Actress Lindsay Lohan won't be starring as porn star Linda Lovelace in "Inferno" after all.
The trouble starlet was to make her comeback playing the famous porn star in "Inferno," but director Matthew Wilder told E ! Online he could no longer wait for Lohan as she continues her treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic.
"We are with drawing our offers from Lindsay Lohan," Wilder said. "We are currently in negotiations [ with another actress ] and working out the legalities of bringing her aboard."
The other actress is reportedly Malin Akerman , the attractive blonde from comedies "Couples Retreat" and "27 Dresses" but the official announcement has yet to be made.
The Cannes Film Festival this year , Wilder was excited about having Lohan on board , but the actress current personal woes reportedly caused both Lohan and the director to make the decision to move on.
"We have stuck by Lindsay very patiently for a long time with a lot of love and support ," Wilder explained . Ultimately the impossitility of insuring her ... and some other issures ....has made it impossible to move forward.
The 24-year-old's rep told E! News "Lindsay is dedicated to her recovery and together they decided to move forward without her.
My take : Frankly , Lindsay Lohan shouldn't be working at this time anyway , Lindsay needs to get her life back on track , that's why she's in treatment at the 'Betty Ford Clinic,' also can the paparazzi's please give this child a break , right now she needs to be away from the paparazzis. Does the paparazzi and public want to see this child fail ??? Right now she needs quiet , she needs to be away from the public and her career , when she gets her life back on track , when she's clean and sober for a while ...but not right now. But hey , that's just me.....

ReplyDeleteWe just returned home from my daughter bear meeting, it was a very good and enlighting metting.
It is still the same when you get a lot of people together it is hard to pin them down all at once, we are making some progress with the names.
The Polar Bear post you have on your other site, my daughter made a copy and carried it to my son office and made a lot of copies to pass out , I dare say it went off very well with the group.
Nanette says they will continue to have sales after the first of the year to keep raising money to support their cause of making people aware of climate chage and the effects it is having on all our lives.
I was surprised to see my daughter open the meeting , she always keep a low profile. My daughter had a bug in her bonnet and she was on a tear , I think if I have to go to court and need a lawyer I will assured you I will get my daughter.
Our group has growned a great deal I think we have reached over 200, they was not all there today, they are on the roll , therefore things are looking up.
I left you a letter about my mishap the other day, I also told my daughter to tell you I lost my letter but thankful she found it, I asked her to throw it away and I would try again later.
I have no patience with things I can't control, I guess that comes with age.
I am at a lost as to what you would like to ask me but if it's possible I will answer the best I can.
My son is back at work this week , things there is going good, the lawyer that is up for partnership just got a great contract with one of the new studios here, the movie business is growing. I think my son made a good choice in this guy his wife helps my daughter a lot with her work with the bears. They both are lovely people.
My daughter and grands are making gingerbread cookies, all 4 love baking with their mother, she is making hot bread also I can smell it.

I keep telling the ones here , honestly, I think it falls on deft ears , they don't realize just because I am older and don't move fast, I am still quick and skillful.
I hope your dear husband is in good spirits and enjoying the nice weather . My daughter said he will start his treatments next week and then the healing can began . So I am guessing they have mark him in the right places. I called mine tattoos, I lost them in time.
My daughter tells me your grands are all doing well and getting good jobs now that is nice so many young people don't want to work so you and your dear husband is well blessed .
One of your twins my Jill told me that she was going to marry him , my Sha told Jill that he may not want to marry her, my Jill said it is not what he want,I will just sit on him until he say yes or do like mama just talk to him until he go crazy like mama do daddy.
My Dear Rhonda called me Sunday to wish me a happy Thanksgiving and talked to Joanna and Mae, told them not to let me eat to much, she said she called and talked to my son and his family and they invited her down , she said maybe next year.
