Sorry for the delay, I was helping my son at the firm, that boy tried all he knew how to get rid of me but I hung in there.
All in all we had a nice day together and he let me play with his toys, hell I like the intercom system. The best part I liked was getting ready for my family. That is going to be a lot fun.
We have not heard a thing about the DC court hearing. I talk to one of the guys in Bossier, he said that was his third trip there and they may have postponed it again because they cannot come to an agreement, as my daughter says, we have just begun to fight. It is so disppointing to know the lawmakers are so slow when they know time is running out.
The meeting is set for November 8,they can take it or leave it because we have a done deal and there is a great surprise in store for them. I will be at the table facing everyone with Circus,their lawyers, my son, and his partner (Jacob)when My daughter come in my son will introduce her and she will call the meeting to order . I am not sure how many shareholders there are,there are a lot of them,even some from Reno will be here,the partner (Jack) in Reno did a poll there, it is in our favor and they will be here to cast their votes. Oh yes, I almost forgot my sister (Mae) Leon, Shirley and Lenny Jr. will be there.
We had an awfully bad thunderstorm late Sunday night, the boys climbed in bed with me and the girls was in bed with my son and my daughter.In house begger looked around and said mama and he didn't see her and out the bed he went straight to their bedroom, the next morning my son says he had babies everywhere. My daughter told me not to call her baby in house begger because he was just like me, I told her when he grow up and find a lady he loves he will be doing a lot of begging, just like his daddy.Well enough about that, now on to part two.

Heres hoping she is feeling good in this nice weather, my daughter says she went to the doctor and was pleased with the outcome,that was a nice thing to hear, when you get to be our age any good news is wonderful. It is so nice you are very patience with her because she can't get around as fast as a speeding bullet, my daughter says she do her own shopping and sometime make her own snacks , my dear lady at our age it is a blessing just to get out of bed by ourselves each day.
How is your dear husband? I know it is hard to get him to slow down, I know the feeling , it is very hard to give in and let someone else run things for you, in time it will come. We men can be a stubborn lot but we love to know we have a good woman taking care of us.
My son has a good woman, he don't mind telling you just how smart and mean she is.
My daughter starting to meditate again and I swear things come to her , she says she wake up and the answer is as clear as day.
I asked Joanna about it and she said my daughter stopped talking for awhile when their mother died and later the dreams or whatever the hell they are would come to her. Joanna said she has a gift and she hope she never lose it but she needs to meditate more and my daughter feels that her project will succeed it will just take time.
There is this older black lady name Hattie, she lives in a nursing home in Vivian about 50 miles from here, Hattie was friends with their mother and father when they lived in New Orleans and they always kept in touch, I beieve she is about 95 or 96, Joanna and family keep in contact with her.
A nurse called Joanna yesterday to inform her Hattie wanted to see my daughter, she had something to give her and the time was right.
I asked Joanna did she know what it was, she said yes, it was time for her to past the torch to my daughter.I told her my daughter is weird enough as it is. But I couldn't ask for nicer lady for my son.
My dear sweet lady, here I am always talking about myself and family and it dawn on me I never gave you a chance to tell me about your family, just your dear mother and husband, I would like to hear about them .
Well I will leave you for awhile but promise to return.

I heard you were singing over the intercom and telling jokes. I hope Gil's employees appreciated the entertainment.
You are looking forward to this family meeting way too much.You're not supposed to have so much fun. I think you're just going to sit back and enjoy the firewoks.Try not to laugh out loud.
It sounds like the shareholders agree with your decision. It is to their benefit I'm sure.
I think retirement agrees with you. How sweet that the boys came to you for protection during the storm. Children are so trusting it often brings tears to my eyes.
You are right, Gilly will end up begging his lady some day just like you all do.We usually give in. And I'll let you in on a secret. Sometimes we don't want to; we'd rather read a book and eat some chocolate.
Mom is happy today. She has a problem in her throat that we thought might be cancer but it turned out not to be and we are very relieved. Unfortunately, they can't fix the problem because she is too fragile and might not survive the surgery so it's another discomfort she has to live with. With so many other aches and pains she'll hardly notice. She has a fiesty spirit though.
Brian and I have five children between us and twelve grandchildren.They keep us pretty busy. Brian is older than I and has health problems but he keeps up with all of them. He is a good dad and grandad and has never made a promise to any of them that he didn't keep. Neither have I; my dad taught me that your word is your bond, you never break it.
I also believe that Nee has a gift. She has a very spiritual side.I often take her advice because although she sees things a little differently,her advice is always good and practical. I wonder if you read my post about scientists finding it hard to believe in God. It really makes you think about it.
Nee has mentioned Hattie to me. She sounds like a fascinating lady and I bet she has seen some strange and wonderful things in 95 years.I think it's important to use gifts like that to help and not to hurt.
Meditation is so good for the spirit and the mind. It helps you to focus and sort problems out and see the truth. Brian says you meditate a lot when you're older but I think he just nods off and takes a nap.
ReplyDeleteI think we should use this site more too.I have been trying to figure out what is missing. There are so many websites out there that report on celebrities. They seem to have more pizzazz than ours and they have more technological gimmicks working for them.I keep meaning to spend a few hours learning about some of the stuff but honestly, I can't find a few hours lately. Always too much to do and I never seem to get everything finished.
We don't have reporters out there scooping stories for us either.But we do something none of the others do; we always add our own viewpoint and opinion at the end of each article.I think that is a great feature. Nee is better at celebrity reporting than I am.
I am better at the geeky, nerdy stuff. Sorry to bore you but any suggestions you may have are appreciated.
I hope Mae is fully recovered and taking things easy.It's good you can keep an eye on her.I hope you are feeling good too and your arthritis is not giving you a hard time.I enjoyed talking to Joanna while you were away. She has a good sense of humor.
