Justin Bieber : Detectives Gunning for Felony Prosecution in Egging Case

Justin Bieber will be charged with felony ... if L/A. County Sheriff's detectives have their way .

Law enforcement says ... 2 detectives ,et with the owner of the house that Bieber egged Thursday Night . We've told the detectives are indigent and believe this is their best chance to nail the Biebs because they have both video of the incident and the physical evidence .

And there's urgency to the investigation ... it's said the detectives told the landowner they need repair estimates by Monday .

Sources say detectives are confident the estimates will raise the stakes to a felony . In California , if a felony becomes greater than $400 it becomes a FELONY vandalism . It's said the homeowner's damage could be in the 10s of thousands of dollars because the very expensive Venetian plaster on the outside of the house has to be redone and very expensive doors and other items either damaged or ruined .

As to why the Sheriff's detectives wanr ro hold Bieber accountable ... they feel he's made a mockery of the legal system by breaking the law numerous times ... the problem has been there was never enough evidence to prosecute him . But there is now .

The D.A. should get the case next week .... stay tuned .......

Witchy says this is puzzling : Let's see Lindsey Lohan has almost killed people , done drugs , reckless driving and stealing ... Chris Brown beat the crap out of a woman , committed vandalism and still beat people up and lies about doing his community service ... yet the eggs thrown by Bieber at his neighbor's house is hat's going to take him down ? Uhmmm.....I think it's safe to say everyone hopes so but ain't gonna happen .

Bieber's become an entitled @sshole and deserves whatever happens . He got too much fame and too young and likely has zero parental guidance .Maybe this will be a wakeup call to treat others (especially your elders) with empathy and respect .

Just plain stupid ... I do do pity the Biebs ... (not for paying for the repairs) ... but for staying awhile in jail with Bubba for a cell mate . Maybe then he will get the picture ...
