James Safechuck -- now 36 -- claims in his lawsuit against the MJ Estate ... the singer started abusing him when he was 10 ... when he traveled with Michael to Paris for the "Bad" tour in 1988.
In new court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Safechuck says Michael taught him to use code words ... referring to his erection as "bright light, brick city" ... and calling semen, "duck butter."
Safechuck claims Jackson also used secret signals -- when they would hold hands, Michael would scratch the inside of James' hand with a finger ... to show he wanted to have sex.
Safechuck says MJ wanted a full-blown relationship with him ... to the point he performed a secret wedding ceremony with the boy with wedding ring and a marriage certificate.
He also describes how Michael would take him to various homes -- including a place called "The Hideout" in Century City -- where they would drink sweet, pink wine and watch porn ... including movies of children masturbating.
Safechuck says at one point ... he questioned his own sexuality -- because he also had a crush on Sheryl Crow, who was one of Jackson's backup singers. He says Michael found out and became jealous ... showing him unflattering pics of Crow without makeup.
Safechuck says the abuse stopped entirely when he reached puberty.
Howard Weitzman, attorney for the MJ Estate, tells TMZ the whole lawsuit should be scrapped because it was filed more than 20 years after the incidents supposedly happened ... and says Safechuck "has given sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him."
Just because someone is a legendary artist does 'NOT' mean they are a legendary person. I dont doubt for one second MJ sexually abused kids. How many kids have to come out naming MJ as an abuser with very detailed accounts of their abuse in order to not be dismissed or even threathened by MJ fans. You can be a fan of his music all you want, doesnt necessairly mean you should be a fan of his private and horrific actions.
True or not. What parents let their son hold hands and travel to different countries with a man that is not his dad?
Amazing, how people keep hating Justin and keep idolizing this sick fuck. Justin eggs a house and bangs models. Michael rapes little boys and uses his duck butter to glue his nose to his face.
MJ was one of the greatest entertainers of our time no denying that... but everything about his lifestyle was just peculiar and questionable.
He was a child abuser and rapist. He fucked their lives too. They will never recover from having their innocence and childhood stolen from them. He should have been locked up but instead he cloaked himself with his celebrity and money and got away with it.

I agree and I think he was also a racist ... all the boys are white ... the only black entertainers he hug out with was the ones that could help his career . ... MJ tried to turn himself white , it seems to me his BIO brothers was lust a tad too black , but hey that's just me and the way I roll ... nuff sez.
