girlfriend in Apopka law enforcement officials told WESH2.

TMZ reports that the girlfriend is pregnant .
Zimmerman was taken to the Seminole County Jail , a sheriff's spokeman told USA Today . His first court appearance is schedule for Tuesday .

Officials announced Thursday that Zimmerman would not face any charges in a September altercation with his estranged wife , Shellie Zimmerman . Lake Mary Police said they "could not salvage" the video that allegedly showed footage of the dispute.

In July , a jury found George Zimmerman not quilty of second degree murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin .

I understand how they found him not guilty of 2nd degree murder as it is extremely hard to prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt when there is no witness but I do believe he was quilty of manslaughter and that is what the prosecution should have charged Zimmerman with . This man is a violent man and belongs either behind bars or in a mental health institute .

Its's obvious to everyone that Zimmerman has mental issues . Everyone except his family and the law .

Most of us live our lives without ever having to face severe consequences for our behavior . We have self control , manageable egos and respect for others and the rule of law .

Zimmerman's life has been set up , by his own choices , to have to face sets of severe consequences for his behavior . There is no doubt that he loves getting away with things because he is always in a position that requires a story , an alibi , an excuse and lawyers .

This is the life he made for himself . Sooner or later an incident will come alng that he will not be able to get away with , but for now his ego will not let him see that reality because he has placed himself above the law .

Rob Ford Loses it With CNN's Bill Weir (video)

Tornoto mayer Rob Ford lashed out at the media during an explosive interview with CNn's Bill Weir .

Earlier this month , Ford admitted that he smoked crack cocaine in a "drunken stupor" a year ago Since then , the mayor has been making headlines with more surprising comments to the media .

His latest interview with Weir was no exception . When asked why he had decided to come out with the truth now , Ford swore , saying , "I'm not gonna run around and be phony and lie ... I was tired of all these allegations and bullsh*t . Excuse my words . Sorry , I shouldn't swear in front of the kids ."

He also argued that he never lied to the media when asked if he smoked cack cocaine , because he no longer smokes and is not addicted. When Meir accused him of playing with "semantics," Ford got angry .

"Typical media ," he blasted . "You guys are all the same , you're all cut from the same cloth . You can spin it any way you want."

Ford's brother Doug tried to calm Ford down . Later when Weir asked Ford if he has considered visiting an addiction specialist , Ford exclaimed , "I'm not an addict ! You guys can spin it , you can tell me whatever you want."

There is no love lost between Ford and the media : earlier this month , he said that he never lied to the press and that reporters never asked him the "correct questions." Earlier this year , he also blasted the media as a bunch of maggots" after the drug allegations surfaced .



Michael Jackson : MJ's People Expose Big Stars As Drug Addicts

Michael Jackson's people have just thrown Britney Spears , George Michael , Van Halen , Aerosmith and other big names under a big tour bus , because MJ's people just labeled them hard-core drug abusers just to make a point in a lawsuit .

Here's the deal . Lloys of London has refused to pay benifits under and insurance policy that Aeg took out in case MJ was not able to preform for the "This Is It' tour . Llods rejected the claim on grounds Michael and AEG defrauded the company by failing to fess up that MJ was a drug abuser.

Now the bus. The Michael Jackson Company (MJC) used Lloyds , demanding payment MJC claims in public documents ... obstained by TMZ ... that a number of artists , including Britney , George , Val Halen , Areosmith , Kings of Leon , AC/DC , Johnny Hallday and Whitney Houston all well known drug addicts and all of them applied for similar insurance o Lloyds .

MJC wants to see how the other rock stars were treated to determine if Michael is being singled out unfairly.
