Ashton Kutcher and his legal team have taken aim at a tabloid after it published a cover story claiming he cheated on his wife, Demi Moore. On Wednesday, the actor hit his Twitter account to lash out at Star magazine, which claimed in its latest issue that the celebrity couple's marriage "is in danger of falling apart" because the mag claimed the actor was allegedly "caught cheating with a sexy, young, 20-something."
"I think Star magazine calling me a "cheater" qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees," Ashton Tweeted on Wednesday. "STAR magazine — you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction," he added.
Ashton's wife, Demi, backed him up on twitter with her own opinion. The 47-year-old actress behaved rather oddly and out of character when she donned a snakeskin-print string bikini, dark sunglasses and struck a pose in her bathroom and shared some bikini photos of herself on Twitter. Was it just to remind everyone how sexy she is? Demi Moore is hot and she wants the world to know it. The timing of the photos, coming amid the reports that Ashton was caught cheating with a “mystery blonde" seems obvious and so does the message....Ashton wouldn't cheat on me....Who could compete with the near flawless Demi?
Many outlets picked up the story, but Demi’s Twitter account deleted the photos. Did she suddenly realize what a desperate move that was and try to take it back? It was too late as the damage was already done. She looks hot of course, but it’s not about how she looks for once. It was a lame and obvious move for Demi to respond this way. It doesn’t matter what their wives look like, cheaters are going to cheat. I don’t know if Ashton did it, and I doubt he would be stupid enough to do it in a public place, where he would be seen. I wouldn’t put it past him, though, just as I wouldn’t put it past anyone really.
Demi's behavior has the whiff of sad desperation. Maybe she’ll start to rethink her use of Twitter when impulsive moves like this may come back to bite her in the tight ass. She hasn’t been tweeting as much lately.To be fair, on the other hand, this couple is a perfect target for starting rumors of this nature..
