Roger Lloyd-Pack , a Bristish character actor known for host of roles including a part in the "Harry Potter series , has died from complications from pancreatic cancer . He was 69.
Lloyd-Pack starred in numerous films , including "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" and "Interview with the Vampire ," and played the role of Barty Crouch Sr. in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire ." But was best known in the UK for his many TV roles , including the popular sitcom "Only Fools and Horses," and the Richard Curtis penned series "The Vicar of Dibley." He was also an accomplished stage actor , appearing in multiple Shakespeare productions , including "Twelth Night" and Richard III."
David Jason , who co-starred with Lloyd-Pack in "Only Fools and Horses," called the late actor a "very quiet , kind and unassuming actor who was a pleasure to work with ,"
"Although he played the simple soul of Trigger in 'Only Fools and Horses,' He was a very intelligent man and a very fine actor capable of many roles ," Jason added.
Lloyd Pack is survived by his wife and three sons .
