The clip , one of two sent to the Toronto Sun , appears to show the mayor saying "I need fucking 10 minutes to make sure he's dead ," in reference to an unknown person .
Approached by someone who wanted to sell the video earlier this week , the Sun says it did not end up paying for the content . The Toronto Star announced it did pay for the content and obtained the full clip .
The video appears to have been recorded on a cellular phone camera , but it is unclear who filmed the footage or when it was shot .
In another section of the video , which has been uploaded to YouTube , Ford describes a hypothetical fight between him and an unknown antagonist while gesturing wildly . "When he's down , I'll rip his fucking throat out ," Ford says . "I'll poke his eyes out . I will , fuck, when he's dead , you help me make sure that motherfucker' dead."
Ford reacted to the release of the new video Thursday , HuffPost Canada reports , calling the footage "extremely embarrassing ."
The embattled mayor admitted Tuesday to having smoked crack cocaine during a "drunken stupor."
After months of denials , Ford revealed his drug use to reporters at City Hall . "Am I an addict ? No. Have I tried it ? Probably in one of my drunken stupors a year ago ," he said .
A video allegedly showing the mayor smoking crack first surfaced in May , but Ford repeatly denied the allegations and the existence of the video.
In March , former mayor candidate Sarah Thomson accused Rob Ford of grabbing her behind while at an event . She later suggested the mayor was so out of it that she wondered if he was on cocaine . Ford has denied the accusations .
In November of 2012 , an Ontario Superior Court Judge ordered Rob Ford to be removed from office for violating Toronto's Conflict-of-interest Act . The ruling stemmed from Ford's particpation in a council vote to recommend he repay donations that he solicited for his private football foundation using official city letterhead . After weeks of uncertainy about who would replace Ford , the mayor won his appeal , allowing him to remain in power .
On a trade mission to Chicago , Ford infamously confused Winnipeg and Windsor , a verbal stumble that prompted chuckles on both sides of the border .
For several months in 2012 , Ford took part ia a very public weight -loss campaign . Weigh-ins staged before the press meant the mayor had nowhere to hide and after some initial success , he actually started putting on pounds . Ford admitted to giving up soon after .
I just finished a serach of how many times the Toronto police have been called to Ford's home for domesic abuse .There are so many I lost track , and that's not accounting for the fact that many of the records have been laundered .

Rob Ford is the mayor of the largest city in Canada and the 4th largest city in North America . Ford was elected because he promised to lower taxes , some people will agree to anything just for a lower tax rate .Good going there , Toronto.
The problem is that Ford was in this condition when he was elected to office . This is not a condition that developed after his election .

Ford is guilty of consistent insensitivity, political grandstanding, and outright idiocy (witness statements like, “I can’t support bike lanes. Roads are built for buses, cars, and trucks. My heart bleeds when someone gets killed, but it’s their own fault at the end of the day,”) and,(“If you are not doing needles and you are not gay, you won’t get AIDS probably”).
He then claimed that “Oriental people”are “slowly taking over” because they “work like dogs", comments he later refused to apologize for.
Ford was once arrested and charged with assault and threatening death. He has been charged with conflict of interest ( using funds from his football club to finance his campaign) and sued for libel. Most of these things happened prior to becoming mayor.
People knew exactly what they were getting.I call that very poor judgement and can't claim to understand it.

That is what's so sad about the whole Ford thing now , it was a known fact how crazy and out of control Ford was before he was elected .
But in the end Ford is a joke and will give the comedians a lot of material to work with for years to come ... but he is not along , just take a look at all the world politicians (they just don't know they are comedians)
