“Confirmed: Finally, A Baby For Jen” announces the cover, promising to explain “Why she’s choosing bad boy Gerard to make her dream come true.” The photo shows Butler holding Aniston, and Aniston holding her belly. That makes it pretty clear where OK! is heading. According to the tab, Aniston is either pregnant (or soon to be pregnant), courtesy of Butler.
Unfortunately, the editors can’t seem to decide which it is. While Aniston and Butler promoted The Bounty Hunter in Madrid on March 30, fans “started buzzing” about “the gleam in Jen’s eye, her easy, confident glow and her hand resting on her not-so-flat tummy.” So she has a bump and a glow… she’s pregnant, right?
Not exactly. A “source” close to the actress tells OK! Aniston recently had a “heart-to-heart” with friends and relatives and “admitted this is the year she’s going to become a mom.”Hmm. So was she practicing her glow and bump?
We’re confused. Either she is or she isn’t pregnant. What, then, was “confirmed,” as the magazine’s cover advertises? Absolutely nothing. Just “friends” of the actress claiming, “This is the year.” What about the declaration that Butler is going to be the father? Another empty premise. OK! mashes together old press junket quotes in which Aniston calls Butler “pleasant to be around,” Butler’s recent casual comment that he’d “definitely like kids some day,” and a so-called “insider” saying, “Jen adores Gerry and thinks he’d make a perfect father.”Not a single shred of evidence Aniston and Butler have decided to be parents together.
The only thing “confirmed” here is that the tabloid doesn’t have a clue about Aniston or her plans. And ,oh yeah, Aniston is not pregnant with anyone’s baby.
Why do tabloids weave whole cloth from insubstantial bits of thread? Why,to sell magazines, of course. A tab has to make a living regardless of the harm and havoc it may cause in the lives of it's chosen victims. Not a good thing. A journalist should never be a liar. Sue them. Sue them all.
Sweetie...I agree with you 100%, I don't believe Jen is pregnant or that she and Gerard is an item.

In the Star June 21 tab, it said front page Jen and Brad was getting together again behind Angie's back, I don't believe a word of it.
I think Brad and Angie is together for the long haul and why would Jen try to get him back now, she didn't put up a fight for him when Angie went after him when they was fiming Mr.& Mrs. Smith.
But as you said...anything to sell their rag mags.

ReplyDeleteHad a great fourth and as usual everyone ate/drink too much, but all in all things was very nice and no one act a fool...
I told you Dad wanted to buy Gilly a car/jeep...I told him it was a little to early but dad wouldn't hear of it.
Yesterday we went to the toy store(Toys-R-Us) and his legs was too short but Dad brought it anyway and the girls love pushing him in it. It has a bottom so his feet won't get caught on anything.
Dad says he has to have a car to drive his ladys around because his daddy wasn't going to let him use his car and every man needs his own car.
Hope your holiday weekend went well and everyone had a great time, the weather was kinda nice, no rain and we was in the barn so we wasn't in the heat , which was hot...

Hey gals! Just got home from work. Watched some fireworks at the pier tonight. Lovely...just lovely.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow back at work, it has been a busy weekend, people buying stuff. Makes my boss happy, so that is good.
When it comes to these tabloids, I always wonder, it has been several years now since Brad and Jen have divorced and he is with Angie and Jen seems happy on her own. I don't know why the tabs don't just let it go already. They won't get back together.

Hi PIC, we had a beautiful day at the lake. The water was warm and the kids loved it. We swam off the boat. Pete loves to drive the boat. Steve bet Jakey that he couldn't cannonball off the boat. Jakey accepted the bet and jumped as high as he could. He gave his uncle the money back though because he didn't think he did a strictly legal cannonball. That kid is so honest.This afternoon we had Dale and Barb over for some laughs and he took his boat exam while he was here.You can do it on line. He is not too good on the computer.We stood behind his chair and gave him most of the answers.He wants to go on the boat next Saturday and Honestly, I'm scared he'll go right through the bottom. He is well over three hundred pounds.I don't know how to get out of it. He came on our smaller boat with us and Brian Barb and I all had to sit on one side to balance Dale on the other or we would have tipped over.

When we did own a house with a barn, we never thought of fixing it up like that.It was always full of Brian's and our sons toys, snowmobiles etc and Brian was always building a car.
