Miley Cyrus dropped by "The Tonight Show" on Thursday (Jan. 30) and shared her words of wisdom for fellow pop star Justin Bieber.
The Biebs has had multiple run-ins with the law this month ... facing possible charges in Toronto, Los Angeles and Miami for various indiscretions.
So, what would Miley tell Bieber?
"Uh ... I would just say, you know, you got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don’t get in trouble," she told Jay Leno. "And party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it!"
Although Miley is known for her risque behavior, the 21-year-old had a point when she said, "I don’t see a Miley mug-shot yet, and I’m like, look, I get the most flack of anybody."
As Miley put it, she does a lot of stuff --but everything she does is legal ... in California.
And maybe Miley’s staying out of trouble because she’s working ... a lot. MTV just aired her "Unplugged" concert special, which featured a somewhat surprise appearance from Madonna .
And she's about to embank on a 38-city North American tour -- The Hollywood Reporter promises lots of animals, confetti, surprise guests and killer designer costumes. The "Bangerz" concerts kick off Valentine’s Day in Vancouver.
Witchy is very outspoken : HUH ??? I am the first to say I am NOT a fan of her shenanigans...and porno like behavior...but she has a point. I'll give her that.
Just because a person shows a single sign of rational thought doesn't excuse her antics (which can be argued to be just as ridiculous as Justin's). I agree with her about Justin, but then again, so would any other normal thinking person. Perhaps she should take some of her own advice in the way she portray's herself to the public.....something about glass houses and stones...
Not surprising that she would know how to manage her fame better than Beiber. she is a second generation child of fame and fortune. The trouble many 'stars' get into is derived from a lack of understanding that the same fame and fortune that puts you under the microscope , when used wisely can help you avoid run ins with the "law" if you spend it to limit and control your interactions with the public..
1. Don't travel on commercial airlines and act like its your private jet.
2. Don't drive your own vehicle.. pay for professional transportation, and security.
3. Don't party with the public.. make "appearances" but keep it professional.
4. Don't transport recreational drugs for personal use.. If you MUST imbibe, you can afford to have it transported to you, by trusted individuals with experience in that sort of thing.
5. Remember that you are not "special", that in fact everyone is NOT your fan, and some people in positions of authority, will go out of their way to prove it to you.

Cases May Mean More Than Legal Woes for Bieber :How it Stands Now ...
The way it was and should be now ... wake up Biebs |
LOS ANGELES (AP) - Justin Bieber's court cases on both sides of the U.S.-Canadian border could complicate the pop star's jet-setting ways as his troubles bring more scrutiny by judges and prosecutors,
Legal experts said a decision by Toronto authorities to charge the 19-year-old Bieber with assault on Wednesday makes his legal situation more complicated and difficult to untangle. He is already facing a driving under the influence case in Miami and remains under investigation for felony vandalism in California.
All the cases are in the early stages and it's uncertain whether the Grammy-nominated singer might be convicted of any charges. But if he is, it would impact how judges deal with him, said Stanley L. Friedman, a former federal prosecutor who now practices criminal defense in Los Angeles.
"I think the legal system is much more likely to treat him harshly as somebody who needs to be taught a lesson," Friedman said. "Now he's become a national poster child for being a bad boy."
Andrew Flier, a criminal defense attorney who has represented sports stars and actors, said immigration issues are likely Bieber's biggest problem at this point. If the singer is convicted, he could get closer scrutiny when traveling from his homeland of Canada to the U.S., where he now lives.
"Multiple convictions even on misdemeanors could be troublesome to the non-citizen," Flier said.
Bieber has pleaded not guilty to DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving without a valid license in the Miami case.
A preliminary toxicology report released Thursday showed that he tested positive for marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax. Bieber told police after the arrest that he had been smoking marijuana and had taken a prescription drug.
In California, the singer remains under investigation for an egg-tossing incident that left his neighbor's house with thousands of dollars in damage. If Bieber is charged in that case, a California judge may look at him more harshly in light of the Florida and Toronto cases, said Stan Goldman, a criminal law professor at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
"The fact that you've got three is a heck of a lot worse than one," Goldman said.
Bieber has not addressed the vandalism claim in California, and his attorney Howard Weitzman has said the singer's legal team believes their client is innocent in the Toronto case.
Friedman agreed and said Bieber's other cases might make it more likely that he will be charged in Los Angeles. Prosecutors have a lot of discretion in how they pursue cases, and a judge has limited influence in the early stages about what deal Bieber might be offered or whether the case goes forward.
If Bieber is convicted in any of the cases, he would lose the benefit of the doubt that judges often give first-time offenders, Goldman said.
For example, a judge could opt to keep Bieber on a long probation sentence to make sure he stays out of trouble, Goldman said, citing the case of Lindsay Lohan.
The actress has been on some form of probation constantly since taking a plea agreement after being arrested twice for driving under the influence and drug possession in 2007.
Numerous stars have had their international travel curtailed because of legal trouble, and attorneys said the U.S. and Canada both view drug offenses harshly when deciding immigration issues.
A Los Angeles judge restricted Lohan's travel during the height of her probation. Japan blocked the entry of The Rolling Stones over drug convictions and in 1980 deported Paul McCartney for marijuana possession at Narita International Airport. In 2010, Japan blocked Paris Hilton from entering the country just days after she pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor drug charge in Las Vegas.
R&B star Chris Brown must still have his international travel approved by a judge overseeing his probation for a 2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
David S. Kestenbaum, an attorney who represents a paparazzo charged with driving recklessly to obtain shots of Bieber, said the pop star's troubles will likely affect his travels.
Kestenbaum agreed with other experts who said Bieber's chances of being deported from the U.S. remain low but said that doesn't mean the pop star will quickly clear customs if he's convicted. Agents could scrutinize Bieber and his entourage more closely in screenings for narcotics or other contraband, and some countries may require him to obtain a special visa, Kestenbaum said.
Witchy's take on the Biebs :
Justin needs to have some down time wherever that turns out to be. He obviously has never had any responsible guidance, his parents are a joke. Some down time may help him see that money doesn't make everything bad go away. He is just a kid with too much money and no idea how to handle it and he needs some serious help.
Money talks BS walks.

Report: Bieber had pot, Xanax in system at arrest
MIAMI (AP) -- A preliminary toxicology report shows that Justin Bieber tested positive for marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax after his arrest last week in South Florida.
The report released Thursday also shows no presence of other illicit drugs in Bieber's system, such as cocaine or oxycodone. The 19-year-old pop star was arrested last week on Miami Beach on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and having an expired driver's license.
Bieber has pleaded not guilty but told police after his arrest last week that he had been smoking marijuana and took a prescription drug.
A previous police report found that breath tests placed Bieber's blood-alcohol content below the .02 level considered intoxicated for under-21 drivers. Bieber was stopped after police suspected he and another driver were drag racing exotic sports cars.
The media and fans mill outside a Police Station in Toronto, Ontario after Canadian pop star Justin Bieber turned himself into police January 29, 2014. The young heartthrob will go before court on March 10, Toronto police said in a statement that came out just over two hours after he had handed himself in, amid chaotic scenes. The charges are the latest run-in with the law for the teen star after his Los Angeles home was searched because he allegedly hurled eggs at a neighbor's house, and his arrest in Miami Beach on January 23 for drag racing and impaired driving.
Lets hear it from Witchy :
Too young, too immature, too irresponsible to handle fame. He simply doesn't know what to do with his money and fame and has lost any interest to better himself as a human being.
With so much hunger in this world going on, so many people losing their homes, their jobs, unable to cover their most primary necessities, it is truly unfair to see this guy wasting $75,000.00 one night on nude dancers, renting exotic cars and even spending money on drugs. Is this the type of teen idol our society today looks up to?
Is this the kind of individual your son or daughter looks at and says "I want to be like him"?
There's a lot of unfair business going on in today's world, and this guy surely shows how some that don't deserve it have it all, while many responsible people struggle everyday to make ends meet. For his own sake, and that of those he should be an example to, I hope he finds some proper guidance and gets his act together .
But hey , that's just me and the way I roll ... just sayin' ...

John Boehner Is Not Amused By Obama's State Of The Union Speech (VIDEO)
For your viewing pleasure, HuffPost Live captured the best of Boehner's reactions. Spoiler alert: it was pretty much downhill after that thumbs up.
Let's hear it from our in-house expert : Mr. Humble ;
It was very telling to see GOPer Boehner not applaud when the President made his remarks about protecting the environment. Guess GOPer Boehner isn't too concerned about what happened to those 300,000 folks in West Virginia whose tap water was contaminated by a chemical spill.
It's a real shame that today's "conservatives" don't actually believe in, you know, conservation and protecting the environment like the former Republican President, Teddy Roosevelt, did. And Teddy also went after the monopolies and robber barons of his time, including the real-life J. P. Morgan. Indeed, combating the root causes of income and wealth disparity is another belief that, unfortunately, today's GOPers have also abandoned.
How can a guy not clap for women's equal pay for equal work, or fixing voter suppression, or the minimum wage increase? He is as much a puppet as Howdy Doody was. Worthless guy with absolutely no accomplishments to show for his contributions to our government. We pay him for nothing.
I find his behavior appalling and embarrassing. He comes across as a pouty and insolent 6 year old.
Also noticed other Republicans on the Floor looking to see if they should applaud.
Republican's were as frustrated as the night the President sealed the election in 2012 in that final interview with Mr. Romney.
This will be a good year, either we get things done in Congress, or the Republican's lose the rest of any influence they have with most voting here in the USA.
It's your choice, but just look at the legislation on abortions passed in the House. Republicans could not derail the ACA, so now they take direct AIM on Women's rights.
The GOPer's own twisted ideology REQUIRES them at this point to behave this way. They have morphed into some strange race of zombies who HAVE to be against most of humanity and the earth, sea, wind, water and space in order to justify their craven ideas of what is right and wrong or to gain power. There is no longer any party thrust or perception of how to present simple dignity for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Profit and overwhelming power is all they respect. The GOPT have turned into the leavings of a pretzel factory. The ones in the trash that are so twisted out of normal shape that they are pitched out. They are easy to perceive at this point. Our chance to do this is in November. Let's get it done.
Just my humble opinion
Bill Cosby Developing Script For Possible Family Comedy Sitcom
NEW YORK (AP) — NBC is confirming that Bill Cosby is developing a possible new sitcom he would star in.
The deal brings the 76-year-old entertainer together with a writing staff to create a script for a comedy that casts Cosby as the patriarch of a multigenerational family.
An NBC spokesman said Wednesday that, as yet, there is no series order, nor even a deal to produce a pilot episode.
Cosby's greatest TV triumph began at NBC three decades ago, when "The Cosby Show" launched in September 1984. It ran for eight seasons.
Less successful was "Cosby," another sitcom that aired on CBS for four seasons starting in 1996.
His latest TV venture is "Bill Cosby: Far From Finished," a stand-up comedy special that premiered on Comedy Central in November.

Justin Bieber : moving out of Calabasas
Justin Bieber has had enough of suburban life and has decided to move out of Calabasas ... sources connected with the singer tell TMZ.
We're told the egging incident and the Sheriff's raid on Bieber's home were the final straw. He's now openly talking about listing the house and getting out of the neighborhood.
The timing is interesting ... Keyshawn Johnson just sold his nearby estate to Kourtney Kardashian ... although we're told he says it has nothing to do with Bieber. As you know ... Keyshawn has had multiple run-ins with Bieber and his bodyguards at The Oaks.
Also interesting ... Justin is in a bitter feud with his neighbor whose home got egged. It's the same neighbor Justin allegedly spit on and threatened to kill.
We don't know where Justin is thinking of moving, but it seems pretty clear ... no more suburban living.

Shout at the devil ... for the last time ... TMZ has learned, Mötley Crüe is calling it quits after 33 years.
The iconic heavy metal band -- famous for hits like "Kickstart My Heart" and "Girls Girls Girls" -- just announced their retirement at a news conference inside Beacher's Madhouse Theater in Hollywood.
The stage was set with headstones, symbolizing each of the band's members -- singer Vince Neil, guitarists Nikki Sixx and Mick Mars, and drummer Tommy Lee.
But before they pull the plug, MC -- founded in 1981 by Nikki and Tommy -- said they'll be going on one last tour ... 72 tour dates.
We're told the tour will start very soon. Tickets go on sale tomorrow and Alice Cooper is set to open for them.
Oh yeah, and don't count on any Motley Crue reunion tour down the road -- we're told the band has collectively agreed NEVER to use the name "Motley Crue" ever again after this tour. This is really it.

Justin Bieber friend arrested after police raid star's home; drugs in 'plain view'
One person was arrested in Justin Bieber's home after Los Angeles law enforcement executed a felony search warrant early Tuesday morning, showing up to his Calabasas, Calif., mansion with 12 detectives in about eight patrol cars.
According to TMZ, Bieber’s longtime friend rapper Lil Za was arrested for narcotics possession.
The drug, which was initially described as cocaine but was later being tested to determine its contents, was "in plain sight" when detectives searched Bieber's house, Lt. David Thompson said.
The Sheriff’s Dept. was investigating if Bieber was connected to an egg-throwing incident last week that caused damage to a neighbor’s home. They obtained a felony search warrant and entered the home at about 8 a.m. PST.
Thompson said that the team did not know what they would encounter at the home.
"It’s always better to air on the side of safety," he said. "We did contact seven or eight people in the house so I was thankful we had 12 detectives."
The search comes just a few days after a neighbor called police claiming that the pop star pelted his home with eggs.
Thompson said they were searching for any evidence that connected Bieber to the incident.
"The houses in that neighborhood are of a quality that any damage is going to be extensive," he said, adding that the damage to the neighbor’s property was "in the thousands."
He said while the search was solely related to the egging, he hoped it would curb some of the pop singer's habits.
"We hope maybe understanding the gravity of this will change some of the behavior," Thompson said. "We hope that we can give the neighborhood the quality of life that they deserve."
The singer has struggled to get along with his neighbors in recent months. He’s been accused of hosting all-night parties and driving like a speed demon down his residential streets.
Social media users were quick to react to the news of Bieber's latest troubles, with some labeling the response excessive.
"Omg a felony raid for an egg throwing incident? Wow no wonder California laid off hundreds of Officer's. If they do felony raids on eggs imagine what they do for a homicide..." one user wrote on the FOX411 Facebook page .
Another added, "All this for a stupid egg throwing prank? I agree he's a little over indulged punk, but wasting these police resources is outrageous!"
Thompson defended the Sheriff Department's decision to send so many detectives, stating that Bieber’s star status didn’t play into their choice.
"None of this has anything to do with him being a celebrity. This is a felony crime that we determined had evidence," he said. "We would do this same level of [investigation] to anyone."
Meanwhile, other social media users charged that the controversial star's run-in with police was a long time coming.
"Justin Bieber finally getting what he deserves?! I hope that little brat is freaking out in his garage while sheriffs search his house," one user tweeted.
A rep for Bieber did not immediately return FOX411's request for comment.

Justin Bieber : Cleaning house Hanger-on Lil Za No Longer Livining at Troubled Pop Star's Mansion
Justin Bieber flunky Lil Za is no longer a resident at the Canadian singer’s nearby home, after his high-profile arrests this month, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"Justin’s team is cleaning house," a source told RadarOnline.com. "Liz Za is out and he’s now living at a nearby hotel."
As we previously reported, the rapper, whose real name is Xavier Smith, was was taken into custody in connection with drug possession — reportedly Ecstasy and Xanax — during a Jan. 15 raid on Bieber’s house in connection with the ongoing egging investigation.
Liz Za has frequently been fingered as a bad influence on the singer by those close to him, spurring the logical conclusion that Bieber, with his recent arrest in Miami, kicked him out, needing to distance himself from the rapper, where presence rankled his neighbors and his manager,Scooter Braun.
Braun has been one of the main forces leading the charge for the "Baby" singer to cut bait on his association with Lil Za, but Bieber hadn't been receptive to the advice — until now, it seems.
Bieber remains in Panama, where his problems in the States Have not impacted his popularity with local fans .

A Very Creepy Clown Graces The Grammys Red Carpet
Musician Shawn "Clown" Crahan was quite the scary sight at the 56th Grammy Awards at the Staples Center on Sunday (Jan. 26) in Los Angeles, Calif., walking the red carpet with his wife and daughter. Crahan, who is a member of Slipknot, wore a creepy clown mask to music's biggest night, most likely freaking out everyone who caught a glimpse of him.
Let's just say E! News put his look perfectly Can we talk about the terrifying clown walking the #ERedCarpet at the Grammys ?!

Deaf Seahawk Derrick Coleman Responds to Hearing Impaired 9-Year-Olds Letter
Derrick Coleman |
His biggest fan? A 9-year-old New Jersey girl who penned the sweetest letter ever to the Seattle Seahawks fullback. She was reacting to the recently released Duracell commercial chronicling the odyssey that led him to become the first deaf offensive player in the history of the NFL.
His story particularly touched the hearing impaired community, and prompted a moving note from little Riley Kovalcik, who struggles with hearing issues along with her identical twin sister, Erin, reports New York's Daily News .
Wrote Riley: "Dear (my [sic] inspiration) Derrick Coleman. I know how you feel. I also have hearing aids. Just try your best. I have [sic] faif in you," Riley wrote in the handwritten note, which also mentioned the two things the pair have in "common": they both wear two hearing aids and they both love sports.
Riley's father, Jake Kovalcik, shared the letter via Twitter, Tuesday, and included Coleman's Twitter handle in the Tweet to make sure he saw it.
Coleman did, and by the next day the former UCLA player, 23, crafted his own touching handwritten response , which he passed along to Riley via Twitter.
"Really was great hearing from a friend I have so much in common with," Coleman wrote. "I want you to know that I always try my best in everything I do and have faith in you and your twin sister too.
"Even though we wear hearing aids we can still accomplish our goals and dreams!" he added, and included an invitation for Riley and her family to get together and "play some sports or games" if they are ever in the Seattle area.
Coleman's response stunned and touched the Kovalcik family, who make it clear they will be rooting for him on Super Bowl Sunday.
"I'm running out of words to express my gratitude for all of this," Riley's dad wrote on Twitter. "Derrick is just an amazing person #hero."

Justin Bieber: Shades of Michael Jackson
Justin Bieber is suffering from the same delusion that Michael Jackson once embraced -- putting on a false air of confidence when behind the scenes their lives are falling apart.
You'll recall the scene with MJ back in 2004 ... after his arraignment on child molestation charges. Michael famously jumped on his SUV and waived and smiled, trying to convince everyone things were ok.
Justin did the same thing Thursday as he left jail ... after being busted for DUI and resisting arrest.
As much as both of them protested ... Michael and Justin had the same Achilles' heel -- drugs. Michael was hooked on a pharmacy of prescription drugs, and Justin has an enormous problem with sizzurp .
It didn't end well for Michael. It's not too late for Justin.
You'll recall the scene with MJ back in 2004 ... after his arraignment on child molestation charges. Michael famously jumped on his SUV and waived and smiled, trying to convince everyone things were ok.

Cole Vosbury : Shreveport , Louisiana's Own Heading to Music City
Being on ‘The Voice’ was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had," Vosbury said. "‘The Voice’ gave me a glimpse of what life in the public eye is like, and I feel like I’m better equipped for it now. I also grew so much as a person – I opened up a lot, became a lot more comfortable in my own skin.
One thing is certain, Vosbury knows what it’s like to sing his way to the top, overcoming multiple, intimidating elimination nights and even getting "saved" once by another judge.
But, all good things must eventually come to an end. On Dec. 10, Vosbury was part of a double elimination, nobly leaving the stage alongside fellow contestant James Wolpert. They left behind remaining competitors Tessanne Chin, Jaquie Lee and Will Champlin.
For Vosbury, he said he felt the elimination coming. "You wake up with a gut feeling, and you just know," Vosbury said. "Most of my fellow contestants had the same gut feeling on their elimination day."
Vosbury understandably journeyed through a myriad of emotions that day, also admitting despite the disappointment, there was the silver lining that came in having a week without the constant stress and pressure of the competition.
"I was sad that it was over, though," he said. "I’m still sad that it’s over. I was disappointed, of course, but I was also proud of what I had done on the show."
And proud he should be. Vosbury might have left behind "The Voice," but his loyal fans will always remain a part of him.
Vosbury said he plans to move to Nashville in the immediate future. "I want to start playing shows and putting some songs together. That’s my main focus right now," Vosbury said. Over the next two to three years, Vosbury hopes to be touring, making records and collaborating with the artists and musicians that he admires – as well as catering to his fans.
Vosbury’s biggest fan is his mom, Lauri Palmer.
"As a mom, watching my son perform on national television was incredible," Palmer said. "I saw Cole transformed as his confidence increased with each performance. Realizing that millions of viewers were given the opportunity to hear his voice and show him week after week that they love what they hear is an amazing feeling for a mother. My belief that he is a great singer and musician is one thing, but to finally have that affirmation through all the love and support shown to Cole is truly heartwarming."
Palmer said Vosbury began "creating" musical instruments out of random household items at a young age.
"From pots and pans to empty boxes, every surface his hands touched became musical instruments – whether it was a flat surface he saw as a piano or an empty gift wrap tube he used as a guitar," Palmer said.
Palmer said it wasn’t easy watching her "baby" perform under pressure.
"What helped me the most during this exciting and exhausting process was being fortunate enough to be a part of his support team and helping him build his fan base," Palmer said. She made sure Vosbury stayed focused and knew she was available if he needed her. But most importantly, she made sure he knew he was loved.
"I made it clear to him that I am proud of him and believe in him no matter the outcome."
For Palmer, one her favorite moments of her son on stage was also one of America’s favorites. "I believe his performance of ‘Adorn’ was his break-out moment," Palmer said. "He walked out on stage without a hat and without a guitar, and it was just Cole and his voice. I believe this moment was when it actually hit me – Cole is not only a great singer and musician, he is an entertainer."
While there were many experiences during this exhausting and exhilarating journey that shaped Vosbury and changed him, there are other factors in his life that remain very much the same. "I like to sleep a lot," Vosbury said. "We didn’t always get much sleep in the show, so I’m remembering how nice sleep is."
One funny behind-the-scenes tidbit Vosbury shared about the show was how contestant Preston came up with #voicegraveyard for eliminated contestants to tweet. "We got it trending," Vosbury said. "That was funny!"
Vosbury might have technically lost the competition, but there are treasures that he’ll take home with him that he’ll never lose – including his newfound friendships.
"I’ve never been a part of anything like ‘The Voice,’" Vosbury said. "It was like family, so it barely felt like a competition. I love them all dearly. James Wolpert is one the best friends I’ve ever had. And I love Caroline, Matt and Jacquie to death, and Ray, Preston, Josh and Tess … I hope to be able to collaborate with all of them someday."
Vosbury also intends to maintain his friendships with his coaches.
"I hope to keep in touch with Blake Shelton," Vosbury said. "He’s a busy man but I know that I have a lifelong friend in Shelton. He’s already given me some good connections and is really helping me out."
And of course, the fans will always remain a priority for Vosbury. "Now, people actually show up to hear me sing," Vosbury said. "I owe it to God and my time on ‘The Voice.’"
Vosbury is eager to encourage other singers who are considering auditioning for the show one day. "My advice to anyone who wants to try out for ‘The Voice’ is to go for it," Vosbury said. "It’s the most fun experience from the very beginning." He also advises potential contestants to always follow their gut. "Whether it’s picking songs or picking a coach, go with your instincts," Vosbury said. "And be prepared to lose sleep!"
No matter what happens next for Vosbury’s career, he will always have a No. 1 fan at home. "As Cole’s mom, the only accomplishment that I can hope for in the near future is that Cole remain confident in his abilities and continue living his dreams," Palmer said.
"The love and appreciation of music has always been a part of Cole," Palmer said. "I never doubted that Cole would be a gifted musician, but I believe Cole’s voice is his true gift. I’ve witnessed Cole’s voice calm sick children, make grandmothers smile from ear-to-ear and bring grown men to tears. Cole has always had the ability to draw people in and leave them mesmerized."
One of the greatest lessons Vosbury learned during his experience on "The Voice" came from his coach. "Blake Shelton always said to be myself and never worry about what anyone thinks," Vosbury said. He passes along that same advice to others now. "Just be yourself and be comfortable with who you are."
And that is one voice that is impossible to ignore.
Thanx Besty

Natalie Dormer Unveils Shaved Head For 'Hunger Games' Role
"Game of Thrones" star Natalie Dormer is gearing up to play Capitol firm director Cressida in the final two chapters of the "Hunger Games" series, which means she's prepped herself to fit the novel's description of the character: "a woman with a shaved head tattooed with green vines."
Dormer, 31, unveiled a partially shaved head on Saturday at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, where she and her "GoT" castmates were nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. The actress revealed to Entertainment Weekly on the SAG red carpet that she first sported the new 'do back in October but was "waiting for the right moment" to debut it publicly.
"Francis Lawrence, the director of 'Mockingjay,' and I discussed it and I took the job on the premise that I would possibly [have to] shave my whole head. I’m actually really pleased that we went halfway because I think it’s more the Capitol … and that’s where Cressida comes from," Dormer said. "She comes from the Capitol, so she’s got a stylized thing going on and now she’s turned rebel. I think it’s right for the character."
"The Hunger Games : Mockingjay - Part 1" opens in theaters on Nov. 21. Dormer also starred as Anne Boleyn on Showtime's "The Tudors" and in the movies "W.E.," "Rush" and "The Counselor." *** Check out her "Hunger Games" hair below .***

Brad Pitt : Looking High and Tight : For Fashion Baby
Brad Pitt's enlisted a military style haircut , but it's not just for a movie role ... BP now says there's another , more vain reason for the new 'do'.
Pitt cruised into LAX on Sunday looking like he's headed for basic training ... sporting a high and tight fade ... telling paps , "It's fashion , baby."
Truth it's also shooting a World War 2 drama called "Fury" ... but does it really matter ?
Witchy says : Look out ladies , the proof is in the clip ... every hairstyle looks good on this gloriously handsome bastard ... I'm hot tonight .
Justin Bieber Mansion Raided : Drug Parapheranlia Everywhere "WTF"
Justin Bieber had drugs and drug paraphernalia strewn all over his house when it was raided Tuesday ... but drugs were not on deputies' radar ... TMZ has learned.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... when L.A. County Sheriff's deputies searched the house ... there were 2 large cookie jars filled with weed in plain view. There were also 4 - 5 empty codeine bottles in the mansion.
There were also 3 bongs -- 1 in the TV room and 2 in the kitchen.
There were styrofoam cups scattered throughout the house that had elaborate drawings on them ... including the names of the people who used them. The cups, we're told, were used for Sizzurp (also called lean) -- which is Justin's drug of choice. We're told he likes to draw on the cups with markers after using them.
And speaking of Sizzurp ... Sprite is usually part of the mix, but we're told Justin preferred pineapple Fanta instead. There were empty Fanta bottles that were discolored ... we're told from the codeine.
There were lots of "swisher sweets" cigars laying around the house -- Bieber's preferred way to smoke marijuana.
And speaking of weed … we're told Justin has a dedicated smoking room in the house, complete with hookah pipes. Sources say when cops showed up ... some of his friends went into the room and some of the illicit stuff went down the toilet.
As for why cops didn't seize any of these items ... law enforcement sources say they were not on the hunt for drugs -- they were primarily looking for video equipment that may have been attached to surveillance cameras. In fact, cops probably couldn't pry and open jars and such, because it would have exceeded the scope of the search warrant.
TMZ broke the story ... Justin has developed a serious drug problem and his people are pushing him to enter rehab ... something he has resisted.
